Abstract

This study purpose is to determine and assessing employee's performance of Cleaning Agency at South Jakarta City because there is issused South Jakarta cleanliness is still not good The condition is likely caused by leadership style and employee's competence who have not been good as well so the impact of employee's performance implementation. This study uses path analysis to determine the effect of leadership style on employee's competence and employee's performance. The population are 289 employee's of Cleaning Agency at South Jakarta City Total 100 samples represents the four villages with clean and dirty categories. The results chowed that situational leadership style has been able to improve the employee's competence. Better situational leadership style can increase the employee's competence, which in turn can improve employee's performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan quizizz sebagai media evaluasi pada pembelajaran matematika materi lingkaran kelas VIII SMP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian one shoot case study. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII sebanyak 22 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Instrumen penelitian adalah butir soal tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik inferensial dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji-t lebih dari taraf signifikan 5% yaitu sebesar 0,999, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 diterima. Artinya quizizz efektif sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran matematika ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Food security is one of the global issues outlined in the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda. Namely, ending hunger, achieving food security and better nutrition, and supporting sustainable agriculture. According to the 2018 Food Security Agency, food security is a state condition to provide food for individuals, with sufficient food availability, both in quantity and quality, safe, diverse and diverse. and affordability. We can live healthy, active and productive lives. Food problems are also directly affected by climate and meteorological anomalies that have become increasingly prevalent over the last 10 years. A few decades ago the moon could be a parameter to know the changing seasons, but nowadays it's almost completely changed. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals in Food Security in Facing Global Climates Changes in Bekasi City. This research is a study that explores, discloses, and finds information about the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals in Food Security in Facing Global Climates Changes, so to describe this in this study using field research (field research). Data analysis in qualitative research takes place in cycles and is carried out throughout the research process. Data and information in the form of field notes, interviews with respondents and analysis of documents related to the implementation of the SDGs on food security in the face of global climate change.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of supply chain integration on company performance mediated by government policies in strengthening macro and micro economies. The approach used in this research is the quantitative method. Where is the population of 5 nickel mining companies in Sulawesi, represented by 500 employees. From the total population, samples were then taken using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5 percent totaling 222 employees. Of these, 200 questionnaires returned with valid conditions. Smart PLS 3 was used to analyze the research data. The results of the research show that the supply chain has a significant effect on the company's performance. Improved company performance strengthened by government policies so as to increase the company's profitability significantly .

Abstract

Stunting atau kekurangan gizi kronis pada anak merupakan masalah serius kesehatan di Indonesia. Menurut data dari Kementerian Kesehatan Indonesia pada tahun 2020, prevalensi stunting di Indonesia mencapai 27,7%. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 9,8 juta anak di Indonesia mengalami stunting.Kelompok pangan fungsional yang memiliki dampak terhadap sistem daya tahan tubuh, yaitu asam lemak omega-3. Sumber bahan makanan yang mengandung asam lemak omega-3 paling tinggi biasanya diperoleh dari sumber hewani laut seperti salmon. Namun, tidak hanya sumber hewani laut, sumber nabati juga banyak mengandung asam lemak omega-3 yang tinggi seperti sumber nabati yang berasal dari tanaman sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.). Permasalahan muncul karena Sacha Inchi bukan merupakan komoditas tanam yang familier bagi petani. Kebanyakan menanam komoditas yang lebih umum seperti padi, jagung, kacang tanah, dan beberapa jenis sayuran. Diperlukan metode atau cara pemberdayaan yang optimal dan dapat dipercaya untuk mendukung petani agar mau berkontribusi dalam penurunan angka stunting diindonesia. Untuk itu perlu dilakukannya pemberdayaan petani dalam menanam Sacha Inchi guna berkontribusi dalam usaha menurunkan angka stunting di indonesia, tak terkecuali Desa Desa Penggung Kecamatan Nawangan Kabupaten Pacitan Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa pemberdayaan petani mengguakan Aras Mikro, Mezzo, dan Makro yang dilakukan di desa Desa Penggung Kecamatan Nawangan Kabupaten Pacitan Jawa Timur dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik. Faktor pendorong utama keberhasilan adalah dukungan dari aparat desa untuk mendukung program tersebut. Sedangkan hambatannya datang dari masalah rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan cuaca yang tidak menentu

Abstract

The study investigates the dynamics of deflationary pressure in China, aiming to discern its causes, consequences, and policy implications through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis. The analysis employs co-citation networks, high-citation articles, and keyword frequency to map the research landscape surrounding deflation within China's economic context. The results reveal distinct clusters of research themes, influential articles, and frequently occurring keywords. Notably, these insights showcase the intricate interactions between economic growth, monetary policy, exchange rates, competitiveness, and globalization in deflation. The study contributes to an enriched understanding of the multifaceted challenges and opportunities associated with deflation in China, offering insights to guide policy decisions and future research.
