Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran (LAPS) – Heuristic Berbantuan Worksheet Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Kuantitatif dengan Desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimen Non equivalent Control Group Design dengan populasi 105 siswa. Teknik sampel penelitian dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kelas X MIPA 1 dan MIPA 2 model (LAPS)-Heuristic, kelas X MIPA 3 tanpa model pembelajaran (LAPS)-Heuristic. Instrument yang digunakan adalah tes pilihan ganda dan uraian untuk mengetahui hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik. Teknik analisis dengan uji-t, setelah uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik yang signifikan (thitung7,26> ttabel,1,67 (Eksperimen I) dan thitung 8,02> ttabel 1,67 (Eksperimen II)

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) PAB 4 Sampali merupakan sekolah menengah atas yang berada di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Sampali terus berupaya menciptakan lulusan pelajar yang terbaik di Deli Serdang. Bersaing dengan sekolah lain dalam menciptakan lulusan terampil dan berprestasi. Hasil observasi di SMA PAB 4 Sampali pada kelas XI jurusan IPA dan IPS diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar siswa belum maksimal. Hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata nilai rapor Tengah Semester tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 yang masih jauh di bawah rata- rata yang ditetapkan Sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil observasi tidak tercapainya nilai rata-rata siswa pada standar yang ditetapkan diperkirakan pada saat proses pembelajaran siswa masih kurang memiliki rasa percaya diri. Hal ini terlihat dari tidak ada respon siswa untuk bertanya saat diperintahkan oleh guru. Saat pembelajaran, kerja sama antar siswa relative pasif yang berarti belum terbangun dengan baik. Kedisiplinan siswa juga masih kurang terlihat dari kebiasaan siswa datang terlambat ke sekolah dan ke dalam kelas. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kurang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh penggunaan pembelajaran multimedia terhadap hasil belajar, (2) Pengaruh kecerdasan emosional siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. (3) Pengaruh penggunaan pembelajaran multimedia dan kecerdasan emosional siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA PAB 4 Sampali. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak tiga kelas yaitu 1 kelas jurusan IPA (n=30) dan 2 kelas jurusan IPS (n= 54). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Variabel pembelajaran multimedia dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Variabel pembelajaran multimedia merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

The problem encountered at MA Nurul Hidaya Assonhaji is that physics is a very difficult subject and students do not like. The teaching materials/ worksheets used from several publishers are usually purchased/ photocopied which in general are not in accordance with the needs of students and teachers in schools so that teachers use textbooks. Therefore, the researchers developed a Physics Textbook for Class XI Materials of Temperature and Heat with an Integrated Generative Learning Approach Al - Qur'an and Hadith verses that are in accordance with the characteristics and needs of students so that students can study independently and prefer physics lessons. This research is a development research. This researcher consisted of 4 stages, namely: defining, designing, developing, data collection instruments used were textbook validation sheets, student response questionnaires. The textbook validation test was assisted by 2 validator lecturers. After the textbook feasibility test, a student response questionnaire was distributed involving 25 students. Filling out the questionnaire using a Liketk scale with a count of 1-4, the data can be analyzed quantitatively in accordance with the criteria of validity and practicality. From the results of the study, it was shown that the Material Physics Textbook for Class XI with an Integrated Generative Learning Approach Al-Qur'an and Hadith verses was quite valid with the validity result obtained was 60%. Then the Physics Textbook for Class XI Materials of Temperature and Heat With an Integrated Generative Learning Approach The verses of the Qur'an and Hadith are quite practical to use after a limited trial of 25 students with an average result of 80%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui apa penyebab kemunculan sertifikat ganda dikabupaten kolaka, siapa yang harus disalahkan dan bagaimana meminalisir terbitnya sertifikat ganda. Sampai saat ini permasalahan sertifikat tanah ganda atau yang lebih dikenal dengan tanah sengketa masih tetap ada, dan merupakan permasalahan lama yang belum terselesaikan. Terjadinya sertifikat tanah ganda antara lain akibat data base pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional tidak valid, sehingga penyelesaian pembuatan sertifikat yang kedua dan seterusnya bisa dikatakan tidak selektif. Di pihak masyarakat masalah pertanahan khususnya masalah sertifikat tanah ganda dikabupaten kolaka belum sepenuhnya disadari, dan baru sadar setelah ada orang lain yang juga mempunyai sertifikat tanah atas tanah yang ia miliki. Karena ketidaktahuan masyarakat terhadap sertifikat tanah ganda, maka ia tidak bisa mengadakan upaya pencegahan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk berusaha memberikan informasi, penyebab terjadinya sertifikat ganda dan bagaimana mengurangi/mencegah akan terjadinya sertifikat ganda atas tanah. Sebenarnya penyebab terjadinya sertefikat ganda di karenakan pada tahun 2017 peta digital masih manual sehinggah data base tentang pembuatan sertefikat tidak valid dan untuk pencegahannya, harus dilakukan secara serentak di semua lini yang ada kaitannya dengan data pertanahan. Pihak pemerintah sebagai penanggung jawab terhadap terjadinya sertifikat ganda harus mempunyai keberanian dan ketegasan dalam menegakkan hukum pertanahan. Disamping itu, pemerintah harus bisa memberikan informasi secara rutin tentang sertifikat agar masyarakat tahu semua kemungkinan yang menyebabkan terjadinya sertifikat ganda dan pemerintah juga harus mampu memfasilitasi peta digital setiap kantor pertanahan

