Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prices and perceived quality on the interest in repurchasing Yeni Japang SME. This research is a causative study with quantitative methods. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The results showed that the price had a negative but not significant effect on the intention to repurchase Yeni Japang split MSMEs. This means that if the price of a glass plate increases, the interest in repurchasing decreases or vice versa. This product is very sensitive to price changes. Further perceptions of quality have a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. This means that the customer has a high perception of product quality, it will arouse the interest of customers to repurchase. Perception of quality is one of the determinants of whether a customer will buy a product or not.

Abstract

This study aims to isolate and identify secondary metabolite compound contained in the extract ethyl acetate leaf of Mangkokan (Nothopanax scutellarium Merr. The methods used for isolation were maseration and column chromatography. The isolated compound is white powder with melting point  at 281-282 ° C. Test results with Liebermann-Buchard reagents forming a green ring showed positive steroids. The analysis by UV-Vis spectroscopy showed maximum absorption at 202 nm and analysis IR spectroscopy showed wave numbers (cm-1), are: 1021.25 (C-O), 1645.71 (C=C ), 2930.85 (C-H), 3364.66 (O-H)

Abstract

Anetol merupakan minyak atsiri hasil isolasi tanaman adas manis (Foeniculum vulgare Mill) yang banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku sintesis obat disamping peranan lainnya sebagai minyak atsiri pada umumya. Reaktifitas senyawa ini disebabkan karna adanya gugus propenil sebagai substituennya. Reaksi oksidasi pada ikatan rangkap ini merupakan tahap dasar dalam rangkaian sintesis lanjutan menghasilkan berbagai macam obat yang sangat bermanfaat dalam dunia medis. Beberapa oksidator dan KTF telah dikenal dalam bidang sintesis organik. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan oksidasi anetol menggunakan KMnO4 dengan memanfaatkan kalor yang dihasilkan dan bantuan KTF Tween 80. Reaksi dipantau dengan KLT. Oksidasi anetol ini menghasilkan cairan kekuningan p-anisaldehid dengan rendemen 83,6% dan kemurnian 90,2%. Identifikasi produk yang dihasilkan menggunakan spektrofotometer FT-IR, Spektrometer 1H-NMR dan GC-MS. Kata kunci: anetol, p-anisaldehid, Tween 80, oksidasi.

Abstract

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is an organizational performance appraisal model that emphasizes the measurement of financial and non-financial aspects as well as the result of a top-down process based on the mission and strategy of an organization. Performance appraisals with the Balanced Scorecard are translated into four perspectives: (1) Financial Perspective, (2) Customer Perspective, (3) Internal Business Perspective, and (4) Learning and Growth Perspective. The research method is identification of objective strategy and Key Performance Indicator (KPI), structuring KPI, weighting KPI using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is the ability to accommodate interconnectedness between criteria or alternatives. Where there are 7 Objective Strategies and 10 KPIs translated within the framework of the AHP Strategy. This study discusses the measurement of corporate performance with the aim to improve performance (performance) by knowing the weight of each perspective, objective strategy and KPI. Based on the results of data processing obtained weight of each perspective are: Financial Perspectives 0.26, Customer Perspective 0.29, Internal Business Perspective 0.20, and Growing Perspective 0.26. From the results of the research shows that the weight of the Perspective of the Customer is greater than the other three perspectives.

Abstract

Processing market waste into feed can increase the added value of waste. Market waste consisting of vegetables and animals still contains nutrients that are beneficial for livestock and fish as an alternative or main feed. Utilization of market waste into fish pellets needs to be studied with a fermentation process with variations in fermentation time of 2-6 days, molasses content (5%, 10% and 15%) and animal and vegetable composition (1:1, 2:3 and 3:1) on crude protein and feed quality. The process of making feed by mixing market waste materials and a fermentation and flouring process will be carried out to obtain uniform pellets in printing. Protein test will be carried out using the Kjedhal method as crude protein content. Based on the results of buoyancy for more than 6 minutes, pellets with a composition of 50% fish offal had the best quality compared to other variations with a protein content of 32.48%.

Abstract

PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa is a company engaged in warehousing service. PT.BGR is providing, renting out, and managing warehouse space, both close and open (Open Storage). PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung in collaboration with the BGR in handling goods export activities using Term FOB (Free On Board). In this case, the author analyzes how the procedure for handling exports carried out by PT. BGR using FOB (Free on Board) and also analyzes how much the cost incurred for one-time shipment of export commodities of tea commodities with the term Free On Board (FOB) of PT.Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) in the framework of security system to the consumer's hands. And whether from the existing analysis of the customer, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung has subjected to financing appropriate for the correct calculation amount corresponding agreement with the delivery of Free On Board (FOB). Through a calculation result obtained from Free On Board (FOB) in the amount of Rp. 1,048.44 / kg or the fee charged to the exporter Rp. 1,048.44 x 26,400 kg = Rp. 27,678,816,- to PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung.

