Abstract

Water is the most important thing for all aspects of life. Today, many water problems arise as a result of the decreasing amount of clean water. This is the obligation of the Central and Regional Governments to provide clean water services to the community. However, considering the wide coverage area of Indonesia and the limited government funds, it requires the support of the private sector to overcome these problems. One of them is Islamic philanthropy, especially waqf management. This study aims to determine the mechanism for utilizing cash waqf funds and the factors supporting and inhibiting the utilization of waqf funds in the clean water supply program at the Minhajus Sunnah Foundation Surabaya. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely by describing the actual information that occurs in the field (field research). Data was collected by doing interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is the mechanism for utilizing waqf funds at the Minhajus Sunnah Surabaya Foundation, the cash waqf funds themselves obtained from their permanent donors (wakif), namely the Dar Al Ber Society Foundation which is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The fund that is given according to the wishes of the Dar Al Ber Society Foundation with the terms and specifications of the project that had been determined by them. This form of utilization of waqf funds is a form of distribution by providing services directly to the community in the form of building wells.Keywords: waqf, cash waqf, utilization of waqf, water crisis

Abstract

Garut is a district in West Java between the main routes connecting Bandung with lakes. With a variety of natural and religious tourism. Garut has special foods such as dodol, various local spices and leather crafts. However, with the spread of the Covid 19 outbreak in Indonesia, this has had a negative impact on the economy of Garut and the potential of the area. Various steps have been taken to restore the health sector and the regional economy affected, such as the implementation of PSBB as well as assistance programs, economic relaxation. So, recovery steps must be taken by adjusting new habits, one of which is the digitization of guaranteed local products such as halal products, where safety be prioritized according to Sharia principles and the economy in the region itself must be restored.Keywords: Digitalization, Garut, PSBB, Halal Products

Abstract

Labelisasi halal menjadi kebutuhan bagi konsumen sebelum menentukan pembelian produk, dan persepsi konsumen akan labelisasi halal dipengarui akan faktor internal maupun eksternal yang didapat sebagai stimulus, semakin baik stimulus dari faktor tersebut, semakin baik pula persepsinya. Strategi pemasaran pun menjadi faktor penting sebagai pertimbangan konsumen sebelum membeli produk. Salah satu permasalahan bagi badan usaha hingga kini adalah persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, hingga perusahaan harus menganalisa dan mengevaluasi sistem operasionalnya kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat adakah pengaruh persepsi labelisasi halal dan strategi pemasaran MLM syariah produk HNI HPAI secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Business Center Cikarang Utara dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 sampel yang telah ditentukan. Hasil jawaban responden kemudian dikumpulkan dan diolah dengan SPSS 25.Pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa persepsi labelisasi halal secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen BC Cikarang Utara dengan indikatornya yaitu menempel pada kemasan dengan nilai thitung 4,114 > 1,991 ttabel. Demikian pula strategi pemasaran MLM syariah produk HNI HPAI secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen BC Cikarang Utara dengan indikator yang sangat berpengaruh yaitu pembinaan mitra 4,299 > 1,991. Kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh secara simultan dengan uji F, Fhitung menunjukan angka sebesar 12,451 dan Ftabel sebesar 3,09, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Adapun hasil R square adalah 0,609, ini berarti bahwa persepsi labelisasi halal dan strategi pemasaran MLM syariah produk HNI HPAI berdampak 60,9 % terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen BC Cikarang Utara, sedangkan 39,1% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

The population growth of the City of Tasikmalaya is a potential target market for Islamic banking, the population of the City of Tasikmalaya should be able to increase the market share of Islamic banking in West Java which is at 8.36% and increase the use of Islamic banking. This study aims to determine how much influence Islamic financial literacy, accessibility, financial behavior and motivation have on the interest of the people of Tasikmalaya City in the use of Islamic banking services. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with hypothesis testing on data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression test. The findings in this study are that the variables of Islamic financial literacy and motivation show an influence on the interest of the people in use of Islamic banking services. Then on the accessibility and financial behavior variables, it shows that there is no influence on the interest of the people in use of Islamic banking services. Based on the conclusions in this study, it shows that the influence of Islamic financial literacy, accessibility, financial behavior and motivation on the interest of the people in use of Islamic banking services is 57.4%.

Abstract

The sale and purchase of Islamic bonds or sukuk products in the secondary market is more volatile, the profit which is the reference for investors in the secondary market is generally yield to maturity (YTM) or often called yield. According to Laily Fitriyah et al. in their research, the economic conditions in a country can be an important reference for investors' decisions in that country, this is in line with the theory pioneered by Rosel in 1963, namely the Arbitrage Pricing Theory that bond yields can be influenced by macroeconomic factors. Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation and the rupiah exchange rate are some branches of macroeconomics that can describe the economic condition of a country. This study uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) data analysis method. The data processing tools used are Eviews9 and Microsoft Excel 2019 to support initial data processing. The VECM estimation results show that in the short term only the rupiah exchange rate variable has a significant negative effect on the yield of SR09, GDP has an insignificant negative effect and inflation has an insignificant positive effect on the yield of SR009. Meanwhile, in the long term, all independent variables have a significant negative effect on the yield of SR009.Keywords: GDP, Inflation, Rupiah Exchange, Yield.

