PT. Sibayak Entertainment is a company that markets television broadcasts that subscribe to broadcasting on a prepaid basis with K-Vision satellite digitally through Kompas Gramedia Televison Group. Marketing is carried out by personal selling or with the aim that television broadcast marketing can be carried out in two directions and is considered more effective in marketing products, because the final goal is sales. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative analysis method based on the results of the questionnaire scores by collecting scores from the questionnaire, processed by recapitulation scores, ideally scores and percentage scores of respondents in this case personal selling and sales achievement of digital TV broadcasts in Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. PT. Sibayak Entertainment Indonesia with personal selling has the greatest influence on sales achievement, with a total sample of 50 respondents. Based on research that has been done using the results of respondents' answers, 80% to 90% of respondents gave answers agree and strongly agree, the rest there are still disagree and strongly disagree with promotions using personal selling as well as sales achievements. By using the recapitulation and percentage of strengths and weaknesses, personal selling and sales achievements are in the strong and very strong categories. This shows that PT. Sibayak Entertainment Indonesia has chosen a good promotion step by using personal selling because it shows good sales achievements and sales targets can be achieved as determined by the company.

Public service is one of the products of the government apparatus that is given to the wider community. The implementation of public services is one of the main functions in the administration of government which is the obligation of the government apparatus. Professionalism is a factor that affects the quality of public services so that employees as government officials must work professionally to provide quality public services. This research is a survey research with an explanatory survey or descriptive survey approach. which aims to analyze the effect of professionalism on service quality at the Medan Tuntungan District Office. In this study, the population was all employees of the Medan Tuntungan District Office, amounting to 47 people. Given the relatively small number of populations, the determination of the sample in this study used the total sampling method, which took the entire population as the object of research as many as 47 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire consisting of 30 question items. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out by simple linear regression analysis with t-test. The results of the study show that the empowerment of employee professionalism has a significant influence on the quality of public services. This is indicated by the value of t-count X (10.126) > t-table (1.98) and sig-p (0.001) < sig-〈 (0.05). The magnitude of the effect of empowering employee professionalism on the quality of public services is 69.5%.

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN), which is the State Apparatus that organizes the government in carrying out national development, is the backbone of the government. The smooth running of government and the implementation of national development depends on the perfection of the state apparatus both at the central and regional levels. In order to achieve the national goals as stated above, it is necessary to have a State Civil Apparatus who is full ofwillingness and obedience to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the State and the Government and is united, has good mentality, is authoritative, strong, efficient, clean, of high quality and aware of their responsibilities as elements of the State Apparatus, State servants and public servants. To realize the perfect State Civil Apparatus as intended above, the Civil Apparatus needs to be fostered as well as possible. One form of fostering the State Civil Apparatus is Mutation as an incarnation or embodiment of organizational dynamics which is used as a way to achieve organizational goals. In the implementation of mutations, it must be based on an objective assessment considering that the transfer system is intended to provide opportunities for State Civil Apparatus to develop their potential. The work motivation of the State Civil Apparatus can also decrease if the superiors do not pay attention to the interests of their subordinates. This will reduce the work motivation of both the State Civil Apparatus. Indicators of declining morale include: low productivity, high employee absenteeism, and others. Thus, it will certainly affect the work motivation of employees in an organization. Mutation will have a positive impact on employees, such as increasing work morale. However, if the mutation is carried out without paying close attention and without being based on convincing arguments, the mutation will have a negative impact on the employee and the organization.