Abstract

Pernikahan di bawah tangan sering menjadi permasalahan terutama tentang status anak yang lahir dari perkawinan/nikah siri. Kaitannya dengan pelaksanaan perkawinan tidak dicatat sudah tentu akan menimbulkan akibat hukum. Akibat hukum tersebut khususnya bagi istri dan status anak yang dilahirkan selama dalam kurun waktu perkawinan berlangsung. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada dua rumusan masalah, yaitu bagaimana tinjauan yuridis terhadap hak waris anak hasil perkawinan di bawah tangan dan bagaimana upaya pembuktian status anak dan kedudukan hak waris anak dari perkawinan di bawah tangan melalui prosedur tes Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid (DNA). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah penelitian hukum normatif, karena penelitian ini hanya ditujukan pada peraturan-peraturan tertulis sehingga penelitian ini sangat erat hubunganya pada perpustakaan karena membutuhkan data-data yang bersifat sekunder perpustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini ada beberapa sifat penelitian, yakni penelitian eksploratoris, penelitian deskriftif, dan penelitian eksplanatoris. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara studi dokumen terhadap data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku-buku, pendapat para ahli maupun kasus hukum yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian mengenai tinjauan yuridis terhadap hak waris anak hasil perkawinan di bawah tangan yaitu dengan dikeluarnya putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) Nomor 46/PUUVIII/2010 tentang kedudukan anak luar nikah, Sementara upaya pembuktian agar mendapatkan status hukum dapat ditempuh sesuai ketentuan Pasal 55 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 yang menyatakan : “ bila akta kelahiran tersebut dalam ayat (1) pasal ini tidak ada, maka pengadilan dapat mengeluarkan penetapan tentang asal usul seorang anak setelah diadakan pemeriksaan yang teliti berdasarkan bukti-bukti yang memenuhi syarat.” Bukti- bukti dalam hal ini harus dikembalikan kepada asas umum pembuktian sesuai Pasal 284 Rbg dan 164 HIR untuk membuktikan adanya perkawinan yang sah ditambah bukti lain berupa bukti hasil pemeriksaan tes DNA untuk membuktikan bahwa anak tersebut benar- benar dilahirkan dari pasangan suami istri tersebut

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of treffinger learning model assisted by PPT media on the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wundulako. This type of research is quantitative research using quasi experimental method with post-test design only design. The sample of this study amounted to 26 students of class XI MIPA 2 as an experimental class taught using the treffinger learning model assisted by PPT media and 26 students of class XI MIPA 1 as a control class taught using conventional models. Article 24 of Permendikbud No 17/2017 stipulates that the number of students in one study group is at least 20 and at most 28. Based on the results showed that the experimental class obtained an average post-test value of 72.40 while the control class obtained an average post-test value of 62.20. The normality test results obtained the significance value of the experimental class post-test 0.141 and the control class post-test 0.200 showed results > 0.05. The homogeneity test of the experimental group and the control group from the post-test results, the significance value > 0.05. Furthermore, the hypothesis test obtained a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Treffinger learning model assisted by PPT media on the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wundulako

