Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between attitudes towards non-Muslims and learning to live together at the teacher Raudhatul Athfal (RA) in Kediri City. The selection of respondents was determined by using a cluster random sampling technique. They are 74 teachers from thirteen RA in Kediri City. The RA is spread over three districts. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a scale of attitudes towards non-Muslims and learning to live together which was developed by the researcher. Based on the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, the value is 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. This means that there is a relationship between attitudes towards non-Muslims and learning to live together on RA teachers in Kediri City. The higher the RA teachers in Kediri City have a positive attitude towards non-Muslims, then they will have better learning to live together. And vice versa. So, to be able to learn to live side by side with a pluralistic society, RA teachers in Kediri City need to develop a positive attitude towards non-Muslims. This will later become an example for RA students to form a similar attitude through preschool education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine self-regulated learning strategies for students with internet gaming disorder. By using the literature review method. With literature sources obtained from the google-scholar database on self-regulated learning and internet gaming disorder, it is then studied in depth and draws a conclusion for this study. This study found that the application of self-regulated learning strategies to students with internet gaming disorder could be based on self-regulation of the students themselves.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed all forms of human activities into new habits. The use of information technology is the basis in every activity carried out. The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in implementing Pre-Marriage guidance must also have an innovation in conducting guidance while maintaining health protocols. The purpose of this study was to determine the urgency of online media in carrying out premarital guidance and how the premarital guidance system is implemented using online media at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods. Data analysis was carried out by means of documentation to several reference situations and conditions of the importance of implementing premarital guidance through various related literature. The results of the study show that pre-marital guidance services at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) are very important given the ongoing pandemic conditions. The use of online media as a service medium is also in line with the direction of human development towards the industrial era 4.0. Online premarital guidance can be done by utilizing several internet-based media such as the use of specially made premarital guidance applications so that the implementation of guidance can be carried out optimally.

Abstract

The Mental Health Foundation states that loneliness in young people or adolescents is higher than in adults or the elderly. Someone who experiences loneliness will look for other ways to conduct a relationship using a different way. Therefore, parasocial relationships can be used to get rid of the loneliness they feel. By having a parasocial relationship with their idol, they can feel the reciprocity they don't get in the real world. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between the level of loneliness and parasocial relationship among adolescent K-Pop fans in the EXO-L Community in Lampung. This research is a quantitative-correlation study. The research sample was taken using a total sampling technique as many as 48 late teens with an age range of 18-21 years. The method of data collection in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis used is the Product Moment correlation analysis from Karl Pearson assisted by the SPSS version 21 application program. The results of the study using Product Moment analysis showed a Sig. value of 0.143 > 0.05 and a correlation coefficient value of -0.215 where the value was smaller than the r-table value at a Sig. level of 5% N = 48, which was 0.291 (-0.215 < 0.291). Thus, there is no significant relationship between the level of loneliness and parasocial relationship among adolescent K-Pop fans in the EXO-L Lampung community. From the results, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected and the null hypothesis (H0) proposed by the researcher which reads "there is no relationship between the level of loneliness and parasocial relationship among K-Pop fans in the Lampung EXO-L Community" is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the forms of implementation of career guidance are carried out by the Palm Oil Research Center (PPKS) to improve employee performance, then find out how career guidance methods are used and to find out how employees respond to the implementation of career guidance. This type of research is a field research (field research) using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this study, namely by using observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants in this study were three, namely the Head of the HR Subdivision and the Secretariat and the HR Subdivision Staff. The results showed that the form of career guidance carried out at the Palm Oil Research Center (PPKS) used three forms, namely: 1) information career guidance, 2) placement career guidance, 3) orientation career guidance. For the career guidance method used to improve the work performance of the coaching several methods are used, namely: 1) the ABK method (Workload Analysis)), 2) the senior and junior system method, 3) the acceleration method. Then the implementation of career guidance at the Palm Oil Research Center (PPKS), has been effective in its implementation, many employees have benefited from the career guidance, but there is still a need for improvement in its implementation because there are still some employees who have not benefited from the career guidance.

Abstract

In 2022 the government of the Republic of Indonesia launched a Kurikulum Merdeka to respond to educational challenges in the post-Covid-19 pandemic era. The Kurikulum Merdeka puts forward a learning approach that gives freedom to students to choose the focus of the lesson they are interested in. This approach gave birth to differentiated learning. This study aimed to explain Farid Poniman's STIFIn Test concept as an alternative to mapping carried out by the teacher to apply differentiated learning. This study uses the library study method, in which the researcher describes in detail the concept of the STIFIn Test from various references. Then the researchers looked for suitability and relevance regarding the research results on differentiation learning and the STIFIn Test through grounded theory. The results showed five types of STIFIn Test intelligence machines: Sensing, Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling, and Instinct. These five types give rise to diversity in learning readiness, interests, and learning styles so that they can be used as an alternative to differentiated learning mapping. This test uses the fingerprint scan method. The results of the fingerprint scan produce the type of machine intelligence and student genetic personality which will then be mapped in a categorization manner so that teachers can easily carry out differentiated learning activities in terms of content, process, product, and learning environment. Thus the STIFIn Test is very relevant as an alternative mapping in implementing differentiation learning in the Kurikulum Merdeka era.

