Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of macro variables (provincial minimum wages, inflation, economic growth and population) on the unemployment rate in Aceh Province. The type of data used in this study is quantitative time series data from 2000 to 2018 (19 years) about unemployment, provincial minimum wages, inflation, economic growth and population. This research uses multiple linear regression method using the Eviews application. The data used I this study were sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Aceh Province. The results showed that partially the provincial minimum wage and inflation had a positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate in Aceh Province and economic growth and population had a positive and not significant effect on the unemployment rate in Aceh Province. While simultaneously (overall) shows that the variable provincial minimum wage, inflation, economic growth and population have a positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate in Aceh Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menganalisis Seberapa besar pengaruh jumlah unit usaha, modal dan upah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Adapun data yang dipergunakan adalah data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Pendustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Aceh Barat dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Adapun variabel yang digunakan adalah penyerapan tenaga kerja (Y) dan jumlah unit usaha, modal dan upah sebagai (X). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah Sektor Industri makanan dan minuman (X1) secara nyata dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Aceh Barat dengan nilai thitung Xl > ttabel' atau (4,417 > 2,364). Variabel Modal (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja dengan nilai thitung X2 < ttabel atau (0,367 < 2,364 ), variabel Upah (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja dengan nilai thitung X2 < ttabel atau (0,728 < 2,364 ). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan Fhitung sebesar 34,969 sedangkan Ftabel pada tingkat kepercayaan (? = 0.05) atau 95 % adalah 4,35 yang berarti Fhitung > Ftabel. Hal ini menunjukan jumlah sektor industri (X1), modal (X2) upah (X3) daberpengaruh nyata terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja (Y), atau dapat diartikan jumlah sektor industri (X1), modal (X2) dan upah (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja atau terima Ha tolak Ho.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan pengetahuan terhadap minat donatur muslim dalam memberi donasi pada yayasan sahabat yatim indonesia cabang Medan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Untuk mencari populasi minat donatur tidak diketahui. Karena untuk mengetahui minat seseorang tidak dapat diketahui sebelum menanyakan secara pasti kepada orang tersebut, dikarenakan minat tidak bisa diketahui. Sehingga populasi pada penelitian ini tidak dapat diketahui secara pasti. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi tidak diketahui maka untuk mencari sampel minat donasi menggunakan rumus mencari sampel dengan populasi yang tidak diketahui maka didapati sampel tersebut menjadi 97 sampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Indonesia cabang Medan Jl. Ampera Mandala by Pass No. 42 Kel. Banten Kec. Medan Tembung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dimulai pada bulan Desember 2021 hingga Juni 2021. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas secara partial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat donatur muslim dalam memberi donasi pada Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Indonesia cabang Medan, Pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Donatur muslim dalam memberi donasi pada Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Indonesia cabang Medan sehingga hipotesis kedua diterima, Religiusitas dan Pengetahuan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat terhadap Minat Donatur muslim dalam memberi donasi pada Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Indonesia cabang Medan, Religiusitas dan Pengetahuan terhadap Minat Donatur adalah sebesar 0,363, atau 36,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 63,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian ini.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises have a major contribution to the national and regional economy, thus sustainable empowerment are constantly needed. This study aims to determine the effect of capital (X1), business age (X2), and credit loan (X3) on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (Y) in Medan City. 50 business managers were selected as the research sample based on the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaire, and were analyzed by using Multiple linear regression analysis processed in the SPSS program. The results demonstrated that capital and credit loan had a significant effect on business performance (p < 0.05). On the other hand, business age had no significant effect on business performance (p > 0.05). These findings indicate that regardless of how long a business has been established, the main determinants of its performance are capital adequacy and the access to credit services. These two significant factors should be the priority in the program of small business empowerments by the government of Medan City or related agencies.

