Abstract

Culture is accepted by an organization as the foundation of the management system applied to it and as a guideline for the behavior of its members. A strong organizational culture helps employees clearly understand the tasks assigned by the organization and has a major influence on the performance of organizational members. HOSPITAL. This study used a cross-sectional study using a simple regression test with a significance level of 0.05. The population in this study were 90 civil servants administrative staff at Abdoel Whab Sjahranie Hospital. Respondents get a research tool in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire to answer. The results of research with simple regression statistical tests show that culture. The organization includes commitment, consistency, adaptability, and mission which have a significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that organizational culture has a strong significant influence on employee performance at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital.

Abstract

Good corporate governance is a system that regulates and controls the organization to create value added for all stakeholders. So the purpose of this study is to conduct research on the relationship between organizational culture and leadership style to change management in the implementation of good corporate governance at RSIA Jimmy Medika Borneo Samarinda. This research is a type of quantitative research using analytical observational studies with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was all structural officials and functional officials of the entire installation at RSIA Jimmy Medika Borneo Samarinda. The total number of the population is 45 people. There is a relationship of Leadership, implementation, organizational culture with change management in the implementation of good corporate governance in rsia jimmy medika borneo Samarinda. Maintaining the organizational culture that has been formed at RSIA JMB and improving the organizational culture that is not good

Abstract

Health is an important basic need for a decent and productive life in everyday life, which should belong to everyone. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional research design, that is, research where data is collected only once to answer research problems. The population of this study was visitors who used health services at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital during the study period. The study population through the average number of visits per month was 550 people, so the study sample was 227 people. The patient experience for the hospital's image has a good impact through nurse communication, physician communication, physical comfort and responsiveness. It is hoped that Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital will consistently maintain a work culture through good communication and governance in terms of hospital facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

Public services are part of achieving the government's goal of realizing an independent and prosperous society. So through this research, we want to see the relationship between the implementation of effective communication in excellent service with the quality of health services in class III inpatients at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional research design, which is research where data is collected within a certain period of time. The population of this study was patients who were in the Tulip room at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital, which numbered 55 people. The implementation of effective communication in excellent service with the Quality of Class III Inpatient services at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital has a relationship that if done effectively will improve the image of Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital. The implementation of effective communication in excellent service with the Quality of Class III Inpatient services at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital has a relationship that if done effectively will improve the image of Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital. The recommendations offered are that the management of Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital can consistently maintain a good work culture that prioritizes organizational nailai through equalizing perceptions of every apple or other activity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teamwork and job satisfaction on the quality of nursing services at Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital Samarinda. This study used a quantitative approach and a sample of 55 nurses were selected by simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study are Service Quality, Teamwork and Job Satisfaction Scale. The three scales were prepared using a Likert scale and using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for the statistical analysis window. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between teamwork and job satisfaction quality of nursing services, namely f count f table (15.832 3.16) and p = 0.000 (p 0.05). The contribution of teamwork and job satisfaction to service quality is 0.365 (36.5 percent). Teamwork has a significant effect on the quality of nursing services with a beta coefficient () = 0.076 and t count t table (2.715 2.005) and p = 0.028 (p 0.05). Job satisfaction has a significant effect on service quality with a beta coefficient () = 0.181 and t-count t-table (2.936 2.005) and p = 0.005 (p 0.05).

Abstract

The JKN system includes various types of health services, such as preventive services, health promotion, curative services, rehabilitative, and others. This study seeks to analyze the strategy of implementing the JKN system development as a solution to the deficit of BPJS Kesehatan RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie. The research used is qualitative research through Focus Group Dicussion. The JKN system development strategy in overcoming the BPJS Kesehatan deficit at Abdoel Wahab Syahranie Hospital can be formed through internal hospital governance to overcome fraud in health action services at the hospital. The application of the swot analysis strategy can be realized through the hospital's annual work plan. Recommendations for further research can conduct research on the governance of BPJS claims in order to minimize fraud.

Abstract

The quality of service is very important, because if the service is good, patient satisfaction will have a positive effect on the hospital as well. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional research design, that is, research where data is collected only once to answer research problems. The population of this study was outpatients at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital during the study period. The study population through the average number of visits per month was 470 people, so the study sample was 212 people. The quality of service is related to the satisfaction of outpatients at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital by prioritizing the ability of health personnel, courtesy, comfort, convenience, speed, and suitability of services. As a recommendation, Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital maintains a good Quality of Service and then improves access to information and actualizes cost savings through an organized work plan.

Abstract

Informed consent is the process by which a person understands relevant information about a medical procedure or procedure. This research is in the form of designing a medical record formular based on the principle of informed consent that facilitates health services. This type of research is A qualitative descriptive study that analyzes the design of forms from anatomical, physical and substantive aspects of informed consent forms. The medical procedure consent form is a form that must be owned by every health care facility that regulates the agreement between the patient/patient's family and the doctor or health worker. RSIA Jimmy Medika Borneo has implemented a good design in the approval of medical procedures but there are several things that must be redesigned including the preliminary section and the approval and closing section. Recommendations for Jimmy Medika Borneo Hospital to evaluate through management review meetings including evaluating services and medical support documents so that service procedures are in accordance with the policies that have been regulated.

Abstract

City of Samarinda is the capital of the province of East Kalimantan with the highest performance of COVID-19 vaccination in East Alimantan. On September 30, 2021, for all first-dose vaccination programs, 75% were given and the proportion of vaccine recipients was 66% with Samarinda KTPs. Then for the second dose 40% of vaccine recipients, 32%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the COVID- 19 vaccination policy in Samarinda City using a SWOT analysis to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the Samarinda City government. The data used are secondary data in the form of vaccination policies obtained through the government's official website and news related to the implementation of vaccinations in Samarinda City which will be published in serial electronic media. The results obtained are cooperation with various parties

Abstract

The hospital is an organization that strives to build its image through quality and safe health services, paying attention to the needs of patients and families, and increasing customer satisfaction. This study aims to see the Effect of Inpatient Service Image on Community Needs at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a cross sectional study approach. The population of this study was all pasein who were in the Tulip inpatient room at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital with 38 patients so that the study sample used a sampling technique, namely total sampling. There is a relationship between the image of the hospital through service facilities, health workers, and environmental conditions with the needs of the community at Abdoel Wahab Sjahrani Hospital. Recommendations for hospitals to continue tren positive organizational culture that prioritizes service quality, and suggest identifying patient satisfaction with each service in order to evaluate services in the hospital.