The study was set back by a lack of participation in the development of tourism in the cities of gunungsitoli, especially those around the coast of Malaga. The study aims to learn how the gunungsitoli government's strategy in boostering community participation as an effort in developing Malaga beach tourism. The development of tourism is one of the duties and responsibilities of the government of the youth and sports tourism service. The study employs descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The research was developed with dimensions of planning, implementation and evaluation. The research subject used in the study is the government of the youth tourism service and gunungsitoli city sports administration, the owners of Malaga beach tourism, the local community and visitors to Malaga beach attractions. The identification of the subject is using a nonsampling technique with an observsive sampling. The data-gathering techniques used were interviews, observations and documents. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and working capital on interest in entrepreneurship through research with a quantitative approach. The object of the research is entrepreneurs in the MMTC Complex Market, Medan City, totaling 100 entrepreneurs, using primary and secondary data through a liskert scale questionnaire. The research data was processed through validity testing, reliability testing, multiple regression and hypothesis testing through partial and simultaneous tests.Based on the results of the validity and reliability tests, the variables Motivation (X₁), Business capital (X₂) and Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) can be concluded as valid and reliable based on the test criteria rcount rtable and combrach alpha 0.6 of all indicators of each variable . Based on the ttable test criteria, the calculated t value for the Motivation variable (X₁) = 6.264 > t table (α = 0.05/2; n-k-1) = 1.985. It means that the motivation variable (X₁) has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Based on the t-table test criteria, the calculated t-value generated on the variable Business Capital (X₂) = -0.288 < t table (α = 0.05/2; n-k-1) = 1.985. This means that the working capital variable (X₂) has a negative effect on entrepreneurial interest. Based on Table 4.18, the calculated F value is 20.802 > F table (α = k; n-k) = 2.70 with F sig. 0.000 where F sig. 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected. It can be interpreted that motivation (X₁) and working capital (X₂) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on interest in entrepreneurship (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of e-learning media and independent learning on student creativity in the Economics Faculty of Economics Financial Report analysis course, class of 20017, University of HKBP Nommensen, Academic Year 2020/2021. This research was conducted at the University of HKBP Nommensen Medan FKIP Economics. The results of this study indicate that the use of e-learning in learning is very helpful for students / students to increase learning activities, honesty and having an independent personality. The phenomenon that occurs also illustrates that during the COVID-19 pandemic, students increase their learning independence. The use of e-learning media and independent learning has a positive effect on student creativity in the financial report analysis course for the economic education study program for the 2020/2021 academic year with the equation Y= 10.061 + 0.433X1 + 0.461X2.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of education and training on employee performance at PT. Modern Industrial Area (PERSERO) Medan. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with causal associative methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT.Kawasan Industri Medan who had attended education and training, totaling 95 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling using the Slovin formula, therefore the number of samples taken was 49 people.The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence on the education variable (X1) on the performance of employees (Y) of PT. Medan Industrial Estate. This can be seen from the test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 or t count 2.441 > from t table 1.679 (α = 0.05/2, n-k-1). (2) There is a positive and significant effect on the training variable (X2) on the performance of employees (Y) of PT. Medan Industrial Estate. This can be seen from the test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 or t count 4.267 > from t table 1.679 (α = 0.05/2, n-k-1). (3) There is a simultaneous positive and significant effect on the variables of education (X1) and training (X2) on the performance of employees (Y) of PT. Medan Industrial Estate. This can be seen from the test results obtained significant values X1 and X2 0.000 <0.05 and f arithmetic value 5.552 > from f table 1.679 (α = k, n-k). 3.09. So for that, it is recommended to PT. Medan Industrial Estate to continue to improve education and training for employees so that employee performance can also increase.

This study was conducted to see how the process and factors that cause the birth of a single candidate versus an empty box in the 2020 gunungsitoli mayor/deputy mayoral election. The study was conducted in the city of Gunungsitoli in August 2020. The study used descriptive quality research methods with interview data collection techniques, and documentation to retrieve data from data sources in the form of writing, behavior, actions, events, events, words. The informants in this study are key informants of the Chairman of the DPC of the gunungsitoli city democratic party, the main informant of figures or candidates failed in the gunungsitoli election in 2020 and additional kpud informants and academics / communities. The results showed that the process of the birth of a single candidate in the gunungsitoli city election in 2020 began with political lobbying and the lack of intention from the public to run because the candidate who eventually became the sole candidate had enormous power or power. The factors that cause the birth of the candidate are influenced by the power of power (oligarchy) and material power that allows transactional politics (cartel politics) can be carried out by the incumbent candidate by buying the party in the dprd of gunungsitoli city so that the election is carried out with a single candidate versus an empty box.
