Abstract

Consumables inventory information system is used to control and supervise the management of consumables in carrying out the management of consumables, they often face problems. These problems such as inaccurate counting of goods, recording process, transaction data documentation is hampered, and inventory control is not optimal. The thing that is done to minimize these problems is the construction of an information system for managing consumables inventory. This system was created by developing an existing system. The purpose of developing this system is to provide convenience for users to obtain the required information quickly and accurately. The stages of system development used in the development of this system are system analysis, system design and system implementation. The auxiliary software used to implement the system design is Delphi Borland The consumables inventory information system is built based on user needs so that requirements specifications are generated. The database in this system includes a table of goods, users, suppliers, circulation, invoices, inventories, proposals for goods and expiration of goods.

Abstract

This research is oriented to the Design of RT/RW Net Hotspot System With Mikrotik RouterOS as Billing Management, where previously Delta Net was a cable-based internet cafe where users could only enjoy internet access after visiting Delta Net. With the hotspot system, it is hoped that users will be facilitated in terms of getting internet access without having to leave their homes and Delta Net can survive in the midst of the growing number of internet cafe businesses. From the problems that exist in Delta Net in terms of limited internet access for users who want to be able to enjoy easy internet access without having to leave home and the growing internet cafe business, the use of a hotspot system in the RT / RW environment as a means to facilitate users who want to get access easy internet without having to leave the house and as a means to remain competitive in the midst of the development of the cafe business, so that both users and cafe owners can benefit from the hotspot system

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, especially in the field of information technology, it demands almost every part of our lives to take advantage of it. Especially in daily work that demands a fast, precise and accurate process. Therefore, at this time information technology cannot be separated from part of our daily work processes. To get fast work results, it needs to be supported by simple and applicable tools. Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Jepara is a junior secondary level formal education institution which is geographically located in Karangawen Village, Karangawen District, Demak Regency, with a total of about 800 students divided into 25 classes. To serve student payments with a large number of students, MTs Jepara is no longer serving manually, namely by writing in a book to record payment transactions, but has used a student financial payment application created using Microsoft Access. With this application, all student financial payment transactions can be accessed easily and quickly which are served by Administrative Staff to support the work process. The purpose of this research is to build a school financial payment system with barcode tools at MTs Jepara Demak to help speed up data input on the student financial payment application at MTs Jepara Demak so that services in student financial payments at MTs Jepara Demak become faster. Abstract

The development of information technology in various fields, one of which is in the field of queuing systems. That we know about the queuing system which is so tedious because of the long process of queuing. Therefore, the number of customer queues at several banks so that customers cannot relax to carry out transactions at the bank is a problem that is often encountered, as well as what happened at PT. BPR SARIBUMI Bank Godong Branch which still uses a manual system. To overcome this problem, a queue display is used that uses text and voice displays and prints the queue serial number so that customers no longer need to queue conventionally. With this queuing system, the queue counter clerk, cashier or teller will have no difficulty in determining the first person to be served in the queue. This is a solution, but the display of the queue display uses electronic equipment that performs a counter so that the possibility of damage to the device exists. In making this final project the author uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software and MySQL database.

Abstract

The use of information technology which is increasingly becoming an important need for all sectors of people's lives with all the conveniences offered such as speed and good data processing accuracy makes this difficult for today's society to do. In the world of education, information technology is also used in data processing in the administrative section. MTs Sirojul Athfal which still uses conventional methods, needs an information system to process student payment data so as to reduce errors in data processing. The Scrum method is very well used in the process of making information systems that require fast time to implement. The purpose of this research is to implement the SCRUM method in the design of the MTs Administrative Information System. The results of this study indicate that the SCRUM method is very well used in the manufacture of Information Systems, which requires fast time and needs dynamic information systems in the process.