Abstract

At the beginning of October 2022, it became one of the dark history for the world of sports, especially in Indonesian football. The incident that occurred at the Kanjuhuran Stadium in Malang, when Persebaya played against Arema FC. The riots claimed the lives of more than a hundred people. According to some news, that the shooting of tear gas and the locked stadium doors made supporters die. Researchers are interested in studying the management of the hearts parties involved during the incident, in case the management of the heart before doing something. In addition, the study aims analyze concept an individual's self-control according to Hurlock's theory. Through descriptive qualitative approach, which to describe the condition object and theoretical analysis. The results of this study explain that according the management of qolbu Aa Gym, in addressing problem not good to do with violence, emotionally and selfishly. In addition, managing heart can be through remembrance, thought, and endeavor. Meanwhile, according the philosopher, Al Ghazali stated that heart is like kingdom there is part that regulates one's behavior. In addition, Al Ghazali also emphasizes staying away from lust not to become an enemy in oneself. Based on Hurlock's self-control method, the factors that can affect of controlling himself age and family environment. So as adults, of course, they can control themselves, and the important role of parents in teaching events occur for children's lives the future. Hurlock's method of self-control includes behavioral control, cognitive control, decision control, information control, and retrospect control.

Abstract

Children with special needs are children with characteristics that are not the same as other normal children because they experience physical, mental, social and emotional limitations that affect their growth and development process. One of the disorders that occur in children with special needs is the difficulty in developing their fine motor skills. Children with special needs who have insufficient fine motor skills will be given a therapy related to fine motor development, one of which is by doing meronce play therapy. The focus of research in this thesis includes: 1. Can playing meronce therapy develop fine motor skills in children with special needs (ABK) in the inclusion class of MI Al Ma'arif 02 Jombang Jember?. 2. What are the factors that influence the development of meronce therapy for children with special needs in the inclusion class of MI Al Ma'arif 02 Jombang Jember?. The approach to this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. As for the validity of the data using source and technique triangulation. This study concluded that 1. Meronce play therapy can develop fine motor skills in children with special needs. The results showed that fine motor skills in children with special needs developed after being given meronce play therapy. 2. Factors that influence the development of fine motor skills come from a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, parenting styles, and the stimulus or stimuli given.

Abstract

Old age is the last step in the human development period. During this period humans will experience seatbacks and changes in their lives. Especially, when they are lose the spouses. Lost spouses make the older experience the deep wound and feel saddened by what happened to them, specifically happen to women old. The women old will experience role changes without their spouse because she will live and fulfill their needs without their husband. Then, they need resilience to build a power the women old who live without their spouse to be able to survive in dealing with their problems. The purpose of this research to know the resilience from the women old who live without their husband and to know the supporting and blocker factors in process of resilience to the women old whom live in Margomulyo village. This research used qualitative descriptive with the kind of research is Case Study. The data were gathered by observation, interview, and document review. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and concluding the data. The result of this research was five subjects of this research have good resilience. It can be known by the women old condition who can control their sad emotion, desire, work spirit, try sincerely, able to positive thinking and caring attitude to another, believing in herself to solve the problems, able to increase the positive aspects in herself. The supporting factors resilience from women olds were spiritual and social factors. The blocker factors from the women old were social and economic factors.

Abstract

Family is an important element in providing social support to adolescents. Entering adolescence is a transition period for children to become adults, all changes experienced by teenagers will have an impact on them. This makes teenagers as a figure who is quite sentimental about things that are personal, such as problems in the family for example. However, what if the family that should be the figure that accompanies the social development of adolescents is the party that does not have a negative impact? This article is a case study qualitative research. Data were collected using observation, interviews and documentation methods, then the data were analyzed in depth using the form of domain analysis. The research was conducted in PP. Salafiyah Assyafi'iyah Al Aqsho with the number of informants as many as 4 children who were taken based on the Problem Expression Tool (AUM) from the total number of students, namely 25 children. Based on the data obtained, adolescent students who experience problems in the family mostly experience obstacles in their social relationships. So it can be concluded that unfavorable family conditions (pathology) will have an impact on the social relationships of their adolescent children.
