Abstract

The character development of citizens, especially among the Z generation is something that must be considered. In psychology, the characteristics of Generation Z can be compared to the characteristics of adolescents and the transition to early adulthood. The increase in the character of Generation Z can be influenced by psychological conditions that can be pursued through the application of character education. Character development education is a process that is always ongoing and will never end. To create the characteristics of citizens who make good citizens (good citizenship), it can be done through the mental revolution movement. The method used in this study is a literature review related to the mental revolution and the characteristics of citizens, especially among Generation Z. The results of this study state that improving the characteristics is very necessary related to improving the welfare of the country and supporting the progress of the country during increasingly competitive global competition. . The mental revolution movement is an effort to improve the character education of citizens, through the cultivation of multicultural values.

Abstract

The no. 11 2020 law on occupational copyright in section 82 verse 1 mentions that the rule of chapter 18 was changed to read as follows: a social security program includes (a) health insurance, (b) occupational safety, (c) retirement security, (e ) a guarantee of death, (e) a guarantee of death, and (f) a bail of death, but in execution, it cannot be fully implemented by the giver of such social security. The study aims to know the form of legal protection for labor through a social security program by 2020's statute 11 on job copyright and knowing how the implementation of the social security program for labor. The study employed an empirical juridical method using primary and secondary data conducted with a random sampling technique. The data obtained is analyzed with qualitative data analysis. From this study came that legal protection contained rights and obligations. The government has published a 2020 statute of no. 11 to create legal protection for the workforce. But in development in the field, there is still a large amount of manpower that has not earned their right to social security, which means that governments have not been able to provide maximum protection to the workforce.

Abstract

Uncertainty is always faced in an ever-changing business environment, this makes organizations must have the readiness and ability to create innovations. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived peer support and perceived organizational support on innovative behavior. This study uses work engagement as a mediating variable, and leader-member exchange as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at Hotel X Surabaya, which is part of a four-star national hotel chain. The sample used is the operational employees of Hotel X Surabaya, which means 40 employees. Next, the trial uses the least-squares portion (PLS). The results of this study indicate that work engagement fully mediates the relationship between perceived peer support and innovative behavior. This shows that the perception of peer support does not directly affect innovative behavior. Furthermore, on the relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative behavior, the job involvement variable partially mediates. This study also shows the results that leader-member exchange strengthens the relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative behavior. Thus, for high-level leader-exchange members, the relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative behavior was stronger than for low-leader-member exchanges.

Abstract

Minister of Health Regulation Number 10 of 2021 concerning Vaccines in the Context of the Covid-19 Pandemic, in the regulation it is stated in Article 1 Number 1 concerning the definition of vaccines, vaccines are biological products that contain antigens in the form of dead or attenuated live microorganisms, still intact. or part thereof, or in the form of a microorganism toxin that has been processed into a toxoid or recombinant protein, which is added with other substances, which when administered to a person actively causes specific immunity against certain diseases. The fact on the ground is that currently the Covid-19 vaccine program is faced with various reasons for acceptance and rejection related to this. The problem in this study is how to implement Permenkes No. 10 of 2021 regarding the implementation of vaccinations in the context of controlling COVID-19 in the community and how the community responds to vaccinations in Indonesia. This research method is juridical-empirical by collecting data through questionnaires to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Minister of Health Regulation Number 10 of 2021 concerning Vaccines in the Context of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the Community. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the implementation of Ministerial Regulation Number 10 of 2021 concerning Vaccines in the Context of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Pandemic in the community has received a lot of approval regarding the Covid-19 vaccine program policy because the program aims to stem the Covid pandemic. -19 this.