Abstract

Perusahaan saat ini mulai menerapkan sistem perangkat lunak terkait mengelola data. Dalam hal itu memiliki beberapa tahapan yang perlu ditinjau sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Salah satu faktor tinjauan penting bagi perusahaan adalah sistem payroll atau gaji yang wajib diberikan oleh perusahaan untuk pegawai tersebut. PT. Kfood Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang makanan dan minuman sejak tahun 2012. Sistem payroll di perusahaan ini sudah terintegrasi menggunakan komputer, hanya saja belum berbasis sistem informasi, sehingga masih sering kali terjadi sebuah kesalahan memberikan informasi payroll, belum ada report payroll, dan belum ada dokumentasi sebagai bukti valid setiap payroll pegawai. Dengan tujuan menerapkan Model SDLC atau Software Development Life Cycle dapat menganalisa kebutuhan sistem payroll di perusahaan secara detail. Hasil penelitian ini, Model SDLC membuat sistem payroll teraplikasi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Model SDLC, Siklus Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak, Sistem Penggajian.

Abstract

Venn diagrams group data sets based on relations, either in the form of combined or slice sets. Venn Diagram mapping occurs when there are interrelated data sets. Weaknesses Venn diagrams do not show interconnected data, such as how many data records come from sorting Query data. In this study, cross-tabulation supports indicating related data in the database, making a Venn Diagram. This research uses cross-tabulation results to facilitate Venn Diagram mapping in database exploration. The variable used as experimental material is student test scores. Database interpretation has evidenced cross-tabulation to map Venn Diagram by separating Grade levels. The breakdown of Grade levels makes it easier to understand the visualization of data in the Venn Diagram. Merging Assignments, UTS, and UAS workable if they have the same goal, referring to the Grade as the data centre. The results obtained that the Grade value with the highest achievement is A-. Assignments worth >= 81.5 by 41%, UTS between values ​​of 73-85.5 by 21%, and UAS between values ​​of 77.5-82.5 by 24%.

Abstract

Seluruh madrasah di Indonesia melakukan aktivitas pembelajaran secara online, tidak terkecuali di MI Mathalibul Huda Mlonggo. Selama ini pembelajaran hanya dilakukan dengan mentransfer teks, gambar, video. Sehingga kurang interaktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Augmented Reality merupakan teknologi penggabungan antara dunia virtual dengan dunia nyata. Ini menjadikan pengalaman baru yang interaktif dan dapat dimanfaatkan pada pembelajaran. AR dapat digunakan untuk memodelkan proses siklus air secara 3D. User hanya butuh menginstal aplikasi pada smartphone dan scanning QR Code yang telah ditentukan. Setelah terdeteksi QR Code yang digunakan akan menampilkan objek 3D dan informasi yang dicantumkan.Hasil dari penelitian AR ini dapat menampilkan siklus daur hidup air secara 3D dan realtime. Abstract

Dalam bidang pendidikan sistem pembayaran SPP memegang peranan yang penting terutama dipendidikan yang berstatus swasta karena kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan biaya tanpa disubsidi oleh pemerintah. SMA Gita Bahari adalah salah satu sekolah swasta yang mengandalkan pembayaran SPP untuk pembiayaan belajar mengajar. Sekolah SMA Gita Bahari melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari dengan menggunakan sistem manual yaitu seperti kegiatan pembayaran SPP yang dirasa masih menimbulkan berbagai kendala kesulitan dalam pencarian data siswa sudah membayar maupun belum membayar. Solusi tepat untuk mengatasi sistem pembayaran SPP yang lama dengan sistem pembayaran SPP yang baru akan memudahkan dalam menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Dari analisis dan desain yang telah dilakukan SMA Gita Bahari membutuhkan sistem informasi pada pengolahan data pembayaran SPP sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam penyajian laporan sebagai informasi yang tepat dan akurat bagi pihak yang memerlukannya. Sistem aplikasi ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic dan database yang diolah menggunakan Microsoft Acces. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berbasis komputer ini akan sangat membantu dilembaga pendidikan dalam mengelola data yang lebih cepat dan tingkat kesalahan yang sangat minimal.
