Abstract

A very important role for a trading or service company is marketing. An attractive marketing strategy is to be able to maintain advantages, improve the quality of products and services as well as prices that are appropriate in the eyes of customers. In order to maintain the business cycle, service companies must pay attention to the quality of service and the atmosphere of the restaurant so that customers feel comfortable. The type of research used is descriptive research. This research was conducted on 100 respondents of Sushi Tei Ciputra World Surabaya customers. The sampling technique used in this study is the incidental technique. The data analysis techniques used are (1) validity and reliability test of the questionnaire items, (2) multiple linear regression test. Then the regression model is tested for the hypothesis that is simultaneously (F test), partially (t test) and the dominant variable. This study aims to explain the causal relationship between service quality factors, restaurant atmosphere factors and price factors on customer satisfaction through hypothesis testing. Based on hypothesis testing, it was obtained that simultaneously the service quality factor, restaurant atmosphere factor and price factor had an influence on customer satisfaction of 14.394. And when viewed from the Adjusted R Square that is equal to 28.9%, while based on the t test (partially) the component of the service quality variable that dominantly affects customer satisfaction is 0.450.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important factor in the current era of globalization. Because the success of a company is determined by the quality of its human resources. Therefore, to be able to develop, companies must implement good and efficient management. This study aims to determine the partial effect of work motivation on employee performance at CV. Artline Globalindo, the partial effect of the work environment on the performance of employees of CV. Artline Globalindo, and to determine the simultaneous effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at CV. Artline Globalindo. In this study using quantitative methods, with a population of all employees CV. Artline Globalindo, totaling 81 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is a probability sampling technique and a sampling method using simple random sampling. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study based on the t-test of work motivation (X1) had a partial effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment (X2) has a partial effect on employee performance (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the F test with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the work motivation variable (X1) and the work environment (X2) have a simultaneous effect on the employee performance variable (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of KFC's brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions in Surabaya. Samples were taken as many as 150 respondents from KFC consumers who had consumed KFC at least 2 times in their lives in Surabaya. The author hopes that this research will be useful for the future of the company and become a science for Indonesian education. In connection with this research, the authors apply quantitative research methods to examine the population or sample. Then the data generated from quantitative research is analyzed so as to produce data that can be used for the advancement of the company and become a knowledge archive for the community. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and product quality also has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for KFC in Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an at PT. Makmur Jaya Surabaya. The sampling method used is the saturated sampling method. This study uses a saturated sampling technique because the population is relatively small. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Makmur Jaya Surabaya with a total of 30 people. The data used are primary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS 22 application. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of leadership style, and organizational culture have a significant influence on the dependent variable of employee performance for the results of leadership style having a significant value of 0.00 and culture organization has a value of 0.40 which can be concluded that the significant value of the two X variables is smaller than 0.05 which means that the X variable has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of job satisfaction and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Fiscaria Jaya Suara Surabaya simultaneously, (2) The effect of job satisfaction and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Fiscaria Jaya Suara Surabaya partially, (3) The influence of job satisfaction and work environment on these variables which have a dominant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Fiscari Jaya Suara Surabaya. This research is a research using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were employees of PT. Fiscari Jaya Suara Surabaya. The sample collection used a census sample of 40 people, but only 34 respondents were obtained in this study. The data collection method used interviews before the thesis and in the research process by distributing questionnaires in the form of questionnaires and google forms. Data analysis was carried out in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and multiple determination coefficient analysis. From the results of the analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) shows that job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance have a significant effect simultaneously or partially. And the dominant independent variable on employee performance at PT. Fiscaria Jaya Suara Surabaya is the independent variable of the work environment.

