Objective: This study aims to determine the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) concentrations of the NADES extract of henna leaves (Lawsonia inermis L.) against Bacillus cereus bacteria. Methods: This research is a descriptive type of research that was conducted at the Phytochemical Laboratory and Microbiology Laboratory of Sekolah Tinggi Farmasi Muhammadiyah Cirebon. Collecting data from the MIC test results by looking at the turbidity at each concentration and the MBC results by looking at the presence or absence of bacterial growth. Results: The MIC sample could not be obtained because it looked cloudy, and bacteria were still growing on the media. In contrast, the MBC sample was only 100%, which could inhibit bacteria's growth on the media. The positive control of Ciprofloxacin at a concentration of 100 mg had a diameter of 2.34 cm, 125 mg had a diameter of 2.39 cm, 150 mg had a diameter of 2.47 cm, and the negative control NADES solution had a diameter of 0.98 cm. Conclusion: The Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) cannot be known because the results of the NADES extract of henna leaves compared to before and after incubation still look cloudy due to factors from the sample. In the other hand, Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) can only be known at a concentration of 100%, which can kill the growth of Bacillus cereus bacteria.

Objective: This study aims to analyze and determine the relationship between the Intradialytic Weight Gain (IDWG) value and adherence to dietary restrictions on the occurrence of Restless Legs Syndrome in patients undergoing hemodialysis at the HD Clinic Apotik Berkat Pangkal Pinang in 2020.Methods: This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional approach. This study involved 28 hemodialysis patients at the HD Clinic Apotik Berkat Pangkal Pinang as respondents. Results: The study results with the Chi-Square analysis obtained a p-value for IDWG was 0.006, and a p-value of 0.030 for dietary restrictions. Patients adhering to dietary restrictions would minimize the increase in IDWG values and reduce the impact of RLS. Suggestions that could be given based on this study were expected to improve compliance with dietary and fluid restrictions in HD patients so that complaints of RLS were reduced. Conclusion: This study ultimately concluded that there was a relationship between IDWG scores and dietary restriction compliance with the occurrence of RLS.

Objective: This case report aims to determine the effectiveness of tandem walking interventions in the elderly with a diagnosis of fall risk in the community. Methods: This case uses a case report involving one elderly person in a community with a high risk of falling category. The tandem walking intervention was carried out for ten days at least once a day, and a Tinetti Gait and Balance test was carried out to see the fall risk category before and after the tandem walking intervention was given. Results: After being given the tandem walking nursing intervention for ten days, although there was no change in the fall risk category, there was a decrease in the Tinetti Gait and Balance score compared to before the intervention. In addition, the elderly said that after doing tandem walking, their walk was more balanced, and they did not need assistance when walking by holding the wall around it like before. Conclusion: The results of this case report only involved one elderly, but the interventions provided can reduce this bias because they can reduce the risk score of falling Thus, case report can be used as an initial study for further research related to modification of tandem roads in the context of the elderly population in a larger sample with a true experiment design.
