Analysing the Second Semester Students’ Ability in Toefl Listening Comprehension Karta Atmaja

The aim of this research is to find out the second semester students’ ability in TOEFL Listening Comprehension at Sekolah Tinggi Bahasa Asing Cipto Hadi Pranoto. The method applied is the descriptive qualitative research. It revealed that the students’ ability to Longman Introductory Course Book by Deborah Phillips for TOEFL Test show the level of difficulties in Part A (short conversation) is 75 % comprising from 55 % moderate, in skill 1(restatement), skill 2 (expression of negative sentence), skill 3 (suggestion) and skill 6 (the expressions of agreement), 18 % easy in skill 5 (identifying occupation, location). However the problematic aspect in Part A is 2 % difficult to comprehend skill 4, passive statements, in Part B proves that the students’ comprehension of skill 7 (anticipating questions) is 20 % easy, and skill 8 (anticipating topics or main ideas) is 2 % moderate, in Part C shows that 11 % considered moderate to comprehend skill 11 (anticipating topics or main ideas), and 11 % easy to comprehend skill 10 (anticipating question). However, the problematic aspect in Part C is 2 % difficult to comprehend skill 12 (the order of the answer).

One of the ways for the government to find out the level of economic growth is by calculating the value of national income, especially which is the focus of the government to be able to increase the per capita income of the community in each region so that it can contribute to local revenue which will also increase national income, the government's strategies and efforts to increase it. This research method uses descriptive analysis presented with statistical data, statistical data used in the form of tables, diagrams, graphs and others. Descriptive analysis using various sources of literature and articles as material for analyzing research problems to describe the investment contribution of Central Java province to increasing national income. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of the analysis of the article is the strategy of the regional government of Central Java Province to increase local revenue and support efforts to increase national income through investment by setting up investment licensing regulations for both PMA/PMDN easily and transparently as well as promotion and training to increase regional investment figures, besides that the most important point to increase investment realization is the consistency of innovation and creativity of the government and the community to form new ideas that can compete with the global market.

Research analysis of sugar content and the effect of ethanol content on bioethanol from old coconut water and pineapple peel with the help of Saccharomyces Cerevisease bacteria. The condition of the spread of the Corona Virus or COVID-19 in Indonesia, thus making bioethanol produced from fermenting pineapple peel waste and old coconut water for disinfectant products to spray around homes and public places to reduce bacteria and viruses. The production of bioethanol is carried out by pre-treating coconut water and pineapple peel, the fermentation stage with Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast and the distillation stage. The result of the highest bioethanol content was 32% with a mass of 5 g yeast with a time of 24 hours. The highest calorific value at 72 hours was 211.95 kcal/kg. The result of the highest specific gravity at 24 hours and the mass of yeast 4 g is 0.98 g/ml. Based on the bioethanol quality requirements, the bioethanol produced is not in accordance with the bioethanol quality requirements, this is due to the absence of nutrient decomposing bacteria so that it is less than optimal in converting glucose into bioethanol.

The Covid-19 pandemic, which requires learning to be carried out online, has made the implementation of learning in Jurisprudence subjects not run optimally. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the implementation of online learning in fiqih subjects during the Covid -19 pandemic in MIS, Katingan Hilir District, Katingan Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data taken from this study is data that is relevant to the research focus, namely on online learning of fiqh subjects during the Covid -19 pandemic in MIS, Katingan Hilir District, Katingan Regency. The collected data will be analyzed using several stages, preparation, analysis, presentation of the results of the analysis. The results of this study indicate the learning implementation strategy used by the teacher in fiqh learning during the Covid 19 pandemic at MIS Katingan Hilir was carried out by a strategy planning board. The use of learning methods is centered on methods that are bold through the material sent by the teacher. The media used are multimedia-based media in the form of a powerpoint module and the whatsapp group and google classroom media communication platform. After planning by the teacher about learning then the teacher implements the strategy, pre-learning activities are carried out in the form of question and answer interactions.

The Effect of Experiential Marketing and Paylater Features on Customer Satisfaction and Repeat Interest Dhandy Dwi Yustica

This study aims to determine whether experiential marketing and PayLater features on the Gojek application have on consumer satisfaction and their impact on repurchase interest. The data analysis technique uses path analysis and uses quantitative methods. Quantitative methods include validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, t-test trials, F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that experiential marketing has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, the PayLater feature also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and the two independent variables simultaneously have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The findings also show that experiential marketing has a positive effect on repurchase interest, consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase interest, and different results are shown by the PayLater feature which has a negative effect on repurchase interest. Simultaneously, experiential marketing variables, PayLater features, and customer satisfaction have a positive effect on repurchase interest.