Abstract

Zakat has the potential to be developed economically. When viewed from its growth, zakat has experienced rapid development, especially in the past decade. However, the growth of zakat is still very far from the actual zakat potential. Judging from the actual data on the collection of national ZIS by the official OPZ, in 2016 the collection of new ZIS reached around Rp 5 trillion, that means the realization of the collection was still quite far from potential. This gap is more or less influenced by several factors, such as: Low awareness of obligatory zakat (muzakki). In addition, the distribution system of zakat which is still limited to meet consumer needs which ultimately makes zakat not work optimally in alleviating economic problems. So that it takes a movement to utilize the zakat funds with a productive zakat system. The author uses the method of literature study and field research to obtain data. The implementation of productive zakat in Bandung City Baznas is carried out by distributing zakat funds to UMKM to increase the economic productivity of mustahik. Not only given venture capital, but also carried out assistance and coaching by the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM Bandung by holding entrepreneurship training that is focused on the Technical Guidance program (BIMTEK) including resource persons and instructors who will provide guidance on product marketing strategies, bookkeeping and so on. and both processes have an influence in the framework of developing small and medium micro businesses (UMKM) in the city of Bandung.Keyword : Productive zakat, Entrepreneurship training, UMKM.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan masyarakat muslim tiap tahunnya dinilai sangat tinggi. Oleh karena itu pemenuhan kebutuhan akan makanan halal pun juga dinilai setara. Tidak hanya di negara mayoritas muslim, tentu hal ini juga menjadi sorot perhatian bagi negara non-muslim lainnya. Mengingat Jepang yang dinilai berpotensi dari segi budaya dan teknologi pun berusaha memanfaatkan fenomena tersebut untuk meningkatkan daya jual wisatanya, khususnya melalui kuliner. Tentu untuk memperluas jangkauannya, Jepang perlu membagikan informasi seputar negaranya sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman melalui pemanfaatan sosial media. Melalui penelitian dengan metode kualitatif ini, peneliti akan menganalisa dengan pendekatan deskriptif mengenai pengaruh intensitas penggunaan Instagram Halal Gourmet Japan sebagai akun yang membagikan konten seputar makanan halal khas Jepang. Data yang digunakan pada peneliti kali ini adalah data sekunder yakni akun dan laman terkait Halal Gourmet Japan dan jurnal terkait sebagai bahan pendukung untuk melakukan analisa lebih lanjut. Dengan menggunakan konsep marketing exposure, peneliti akan meninjau bagaimana Halal Gourmet Japan mampu memanfaatkan aspek konsistensi dalam memberikan dampak yang cukup masif pada perkembangan wisata dan kuliner di Jepang di ranah global.

Abstract

Membayar zakat merupakan kewajiban yang harus ditunaikan oleh umat Islam. Namun, kewajiban bukanlah faktor satu-satunya yang mendorong seseorang dalam menunaikan zakat. Ada juga faktor-faktor lain, seperti pendapatan muzakki, religiusitas, pengetahuan zakat, dan inovasi amil. Hal tersebut yang menjadi latar belakang penulis dalam melakukan penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh pendapatan muzakki, religiusitas, pengetahuan zakat, dan inovasi terhadap motivasi muzakki dalam membayar zakat di UPZ Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis yang diolah dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan religiusitas, pengetahuan zakat, dan inovasi, masing-masing variabel memperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yang memiliki arti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Nilai thitung dari masing-masing variabel berturut-turut 3,568, 2,733, dan 4,768 atau bisa dikatakan terdapat pengaruh. Variabel pendapatan muzakki memperoleh nilai thitung < ttabel yang artinya Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak atau bisa dikatakan tidak terdapat pengaruh dengan nilai thitung = -2,150. Hasil uji F memperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel dengan nilai Fhitung = 25,382 dan signifikansi < 0,05 yang artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha dierima. Hasil koefisien determinasi atau (R2) dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 39% yang memiliki arti bahwa motivasi membayar zakat profesi dipengaruhi oleh variabel X1, X2, X3, dan X4. Sedangkan, sisa dari koefisien determinasi, yaitu 61% disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the potential of the Halal Industry in Indonesia. This research also identifies opportunities and challenges in its development. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative analysis through data reduction, categorization and verification. This study found that Indonesia has the potential to develop the Halal Industry in various sectors, especially halal food, halal tourism, halal fashion, halal pharmacy and halal cosmetics. The development of the Halal Industry also has the potential to increase national economic growth. However, Indonesia must face various challenges such as low awareness of halal, low competitiveness of local products and problems in implementing the Halal Product Assurance Regulation.

Abstract

The price mechanism in the halal industry has an important role in determining the value and price of halal products. The concept of pricing mechanism in Islam has been initiated by the thinkers Yahya bin Umar and Ibn Taymiyyah. The purpose of this study is to find out how the relationship between the pricing mechanisms of the two Islamic thinkers in the halal industry. Descriptive analytical with qualitative research methods and a historical approach are used in this research. As a result, Yahya bin Umar and Ibn Taymiyyah's approaches to the pricing mechanism provide different perspectives but are in line with the context of healthy and fair pricing. Yahya bin Umar views that prices are determined by the ideal market mechanism, while Ibn Taymiyyah emphasizes the importance of healthy competition and wise government intervention. The price mechanism in the halal industry should reflect the intrinsic value of the product, ensure fairness in transactions, and support the sustainability of the industry. The government can use the price mechanism to set a minimum price or ensure halal products meet certain standards. Fair and competitive pricing will enable wider access to halal products and maintain consumer confidence over a longer period.
