Abstract

Work is a human effort to fulfill the needs of daily life. In work, humans usually use the skills they have according to their respective abilities. The motive of humans to work is not only to fulfill their daily needs, but by working humans can channel their skills. Usually the success of humans as real beings and having intelligence compared to other God's creatures is to have a job, by having a job humans can find out how far humans are in exploring their potential, giving birth to creativity and achieving their goals in humans. life. But gradually humans will enter a period where they decide to retire and quit their jobs. At that time a person's productivity will definitely decrease and experience many changes in the way of thinking and deciding things. In the elderly, usually someone prefers a static job than a challenging job, because it is related to the person's physical condition and ability to do the job. Attitudes generated by a person when they are about to face retirement are different and this can cause problems within themselves or with the surrounding environment. Preparing for retirement can also be done by someone by changing their perspective. Changing one's perspective has wonders and has a huge impact on one's way of thinking, emotions, motivation and mental energy. reality is not changed, but the perspective is changed, so that a person finds a new meaning or understanding of a situation. The analytical method used by the author is a qualitative method. The purpose of this research is to find out how the employees of BSI KCP Gunung Tua face retirement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pattern of employee recruitment and selection applied at BSI KCP Stabat Proklamasi, and to find out the weaknesses of employee recruitment and selection and what obstacles occur when the recruitment and selection process is carried out at BSI KCP Stabat Proklamasi. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using interviews with Branch Managers and Branch Operational Service Managers as well as documentation. The object of the research is the BSI Stabat Proklamasi. This research is motivated by the limited sources of employee recruitment used and the distribution of job vacancies distributed through company employees and social media. So that applicants who apply do not reach the desired targer in terms of number and qualifications.

Abstract

Supervisory Journal is part of the management function. Supervision is the process of ensuring that organizational and management objectives are achieved. Functionally, there are many names for control, such as evaluating, assessing, and correcting. It's just that controlling is used more because it contains connotations that include setting standards, measuring activities, and taking corrective actions that are not objective. The supervisory body is also independent, in the sense that its work is not related or influenced by other parties, both internal and external to the company. Thus, the assessment carried out is expected to be objective so that an evaluation can be carried out for changes for the better. This research is a research based on a conceptual study. By only using secondary data obtained from: journals, books and writing materials related to the theme of this research, the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) is an independent body placed by the National Sharia Council (DSN) in Islamic financial and banking institutions. To ensure the effectiveness of DPS performance Apart from being seen from the performance of their duties, the effectiveness of DPS members must consist of carrying out their duties as supervisors and must be independent, without influence from any party, both from the bank and from parties other than the bank.

Abstract

Sharia pawning (Ar-Rahn) is a debt contract where goods have value as collateral so that the person concerned can take the debt. In this rahn contract system, the Lubuk Pakam community can obtain financing by going directly to a sharia bank with a fast, safe and practical process. This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy of gold pawn products at Islamic banks, and can see how the development of ema pawn products is carried out by marketing parties. The method used in this research is using a qualitative method using primary data from interviews with parties who have trusted sources regarding the gold pawn in order to obtain accurate data and information, and using secondary data obtained from literature, books, journals related to pawning gold as well as other sources related to this journal.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of customers who want to apply for Multipurpose financing in order to meet their daily needs such as motorcycles and others, in an effort to improve the standard of living of prospective customers. The purpose of this study is how the procedures established in the provision of Multipurpose Financing implemented by PT. Bank Sumut Sharia Karya Sub-Branch Office and how to overcome obstacles during the process of providing Multipurpose Financing. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Sources and types of data used in this study are primary data obtained from the field by observation or interview methods. Researchers get additional data through various sources, ranging from books, online journals, articles, news, and previous research as supporting data and complementary data. The results of the study explain that at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Karya Sub-Branch Office has implemented the procedure for providing Multipurpose financing correctly and optimally, starting from the application process to the final stage. In overcoming obstacles, the bank has checked customer files carefully, then during the financing analysis process and making the contract, the bank provides opportunities for interns to participate in helping the process to be well organized.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a continuation of the form of market introduction, which will be related to what strategy will be used in marketing the product so that it can be accepted in the market. The marketing strategy of Islamic Banks is one of the steps that must be taken in marketing banking products and services as indicated by increased sales. The increase in sales is oriented towards fund-raising and customer-oriented products, improving service quality and increasing fee-based income. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of PT. Bank Sumut Sharia Karya Sub-Branch Office in increasing the number of multipurpose financing customers. The research method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive method. The data is collected, compiled, grouped, analyzed, then integrated so that it becomes a clear and focused picture of the problem under study. Is a research method that is carried out by going directly to the object of research studied at PT. Bank Sumut Sharia Karya Sub-Branch Office. Based on the research results, the marketing strategy used by PT. Bank Sumut Sharia Karya Sub-Branch Office in increasing the number of multipurpose financing customers is by conducting Sales Promotion, Personal Selling and advertising which is applied at PT. Bank Sumut Sharia Karya Sub-Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and profit sharing on the interest in saving the Panyabungan community on the Marhamah savings of PT Bank Sumut Panyabungan Syariah Branch Office. The dependent variable in this study is the saving interest of the Panyabungan community in Marhamah's savings, while the independent variables consist of service quality and profit sharing. The sample used in this study were 93 customers. This study uses a questionnaire as primary data then the data results are analyzed using linear regression analysismultiple. The results of this study indicate that service quality and profit sharing have a significant effect on the interest of the Panyabungan community to save on Marhamah's savings at PT Bank Sumut Panyabungan Sharia Sub-Branch Office

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Where this study uses four informants. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Binjai Sudirman uses a marketing communication strategy for Kur Mikro products, in this case using marketing communications consisting of advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing to the field. Where in the implementation of the strategy carried out using various kinds of tools from each marketing communication instrument that is applied.

Abstract

Banks are financial institutions that have a very important role in developing the country's economy. In the banking world, there is a dual banking system known in the community as conventional banking and Islamic banking. Islamic banks are banks that operate in accordance with sharia principles or banks whose operating procedures refer to the Koran and al-hadith. One of the contracts in Islamic banking products is the Murabaha contract. Murabahah contract is a financing contract that is most often used by banks because it has a low risk. In order for a murabahah contract to be like sharia principles, there must be two separate buying and selling transactions. First, namely transactions between suppliers and banks, this is done before the second transaction takes place, namely transactions between banks and customers. These two transactions are unavoidable in order to comply with sharia principles.

Abstract

Savings Marhamah is one of the popular savings among customers of the Islamic bank of North Sumatra, by using a profit sharing contract or mudharabah, a problem arises that the author wants to know, What is the form of implementation of compliance with sharia principles in the savings product of Marhamah Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Branch Office Medan?, The author wants to compare whether the mudharabah mechanism applied to this Marhamah savings product is with the sharia principles that exist in the MUI DSN or does this Marhamah savings product have sharia compliance? The data collection technique is qualitative with descriptive method. This qualitative descriptive research provides a systematic, accurate, and accurate description of the implementation of shariah compliance as seen from the products of Bank Sumut, Medan Sharia Branch Office.