The interpretation of the Al-Qur'an does not only come from narrations, but also from the ratio or ijtihad, and intuition or inspiration whose methods are difficult to find, because they are transcendent. This explanation is the background of the author who will conduct the research with the aim of knowing the practice of the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an carried out by Tabi'in. It also shows the fact that Tabi'in uses ratio in interpreting the verse. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with the type of library research. This research discussion uses descriptive-analysis method. The results of this study conclude that in terms of term, the tendency of the tafsir book to not reach certain disciplines, is only limited to geographic influences and is thick with the nuances of the interpretation of the teacher, namely ibn abb's. There are at least 23 bi al-Ra'yi interpretations of Mujâhid's tafsir, which are also agreed upon by several scholars, both from the tabi'in and commentators, but not all of them are the same as the opinion of Ibn Abbâs as his teacher. Of the 23 bi-rayi interpretations, 15 of them are different from Ibn Abbas's interpretation and 8 of them have similarities with Ibn Abbas and are classified into 4 parts, namely: Tafsîr bi al-Ra'yi bi al-Qiyas, Tafsîr bi al-Ra'yi bi al- Qisshah, Tafsîr bi al-Ra'yi bi al-Lughah, Tafsîr bi al-Ra'yi bi al-Dhamir.

This writing aims to find out about the role of students in creating superior and moral graduates. This research was conducted at Alhuda Islamic Junior High School in Lamongan Regency with uses a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data on this writing is done by means of interviews and observations. The result of the research is by screening students to be able to create superior and moral graduates. The role of students is by screening students who will register at the school. Of course, prioritizing the ability of students who later can provide guidance or coaching to be able to produce quality graduates. Then in realizing excellent and moral graduates, the role of students at Alhuda Islamic Junior High School is by increasing the development of Intra School Organization (OSIS). The goal is none other than introducing students to organize, direct and control student activities. As well as fostering and implementing coordination of security, health, cleanliness, order, shade, beauty and kinship.

Solving Solutions in Raising the GRDP of Batam City Based on Theoretical and Empirical Evidence Venessa Venessa

This paper aims to research the current GDP growth of Batam and provide alternative solutions to the city regarding to the several possible steps that can be taken in terms of raising the GDP of Batam city. Substantial evidence was shown that proves that Batam has not reached its possible target of GRDP growth. Several operable solutions were provided in this paper, all those that ultimately leads to pushing more citizens to open up new business which leads to new job creations, the increased number of investors that are willing to put money in Batam, and the increased productivity and quality of our human resources. To conclude shortly, this paper provided information that can describe the performance of the regional economy, evaluated development results, contributed to the making of regional policies or plans, and provided operable solutions in order to raise the GDP of Batam which, in the long run, is expected to increase the quality of life in Batam.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, learning achievement and student internship results of Light Vehicle Engineering Department students on work readiness of State Vocational High School students in Cilacap Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The validity test used Product Moment and the reliability test used Alpha Cronbach's. Data analysis used simple and multiple linear regression as well as relative and effective contributions. The results showed that: 1) Work motivation has an effect on job readiness, namely rx1y = 0.672; r2 = 0.452, regression coefficient = 0.702; 2) Learning achievement has an effect on job readiness, namely rx2y = 0.134; r2 = 0.018, regression coefficient = 0.009; 3) Internship has an effect on job readiness, namely rx3y = 0.610; r2 = 0.440, regression coefficient = 0.069; 4) Work motivation, learning achievement, and internship together have an effect on job readiness, namely Rx123y = 0.673; R2x123y = 0.452, multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.982x1 + 0.019x2 + 0.057x3 + 15.133 with a total effective contribution of 51.50% to job readiness.

Relationship on Education Level and Mother's Attitudes About Exclusive Association With Nutritional Status of Children Mulyadi Mulyadi

The magnitude of the problem of malnutrition in infants is a health problem for citizens in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and behavior of mothers about breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding with the nutritional status of infants aged 6- 24 months. This research used a quantitative observational analytic method with a cross sectional approach. The research population consisted of 98 mothers and toddlers aged 6- 24 months in Kayu Raja Village, Keritang Indragiri Hilir Subdistrict and 78 illustrations, using random sampling method. The questionnaire instrument for information on the level of learning, behavior and exclusive breastfeeding as well as the baby's nutritional status used the BPJS Health Card information. The results of the analysis show the bonding level of learning (p = 0, 011 OR = 25, 196; 95% CI = 2, 087 to 304, 158), behavior (p = 0, 044; OR = 21, 656; 95% CI = 1 , 081 to 434, 028) and exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0, 029; OR = 19, 769; 95% CI = 1, 361 to 287, 238) as well as all variables (Nagelkerger R Square of 68.2% ). There is a significant positive relationship between the level of learning and behavior of mothers about breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding with the nutritional status of infants aged 6- 24 months.
