#### Abstract

In an ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) vehicle, the center of gravity is the point at which the vehicle will be in equilibrium. At this point the gravitational force acts, for objects that are have any shape location center of gravity is searched by calculations, calculations are based on the assumption that we can take some points of the object you want to calculate the center of gravity multiplied by the weight at each point then add up and divide by the total weight at each point. It is said that the center of gravity is also the center of mass near the earth's surface, but for a certain height above the earth center of gravity and center of gravity must be distinguished. #### Abstract

On the purchase of a grinding seat, is not included as a complementary tool holder or frame grinding sitting, therefore grinding sitting placed on the floor. It is very uncomfortable in the use of grinding to sit. Therefore, it is necessary to have a tool or a place to put the grinding seated. Tools or place holder for grinding is expected to create more comfortable when sitting grinding process use. Making bench grinder can be done with a series of processes, ie material cutting, making holes, grinding and welding. The strength of the bench grinder that has been made is 29821.26 N so that it can be said that has created a bench grinder is able to sustain grinding.

#### Abstract

Frame is one important component of the electric bicycle because it serves as the supporting components are installed, so that it becomes a unity that makes electric bikes can run. For static stress analysis was performed on an electric bicycle frame brands Selis thunder type 350 watts using ANSYS software V17 with amaximum static load of 1,200 kg. The purpose of this study was to determine the strength that is capable detained by order so that an unknown number of safety.After testing obtained amounted to 413.73 MPa maximum stress, maximum strain of 20.687x10-4 mm/mm , total maximum deformation of 95.99x10-2 mm and the safety factor at 0.6042.

#### Abstract

The industrial sector is now a new foundation for the people of Indonesia. Quality is a key factor that brings business success, growth and increasing competitive position. The quality of a product is defined as the degree or extent to which products or services are able to satisfy the desires of consumers (fitness for use). In fact, if the product or product can not achieve precisely the purpose for which the item is intended or used, it does not necessarily mean that the consumer or the buyer will make a complaint to the producer. Different types of methods are developed and applied by industrial societies to produce products of better quality. Six sigma is a method of controlling and improving the quality of Motorola implemented by the company since 1986 and then used by companies large-scale international level.PT. X-Majalengka, the company is engaged in semi-finished textiles. Research carried out is in part preparation before the weaving process, namely the winding. The number of mismatches that continued to occur on the production floor Grade A winding into a decrease in Gray cloth. Yarn is the main ingredient pembutan fabric gray, yarn used affects the quality of gray cloth produced, of course, to produce gray cloth that grade A then the thread used to be quality yarn, a process for producing quality yarns is the preparation stage is the process of winding, Good thread the warp or weft will experience the process of winding. By using six sigma analysis showed that the quality Pirn supply bobbins produced by the company has a good process capability. Based on Sigma value calculation, the average value of the company is 2.52 sigma with 169.31 Defect per million Opportunitas (DPMO). This shows a consistent pattern of DPMO and sigma achievement, indicating that the production pattern has been properly managed. And types of disabilities in Pirn product supply bobbins grouped into three types. This type of disability is calculated frequency for 1 year of production from July 2016 until June 2017 that is hairy 72 pirn, deflated loops154 and 245 pirn pirn.

PINDAD (Persero) shall be designed so that the development of efficient factory area and the production and distribution process can proceed smoothly, so the security, safety, and comfort for employees can be met. Traditional mango pickers made from bamboo. The characteristics of the mango fruit picker tool can not be adjusted in short length so there are difficulties during use, such as reaching different tree heights. Long shapes make picking tools mango fruit difficult to carry. A fragile basket template. There is no standard handheld diameter galah so there are some users feel uncomfortable when grasping it because of smallness or greatness.he design of the mango fruit picker tool using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) can make the product based on the wishes and needs of the users of the mango pickers. Product Design With QFD This requires Customer Voices to compile House Of Quality primary needs for the users obtained from the Customer Voices this will be used as the basis for designing the picker tool mango fruit. Designing the product by applying the hand anthropometry data of the handheld diameter (Maximum) using the P50 percentile. The use of the 50thpercentile is intended that users with larger or smaller handheld diameters may grasp it.

#### Abstract

Test equipment is an educational laboratory facility that is very important in supporting and supporting the teaching and learning process in the laboratory. , load cell is an electronic device that is used as an additional device in a tensile testing machine. The tensile test results will be better or more accurate if the tensile test equipment is equipped with a load cell using a data device system. Obtained from this test, namely the stress value that occurs in the load cell, the stress on the ST37 steel specimen is 48.56 kg/mm², the maximum stress is 952.99 kg/mm². While the stress on the 6061 aluminum specimen is 15.6 kg/mm², and the maximum stress is 306.15 kg/mm². In addition to the workpiece that breaks due to tension, a tensile test curve is also generated. This curve is a description of the workpiece loading process from the beginning of the withdrawal to the end of the workpiece.

#### Abstract

Garbage is one of the factors that damage the environment, basically garbage increases along with the increase in population and the level of consumption of the processing community Waste is two sides of a coin, waste recapitulation in 2020 in Majalengka Regency is data from the DLH (Environmental Service) Majalengka states that the population is 1,250,180 people produce 14,857 tons/day or 178,285 tons/year waste and transported or processed waste only 34,675 tons/year, this pyrolysis process is a thermochemical decomposition of organic material or inorganic processes that take place without air or oxygen where the raw material will undergo breakdown chemical structure into the gas phase, the plastic pyrolysis process requires several tools, namely a reactor as a combustion without air or oxygen from plastic so that it becomes gas, parameters including temperature which affects the change of plastic into gas, the pressure on the reactor tube caused by the thermal decomposition of plastic into pyrolysis gas, these parameters in the pyrolysis process are mutually tangent because the temperature of the combustion of the reactor will determine the resulting pressure, This is because the hotter the combustion in the reactor, the faster the pyrolysis process occurs, 180 minutes of the oil process produced by PP type plastic is 800 ml while LDPE type plastic is 500 ml, the results on the two plastics are different due to the difference in melting point temperature between types of plastic PP and LDPE, these parameters can be seen in the heat transfer in the pyrolysis reactor of 3.798 x 109 with turbulent flow type