Abstract

Horticultural commodities in the form of cucumbers and carrots are vegetables that are susceptible to pests and plant diseases. The use of pesticides is done to overcome the attack and quality of production. The use of pesticides in high doses and continuously will make a negative contribution in the form of contamination and accumulation of pesticide residues in agricultural products, pollution of the agricultural environment, decreased productivity, animal poisoning and poisoning in humans that are anti-health. The blood pesticide residue threshold is the Maximum Residue Limit (BMR) issued by the Minister of Agriculture Regulation Number 27 / Permentan / PP.340 / 5/2009, which is 0.5 mg / Kg. Detection of organoposfat profenofos pesticide residues was carried out to determine the level of food consumption in order to minimize the negative effects. The gas chromatography method is carried out to detect and analyze pesticide residues in cucumbers and carrots. The results showed that the levels of the active ingredient of pesticide organoposphate profenofos in cucumber 0.164 mg / kg and at wotel 0.2055 mg / kg. The content of pesticide residues in cucumbers and carrots based on the results of the study shows that the levels below the Maximum Residue Limit (BMR) have been determined.

Abstract

Non-fertilizer products are functions as added ingredients or manufacturing products in other industries. AlF3 is a non-fertilizer product that functions as an ingredient in the aluminum smelting process. Aluminum fluoride (AlF3) is an inorganic compound used mainly in the aluminum process. AlF3 has a character that is difficult to dissolve in water and slightly soluble in acidic solutions. Determination of AlF3 levels is done by reacting 1 mole of AlF3 with 3 moles of NaF which is known to be excessive. Determination of AlF3 levels is carried out according to company standards namely IK - 39 - 4210 with a limit of acceptance of AlF3 levels of 94%. Sodium Fluoride (NaF) compound which is a colorless solid compound that dissolves easily in water. NaF functions as an AlF3 mixture material that forms the Na3AlF6 reaction. The method used for analysis of AlF3 levels is the Zirconium Chloride (ZrCl4) titration method. ZrCl4 titration is a method of acid-base titration in which the secondary standard solution is acidic and the primary is basic. The ZrCl4 method is very suitable because of its high solubility and acidic nature which can react and bind excess NaF compounds in the Na3AlF6 reaction. The results of determining AlF3 levels at 500 oC were 94.08%, at 550 oC for 30 minutes heating, 95.35%, and at 550 oC heating for 60 minutes at AlF3 94.79%. The results of this test temperature optimization is carried out, a more optimal temperature and a better percentage of AlF3 levels, namely at a temperature of 550 oC and at a heating time of 60 minutes, because at that temperature and time the release of crystal water and free water is more optimal and does not damage AlF3.

Abstract

Calculation of reflux ratio based on flow rate and feed conditions can theoretically determine the optimum reflux ratio used during the distillation process in Section 107. Using the optimum reflux ratio will help the distillation process run well and efficiently. Based on the description of the background above, this study aims to determine the optimum reflux ratio based on the condition of the feed used in distillation. Based on research conducted at PT Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam, it can be concluded that the reflux ratio is influenced by the feed flow rate, and the composition of the feed on the distillation apparatus. By using feed flow rate data on the 18th, d. September 22, 2018 is calculated so that the optimum value of reflux ratio is 1.3027, 1.3426, 1.4685, 1.3084, and 1.334.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang penambahan kunyit terhadap masa simpan nugget jagung bertujuan untuk meminimalkan mikroba perusak nugget jagung dengan menambahkan kunyit giling dan memperpanjang masa simpan olahan nugget jagung pada beberapa kondisi penyimpanan. Metode dalam penentuan masa simpan nugget jagung adalah Metode Accelerated Shelf Life Test/ASLT dengan persamaan Arhenius, dimana nugget jagung yang telah ditambahkan kunyit giling segar dengan berbagai konsentrasi (0%, 1%, 2%, 3% dan 4%) disimpan pada tiga tingkat suhu yang berbeda, yaitu suhu -15oC, -5oC dan 5oC. Pengamatan terhadap nugget jagung adalah masa simpan dan Total Plate Count. Hasil analisis kerusakan fisik nugget jagung selama penyimpanan dapat diminimalkan dengan penambahan kunyit giling. Hasil analisis Total Plate Count menunjukkan bahwa penyimpanan Nugget Jagung pada suhu -15oC selama 30 hari mampu menekan pertumbuhan mikroba dari 5,0 x 104 cfu/g (tanpa penambahan kunyit) menjadi 2,4 x 104 cfu/g (penambahan kunyit 4 %). Penambahan 4 % kunyit pada suhu -15oC memiliki umur simpan terlama yaitu 68 hari atau 2 bulan 8 hari.