Abstract

Ankle sprain injury is a musculoskeletal injury that often occurs in sports athletes. Most of these injuries are minor and can be managed by self-medication at home with proper care. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out socialization and education related to the management of ankle sprain injuries in the community. This activity aims to increase the understanding of community members regarding the correct handling of ankle sprains. The method chosen to deliver this activity is by direct lectures and using posters and leaflets as media. Evaluation of the level of understanding of community members was carried out using a post-test sheet consisting of 10 true and false choices. Counseling and education related to ankle sprain injuries had a good impact in increasing the knowledge of members of the UMS SONIK volleyball court community.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the influence of Brand Ambassador and Service Quality through Purchase Decisions on Customer Loyalty on the Shopee Application. The data collection technique was carried out using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed online on Google Forms. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents, namely consumers or market users. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. Then the results obtained that Brand Ambassador and Service Quality have a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Purchase Decisions have a positive effect on Customer Loyalty. However, Brand Ambassadors on Customer Loyalty through Purchase Decisions have a greater influence than the direct influence of Brand Ambassadors on Purchase Decisions. So that the Purchase Decision can be said to have succeeded in becoming an intervening variable between Brand Ambassadors and Loyalty. Service Quality on Customer Loyalty has a greater influence than through Purchase Decisions. This means that consumers will be loyal or not to the product not because of the purchase decision made but because of the quality of service and the expectations that make them feel so that it can lead to customer loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengeksplorasi bagaimana keputusan pembelian pakaian casual yang dipengaruhi oleh online customer review, rating dan influencer pada marketplace. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kausalitas yaitu untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, dengan kuesioner sebagai alat instrumen dan disebarkan secara online. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 pengguna aplikasi yang sudah pernah melakukan pembelian di marketplace. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structual Equation Model (SEM). Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa online customer review dan rating merupakan faktor yang dapat berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace. Sedangkan influencer tidak menjadi faktor yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian ini marketplace perlu meningkatkan penggunaan online customer review dan rating agar mempermudah konsumen dalam mencari informasi-informasi mengenai produk. Dan sebaiknya marketplace harus lebih mempertimbangkan dalam hal menggunakan review dan rating untuk tidak hanya pada produk yang dijual saja tetapi juga dalam segi layanan. Lalu apabila marketplace ingin meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumennya, maka harus mempertimbangkan kredibilitas dan daya tarik (attractiveness) dalam menentukan influencer yang dipilih sehingga konsumen memiliki kepercayaan kuat terhadap informasi yang disampaikan sehingga dapat membangun keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami hal yang dapat mendorong melakukan pembelian impulsif dipengaruhi oleh promosi penjualan seperti gratis ongkir, flash sale, dan cashback dengan disertai emosi positif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 pengguna aplikasi Shopee yang telah melakukan transaksi pembelian produk fesyen luxury brand di Shopee Mall minimal dua kali dalam tiga bulan terakhir, dengan usia 20-35 tahun, dan bedomisili di DKI Jakarta. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Model (SEM). Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa gratis ongkir dan flash sale mempengaruhi emosi positif dan pembelian impulsif. Namun cashback tidak memiliki mempengaruhi baik emosi positif maupun pembelian impulsif. Kemudian emosi positif dapat mempengaruhi pembelian impulsif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Shopee Mall mempertahankan promosi penjalan seperti gratis ongkir dan penjualan kilat karena pada penelitian ini mampu membuktikan dapat menimbulkan emosi positif dan pembelian impulsif. Kemudian pembelian impulsif dipengaruhi emosi positif, artinya penjualan kilat dapat mengembangkan promosi penjualan lainnya yang juga akan memberikan emosi positif kepada konsumen. Diharapkan shopee terus mempertahakan program promosi penjualan tersebut sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen ketika melakukan transaksi pembelian.

Abstract

Pengungkapan risiko perusahaan merupakan bagian dari informasi yang dimuat dalam catatan atas laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor determinan pengungkapan risiko perusahaan, antara lain dewan komisaris independen, kualitas auditor eksternal, kompetisi, ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap pengungkapan risiko perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perkebunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2021. Metode pengambilan sampel yag digunakan puposive sampling, dan diperoleh 75 sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, diuji menggunakan Statistik Ilmu Sosial (SPSS) versi 23. Kemudian data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan lengkap periode 2018-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas auditor eksternal dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan risiko perusahaan. Variabel kompetisi berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengungkapan risiko perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel dewan komisaris independen dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan risiko perusahaan. Keterbatasan ini adalah kurangnya orang dalam melakukan content analysis, proses ini harus dilakukan oleh lebih dari satu orang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi ilmiah untuk penelitian lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor penentu praktik pengungkapan risiko.