Abstract

The aims this research is to examine and analyze the determinants of the level that affect the government. The sample in this study is the financial statements of local governments in Indonesia in 2017-2019. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method, and the analysis model used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this show that regional wealth has an effect on the size of the provincial government's financial statements, while the number of OPD, local governments and the number of audit findings have no effect on the level of government financial statements. The average level of financial reporting in Indonesia in the 2017-2019 period was 58.35%, with the lowest level being North Kalimantan Province in the 2017 period at 43% and the highest government level being East Java Province in the 2017 period at 69%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of servicescape on customer satisfaction at Café Aceh Corner Medan. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research with an approach using a survey method that aims to determine the effect between two variables. The population in this study was 165 consumers, the number of samples to be taken in this study were 63 consumers. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling (simple). Data collection techniques can be done by interview (interview), questionnaire (questionnaire), observation (observation), and a combination of the three. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The result of the research is that the magnitude of the relationship between Servicescape and Consumer Satisfaction at Café Aceh Corner is 12.3%. This means that the Consumer Satisfaction of Café Aceh Corner is influenced by Servicescape by 12.3%. The value of the coefficient of constant (a) is 8793. This means that if the Servicescape value is equal to zero, then the amount of Customer Satisfaction is 8,793. The value of the regression coefficient (b) is 0.306 which indicates a change in the dependent variable based on the independent variable. tcount = 4.022. Because the calculated value (4.022) > ttable (1.658), in this case Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that Servicescape has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Café Aceh Corner.

Abstract

This article discusses the effect of training, the application of SOPs on the productivity of barbers/capters at J&K Barber shop Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The primary data obtained from the study were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square method with the help of Smart PLS Version 3.0 software. This research is an associative research type with a quantitative approach and by using purposive sampling with a sample of 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable training has a significant effect on the productivity of the barber/capster, then followed by the independent variable, the physical work environment, which has a significant effect on the productivity of the barber/capster. In addition, in this study, it was found that the independent variable of the reward system did not have a significant effect on the productivity of barbers/capters, the same thing also found that the independent variable of SOP implementation did not have a significant effect on the productivity of barbers/capters at J&K Barber shop Medan.

Abstract

Various strategic steps are certainly implemented in order to provide satisfaction to consumers so that they are satisfied with the services and products of Siantar Hotel which ultimately have an impact on customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to find out how the service strategy at Siantar Hotel in increasing customer satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic. This study will discuss the service strategy in increasing Siantar Hotel customer satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic which focuses on five dimensions of service quality (SERVQUAL). This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The location of this research was conducted at the Siantar Hotel, Pematang Siantar city. The subjects in this study were Siantar Hotel President Manager, Siantar Hotel Front Office Supervisor, Siantar Hotel Room Maid and 4 Siantar Hotel consumers. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of service strategies in increasing customer satisfaction in terms of service quality dimensions (SERVQUAL) had been carried out by Siantar Hotel. However, it has not been said to be effective because there are several impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic that must be carefully addressed by obstacle factors which include: regulations for the implementation of restrictions on community activities in the city of Pematang Siantar and cutting employee salaries. The existence of customer satisfaction with the services provided by Siantar Hotel during the covid-19 pandemic can be seen from the customer satisfaction method which consists of several aspects, namely: a system of complaints and customer suggestions and a customer satisfaction survey.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze that after sales have an effect on consumer loyalty Indihome in the city of Medan. Second, to analyze the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty Indihome in the city of Medan. Third, to analyze the effect of after-sales and service quality on the loyalty of Indihome consumers to the people in the city of Medan. This study used 96 respondents as a sample, using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis which includes multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. The test was carried out using SPSS 25. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant service effect between after-sales and quality. The results of this study indicate that if there is a change in the independent variables after sales and service quality, there will also be changes in consumer loyalty. This is indicated by the results of the Adjusted R Square analysis of 0.615, which means that after-sales and service quality have an influence on consumer loyalty as much as 61.5%, while the remaining 38.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze how the application of risk management in micro business financing at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Aksara Unit so that it can be seen how far the risk management that is already owned by the company to overcome the existing risks. The results of this study indicate that the risk of late payment of financing installments to not being able to pay off their obligations is the main problem faced by the company, but the company has prepared risk management in dealing with these risks, there are pre-risk and post-risk management stages owned by the company in order to facing the risks that occur or will occur with the aim of minimizing the losses experienced by the company has been implemented properly in accordance with the standard financing procedures owned by the company, starting from identifying each risk to controlling so that any risks that occur can be overcome by the company.
