The learning strategy is the teacher's perspective and mindset in teaching. In developing learning strategies, at least the teacher must consider several things, including: how to activate students, how students build concept maps, how to collect information with effective question stimulus, how to extract information from print media. Learning forms a strategy, because learning strategy is a learning activity that must be carried out by teachers and students so that the objectives of learning activities can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Another opinion also states that the learning strategy is a set of learning materials and procedures that are used together to produce learning outcomes for students. Aqidah is one of the Islamic religious subjects that is used as a source of law to achieve outward progress and spiritual happiness. Aqidah lessons are the scope of Islamic religious education, namely conscious and planned efforts in preparing students to recognize, understand, appreciate and believe in Allah and realize it in noble moral behavior in everyday life through guidance, teaching, training, and use of experience.

As a guide for humans in managing their lives in order to obtain physical and spiritual happiness, in this world and in the hereafter. To be able to learn and understand the content or content of the Qur'an is not easy, therefore the teacher or cleric must have a strategy, method or method in teaching it. The methods commonly used in an effort to be able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly in many TPQ or TPA include the Jibril, Bagdadi, Qiro'ati method, the Iqro method and the An-Nahdhiyah method. Among the stages of learning the Qur'an is by reading, translating and interpreting. As we know the first commandment when the Qur'an was revealed to the prophet Muhammad was reading, which of course has a very broad understanding. Then in another verse Allah SWT commands us to read the Qur'an with Tartil. In Abdullah bin Ahmad an-Nasafi's view "tartil" is to clarify the reading of all hijaiyah letters, maintain places to stop reading (waqaf), and perfect harokat. in reading. Meanwhile, Sayyidina Ali bin Abi Talib equated "tartil" with tajwid, namely improving the reading of the letters and knowing the stopping places (waqaf). In contrast to Ibn Kathir who interprets "tartil" as a slow reading that can help towards the level of understanding and contemplation of the Qur'an. In line with Ibn Kathir, Fakhrur Rozy in his commentary said "tartil" is to clarify and perfect the reading of all letters by giving all their rights by not hastily in reading the Qur'an.

The nature of muroqobah is important in a person, because it becomes self-awareness to be careful at work, feels under the supervision of Allah, gives birth to self-improvement and increases the quality and creativity of work. Of course it will have a good impact on the work ethic and work performance of employees, but if it is not realized properly it will have a bad impact on the quality of self-performance and others. This type of research is a field research using a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of writing and actions and behaviors that can be observed from the subject. The results showed that the application of muroqobah in work ethic greatly affects the quality and creativity of employee performance.

Peran PARMADE Dalam Membina Masyarakat Muslim Minoritas di Desa Rambung Baru Sari Dewi Surabina

In this study, researchers examine the role of Permade in fostering the understanding of minority Muslim communities in Rambung Baru Village, Deliserdang Regency. Rambung Baru Village is a village located in Deliserdang Regency, North Sumatra Province which still has a small Muslim community in every corner of the area. In this case, several elements of society want the progress of Muslims in the area to form a community organization, namely PERMADE. This researcher refers to how the Muslim community understands Islam and how Permade fosters minority Muslims and how the community responds to the existence of Permade. The purpose of this research is to generate the spirit of understanding Islam in the area. Permade became a forum to equalize the perception among da'I in fostering the Muslim community in this area. Since the formation of Permade, a lot of Islamic knowledge has been seen in the community. With the programs carried out by Permade in the form of a friendship agenda, fardu kifayah, and several other programs. It is hoped that the presence of Permade in Rambung Baru Village will solve the problem of the lack of basic Islamic knowledge that has not been obtained so far and Permade must continue to update the strategies used to attract the public

The Covid-19pandemic that has attacked the world from the end of 2019 until now has caused many impacts in everyday human life. This impact can be seen from all fields, including in the religious field, one of which has an impact on the Islamic activities of one of the youth mosques in Tebing Tinggi City, namely the Farida Mosque Youth (Remafa). This research aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Islamic activities of the Farida Mosque Youth, Damar Sari Village, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of writing about facts that occur in the field. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the Covid-19pandemic has greatly impacted the Islamic activities of the Farida Mosque Youth. This impact can be seen from the many prohibitions and postponements of Islamic activities that are usually carried out by the Farida Mosque Youth, such as the abolition of the celebration of Islamic holidays, namely the commemoration of the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad and Isra’ Miraj of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in 2020. In addition, activities also do not run as usual, such as a reduction in the time or duration of the tarawih prayer and tadarus of the Koran, it is also obligatory to use health protocols in worship at this time.

True happiness can be achieved when humans recognize themselves, recognize their Lord, recognize this world and recognize the hereafter. The peak of human happiness will be obtained when the human being is able to recognize his God. When man recognizes and is close to his Lord, at that moment it seems as if he no longer needs other things because he has been satisfied with his closeness to God. This study aims to determine happiness in Islam, especially happiness in Sufism according to Muzakkir. This type of research is a character study research with a qualitative approach that produces data in the form of arguments about happiness by interviewing the character concerned. The results of this study indicate that happiness in Sufism according to Muzakkir is an effort to live a healthy and happy life, namely (1) Implementing a healthy lifestyle, (2) Halal and good nutrition, (3) Channeling hobbies, (4) Sleeping 7-8 hours per day Charity Ibada, (5) Always be grateful and patient, (6) Don't complain a lot and always think positively.

This study aims to examine and understand from the point of view and analyze the Instagram students of the Aqidah and Islamic Philosophy study program at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra regarding deviant actions that are currently rampant on social media, namely cyberbullying. This action is motivated by the existence of moral decadence. or a decrease in moral values that occurs in some people and impacts when using social media, especially on platforms. Instagram.Where from the results of the research that the author did, Instagram is the platform that is most often used today. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by describing facts in the field, as obtained from observations... documentation and interviews (interviews). From the data obtained, it is then analyzed using descriptive analysis which includes: data collection, data filtering, data classification and drawing conclusions. Therefore, the need for the role of aqidah in preventing the recurrence of this action by reinforcing aqidah in a way, namely first, by getting to know Allah SWT more closely, secondly worshiping Him, and thirdly studying Islamic teachings more deeply and then implementing them in daily life.

The use of the veil in the University of North Sumatra, especially the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Studies, including if an event that has occurred in Indonesia recently has caused negative stereotypes and stigma in society towards the veil, in psychology this can affect a person's mental condition. This study aims to determine how the effect of the use of levels on the psychological condition of students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Studies, State Islamic University of North Sumatra. This research is a field research with an approach approach that produces data in the form of writing and observable behavior from the subject, the type of data collection by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the effect of the use of the veil on the psychological condition of the students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Studies was influenced by several factors: first, namely internal factors: those from veiled women, those who used the veil with an understanding and guided by religion as a solution in overcoming the negative stigma of society.
