Abstract

Public understanding of early detection of HIV disease that is lacking should be a major concern because this will trigger the emergence of infectious disease transmission will be wider. The purpose of this study is to model comprehensive knowledge with attitudes towards HIV / AIDS sufferers in Indonesia. This type of research in this study is quantitative using secondary data from Riskesdas 2018. The method in this study uses linear regression is useful for modeling the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards people with HIV / AIDS. The linear regression assumption is that the error follows the normal distribution, there is no problem with heteroscedasticity, and there is no autocorrelation problem. After the assumptions are met overall testing and partial testing are done. Assumption test results for normally distributed errors are met based on the Kolmogorov Smirnov test with a significance value of .400. Assumption test there is no problem with heteroscedasticity fulfilled based on the results of scatterplot that is not forming a certain pattern and is confirmed using the Spearman rho's test with a significance value of 0.245. The assumption test that there is no autocorrelation problem is also fulfilled based on the Run test with a significance value of 0.117. The results of testing the whole model using the F Test obtained fit model with a significance value of 0.001. The results of individual testing (partial) using the t-test found that knowledge has a significant influence on the attitudes of people with HIV / AIDS with a significance value of 0.001. The conclusion from this study obtained a linear regression model that is formed is attitude = -219,804 + 4,555 * knowledge means that attitude will increase by 4,555 each increase in knowledge by 1 unit.

Abstract

Yoga can not only be done by adults, but it can also be done for babies. Yoga is one of the activities that can strengthen the relationship between mother and baby (bonding attachment), and it can stimulate the growth of a baby. There is not much research on the benefits of baby yoga on bonding attachment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of baby yoga on bonding attachment. The research method used by quasi-experimental design (quasi experiment) using the Pre Post-test Control Group Design method. This study involved 36 samples which were grouped into 2 groups with 18 samples each. Statistical test results of Pre-Post-Test Test of Baby Yoga Treatment on bonding attachment showed a significant effect with a value of p = 0.008, while for those given growth and growth stimulation did not show any significant effect with a significant value of p> 0.05 (p = 0.317). Difference test results of the difference in the results of treatment development between the baby yoga group with the growth and growth stimulation group with the results of p <0.05 (p = 0.018). Baby yoga is proven to be more effective in increasing the bonding attachment of the mother and baby.

Abstract

Iron deficiency called anemia is still a health problem in Indonesia which has a bad impact on sufferers, especially in pregnant women. Pregnant women affected by anemia reach 40% -50%, meaning that 5 out of 10 pregnant women in Indonesia suffer from anemia. Fe tablets or blood booster tablets are 60 mg of iron and 0.5 mg of folic acid given orally or commonly referred to as oral iron therapy. The iron content in Fe tablets is greater than that of folic acid, this is because iron deficiency anemia is the main cause of anemia in pregnant women compared to other iron deficiencies. The purpose of this study to find out the compliance of Fe tablets consumption with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women and the difference in the incidence of anemia after giving Fe tablets to pregnant women. This type of research is a quasi-experimental two group pretest-posttest design research design. The study population was all pregnant women in the village of Ngasinan, Sukoharjo. The research sample was 35 pregnant women with random sampling techniques. Collecting data using examination of hemoglobin levels and a closed questionnaire. Data analysis with univariat analysis and multivariat analysis using one way anova. The results of the one way anova test results obtained F count was 19,735 with a significance of 0,000. In the hypothesis test the test decision is if F arithmetic > F table or significance value ≤ 0.05. There is a significant difference between compliant in consuming Fe tablets with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.

Abstract

Hypertension is known as high blood pressure and is often referred to as a "silent killer" because it occurs without signs and symptoms, so that patients do not know if they are exposed to hypertension. Hypertension attacks more people in middle age, namely in the 55-64 years age group. One way to effectively treat hypertension is by exercise, one type of exercise that is beneficial and does not cause adverse effects is aerobic exercise (low impact). The method in this study is quantitative with a pre-experimental research design with one group pre-test design post-test design. The sample of this study was 18 elderly with hypertension. Aerobic gymnastic instruments use aerobics and music videos. Measurement of blood pressure before and after aerobic exercise (low impact) with a spygmomanometer. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. with results on systolic blood pressure obtained Z values = -4.001 with p = 0,000 (p <0.05) and diastolic blood pressure values Z = -3,834 with p = 0,000, (p <0.05). The conclusion of this study is the effect of aerobic exercise (low impact) on blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Abstract

Baby’s sleep quality gives an influence on baby growth and development. One problem mothers often encounter is that their babies have trouble falling asleep. One of efforts to improve baby’s sleep quality and quantity is giving a massage. Massage can stimulate the production of endorphins, making possible to relieve pain, and thereby causing babies to calm down and their crying frequency to reduce. The present research seeks to find out the effectiveness of baby massage to improve baby’s sleep quality viewed from baby massage duration and frequency. A quasi-experimental design was applied in the research. The independent variable includes baby massage therapy, the dependent variable covers baby’s sleep quality. The research samples are 3-6 month old babies. The analysis was carried out in two stages. Phase I is the normality test using the Kolmogorov Smirnov method and homogeneity test using the Levene's test method. Phase II is the Influence Test used is Two Way Anava. There is an actual difference of influence between a baby group given 15 minute massage and that given 30 minute massage (p=0.041<0.05); there is a difference in baby’s sleep quality based on massage frequency in a week (once, three times, and six times) with p=0.005<0.05 and there is a significant interaction between massage duration and frequency towards baby’s sleep quality (p=0.001<0.05). Baby massage was effective to improve the quality of baby sleep. Baby massage that is getting more frequent and long, can improve the quality of baby's sleep better.

Abstract

Every family expects their children to grow and develop optimally (physically, mentally or cognitively and socially healthy), to be proud of, and to be useful for their homeland and nation. The level of achievement of a person's biological potential is the result of interactions between genetic factors and the bio-physio-psychosocial environment (biological, physical and psychosocial). The problem of malnutrition that has received much attention lately is the problem of chronic nutrition in the form of short children (stunting). Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem, meaning that it arises as a result of a state of malnutrition that accumulates over a long period. Nurturing and busy work is a factor that is very closely related to the growth and development of children under five years old. The study design was conducted in the form of quantitative research, by taking the population of kindergarten children in the city of Surabaya with a sampling technique in the form of probability sampling. Sampling was carried out randomly and it was decided that kindergarten in Kalisari village would be a sample of 64 children. The results showed that the Chi-Square value of 0.409 was smaller than the value of α = 0.5. So that shows a weak scale analysis. This means that working mothers do not have whole kindergarten-aged children with stunting.