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an empirical description of the skill level of students and whether there is a significant difference in the level of student skills before competency-based learning and after learning the competency-based curriculum at the Makassar Tourism Academy's Dish Management Study Program. This type of research is a survey with the independent variable being competency-based learning and the selection variable being the skill level of students using total sampling because the number of students studied was thirty people. Collecting data using observation techniques, namely by directly observing student skills, while the analytical technique used is T-test analysis (test difference between two averages). The results showed that the skill level of the students of the Dish Management Study Program at the Makassar Tourism Academy in competency-based learning was at a level that was less and less. On the other hand, after learning the competency-based curriculum, there was a significant increase, namely, they were at a good and very good level. Furthermore, there is a significant difference in the skill level of students before and after learning the competency-based curriculum in students of the culinary management study program. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the management of the Makassar Tourism Academy in the future can apply the learning process using a competency-based curriculum as has been implemented in several vocational schools in Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the reasoning of lecturers in using digital technology and its impact on cognitive approaches. Moreover, we find out the lecturer's use of digital technology in the learning process and determine the reasoning relationship between the use of digital technology and cognition. Problems occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic, where many lecturers needed to be stronger in digital mastering technology and low in its use. Some lecturers think that WhatsApp is online learning, where online learning requires interaction and not just sending news or subjects. Furthermore, many students feel pressured to be taught by lecturers like this, so several classes are closed because there are no students. This study used a mixed-method approach with 109 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms, and the qualitative data uses interviews with eight respondents. The results show that 50.5% of respondents can use digital technology, and 49.5% must learn, practice, and receive digital technology training. Furthermore, this research implies that lecturers with critical thinking can quickly master digital technology and simultaneously teach fellow lecturers to use digital technology

Abstract

This study is a literature review that explores the use of nursery rhymes as a teaching tool for young learners in early childhood education. Nursery rhymes, also known as English children's songs, can be an enjoyable way to engage children and foster their interest in learning English. Additionally, singing nursery rhymes can support children's physical-motor, social, emotional, and intellectual development. When selecting nursery rhymes as teaching materials, teachers must consider the appropriateness of the content for the children's age and world, and the potential for the content to encourage discussion and exploration of values and problem-solving skills. The illustrations should also be evaluated for their alignment with the story and appropriateness for the children's age. From a linguistic standpoint, teachers must choose nursery rhymes that are suitable for the children's language level, that facilitate language learning, and that can serve as the basis for activities. While there are challenges associated with selecting and utilizing nursery rhymes as teaching materials, this study suggests that their use can be a valuable tool in the early childhood education classroom

Abstract

A successful learning process at schools must be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure, including up-to-date learning resources and teaching materials that can support the learning process.  The appropriate method in development research is a mixed method, which ensures that all research procedures are collected. Data analysis at the stage of the advanced dietetics module development process used analytical techniques in the forms of reviewing suggestions and corrections to the module content, presentation, language, and graphics. These processes were further conducted through a qualitative descriptive analysis.  Material validation questionnaire sheets, linguists, and media were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. In this case, calculation of the Likert Scale score was used to calculate this percentage. In addition, quantitative and descriptive analysis was carried out on student response questionnaires. The effectiveness of the advanced Dietetics module was evaluated quantitatively through quasi-experimental and non-equivalent control group research design.  The expert team's assessment on the aspects of cover, content feasibility, presentation, module layout, graphics, and language aspects showed that all aspects were categorized as very feasible. Furthermore, in terms of appearance, presentation of material, and benefits, the results of the student's assessment on the module were categorized as very understandable. This study showed that the group of students who were given the dietetics module advanced had a higher average score.  The researchers suggest that advanced dietetic modules need further development with regard to the media used to support teaching materials, for example interactive computer-based modules and multimedia products in digital formats (e-learning)