Abstract

Halal tourism has recently begun to be frequently discussed with its enormous economic potential. referring to Crescent Rating data which states that in 2014 Muslims around the world spent around US$126.1 billion for tourism expenditure allocation where Indonesia was in the 6th position as the most favorite halal tourist destination in the world. This potential needs to be observed by Indonesia with several favorite tourist attractions that have long been known to the world in this country. Lombok Island as one of the favorite tourist destinations in Indonesia in 2015 has won two awards as the World's Best Halal Tourism Destination and the World's Best Halal Honeymoon Destination where the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara TGM Zainul Majdi has stated his readiness to develop halal tourism in Lombok. with several favorite destinations such as Senggigi Beach, Gili Trawangan, and Mount Rinjani. So in this journal, the author will describe the results of research using a SWOT analysis on the development of halal tourism on the island of Lombok.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock prices. In this study, there is one dependent variable, namely stock prices, and four independent variables, namely Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). Return on Assets (ROA) is measured by dividing net income by total assets in the company. Return On Equity (ROE) with return on common equity and net return on common equity, which measures the return on investment of ordinary shareholders. Net Profit Margin (NPM) is calculated by dividing the total net profit earned by the company by each sale made. Earning Per Share (EPS) by dividing the number of each ordinary share produced during a specific period by the shares outstanding, measured by dividing the total period income available to shareholders from the company's common shares by the number of ordinary shares outstanding. The population and sample are 35 companies with banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017 – 2019, so that the research sample is 35 samples, namely 105 companies. The results of this study indicate that Return On Assets (ROA) does not affect stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) is detrimental to stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive effect on stock prices, and net income. Margin (NPM) does not affect stock prices.

Abstract

 The research was conducted to see the effect of work environment, motivation, and workculture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening in at PT. BankTabungan Negara (PERSERO) TBK. The research method used is descriptive quantitative bycollecting data and testing hypotheses and providing conclusions from the results of the study using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were employees who worked at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) TBK Batam Branch, totaling 124 respondents. Path coefficient calculation using SEM test assisted by AMOS version 24.0. To determine the direct and indirect effect between variables, it is seen from the results of the calculation of the path coefficient and to determine the significance. Changes in job satisfaction are influenced by the work environment, motivation, and work culture by 16.5%, and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study by 27.3%. Meanwhile, changes in employee performance are influenced by the work environment, motivation, and work culture by 3%, and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study involved determinants of maternal financial literacy on household welfare from the perspective of maqashid al-syariah. This study used two waves of IFLS, namely IFLS-4 (2007) and IFLS-5 (2014). In addition, several data related to the value of household assets and household characteristics are available based on IFLS-4 (2007). The study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and regression using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The findings in this study include the expenditure variable has no significant effect on the family welfare variable. The social consumption variable has a negative and significant impact on family welfare. The savings variable has a positive and significant effect on family welfare. The variable was to borrow funds has a positive and significant effect on family welfare. The pension fund variable has a positive and significant effect on family welfare. Mother's education variable has a negative and significant effect on family welfare. The variable number of family members has a positive and significant effect on the family's economic interest. The variables of residence and year have no significant impact on the family's economic welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to detect fraudulent financial statements using the theory fraud diamond. Financial statement fraud is measured using the Modified Jones Model. Disclosure of accrued income from credit sales and accrued receivables of the company is the reason for using the Modified Jones Model. In this study, the authors add the use of the receivables ratio as a proxy variable from the nature of the industry so that the most suitable research model used in detecting financial statement fraud is using the Modified Jones Model. The population in this study are all property and sector companies real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sample in this study was 20 companies (100 company data with an observation period of 5 years) in the property and sector real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. Using multiple linear regression statistical methods and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26. This study indicates that financial stability, target, and auditor change do not affect financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, external pressure, the nature of the industry, and total accruals affect fraudulent financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, audit opinion, hood reputation, management turnover, and audit delay on auditor switching in manufacturing companies on the IDX in 2017-2020. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. This sampling used the purposive sampling method with the number of samples obtained as many as 123 companies. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis (logistic regression). The study results show that institutional ownership, reputation, and audit delay partially have a significant effect on auditor switching. In contrast, audit opinion and management change partially have no considerable impact on auditor switching. However, simultaneously institutional ownership, audit opinion, hood reputation, management turnover, and audit delay significantly affect auditor switching.
