Abstract

The autonomy policy has directed the development policy of CimahiCity to improve the standard of living of the community with the potential of the trade and service sector. The policy made by the Government to increase the contribution of the trade sector is to increase traditional market activities. A special program for the development of traditional markets, namely the revitalization of the traditional markets of Pasar Atas Baru, Pasar Cimindi, Pasar Melong and Pasar Citeureup, but the program only caused controversy with traders who were deemed unsuitable for the needs of the place of sale. This study uses three analyzes. Stakeholder analysis was conducted to determine the level of involvement, interest, and influence of all stakeholders involved in traditional market development policies. Descriptive analysis is used to determine the cause of the ineffectiveness of the policy, whether the preparation process is not right or the implementation is not going well. PHA analysis is used to formulate a strategy for developing traditional market rights in Cimahi City so that it can be input for the Regional Government.

Abstract

In an effort to increase sales of good consumables such as perfume, it requires a strategy that is carried out by increasing advertising and promotion through digital marketing such as on social media Instagram which plays an important role in attracting the attention of consumers who currently buy more online. Strategies developed in increasing sales such as segmenting, targeting, positioning which in this important case is to maintain good relationships betweencustomers and sellers, in addition to the physical efficiency factor as a form of consequence that must be followed during the sales increase process takes place. SWOT analysis is needed to be able to see the business environment where the marketing mix plays an important role in overcoming the obstacles that occur. As a strategy in increasing sales of Consumables Good Premium Bekasi by segmenting, targeting, positioning, it can overcome obstacles where the advertisements displayed are less attractive to customers so that the choice of advertising and promotion designs must be made more as an option to communicate well with customers.

Abstract

Lecturers are professionals in charge of planning and implementing the learning process, assessing results, conducting guidance and training as well as conducting research and community service. To achieve this performance, lecturers must be managed by higher education managers through the implementation of effective and efficient quality management in order to achieve the goals set by the institution. Professional lecturers at the Jakarta High School of Shipping Science are lecturers who come from practitioners, namely seafarers. To align the competence of academic lecturers with practitioners, it is necessary to carry out an improvement strategy that refers to policies and the need for increasing lecturer competence. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The sample used was taken based on purposive sampling technique. The findings and analysis show that the Maritime College as one of the maritime schools owned by the state has an adaptive competency improvement strategy in aligning the need for increasing lecturer competence based on the background of lecturers who come from seafarers and the need for adjustment of prospective lecturers to the requirements of lecturers according to legislation. applicable.

Abstract

This study discusses the Process of Shipping Goods at PT. XYZ Logistics Bekasi. The research method uses the observation method and the library method. Based on the results of observations or observations made by researchers in the process of sending goods at PT. XYZ Logistics Bekasi, researchers found obstacles including a shortage of goods sent, damage to car engines so that shipments were delayed and customers were not served on time, and the solution that researchers proposed to overcome obstacles in the problem of shipping goods was that proper delivery vehicle facilities were needed. and adding operational vehicles for delivery of goods so that there are no delays in the delivery of goods, checking the engine before the truck carries out the process of loading goods so that the process of sending goods can run well, cooperation and accuracy are needed for warehouse employees in checking orders when loading goods so that there is no shortage or excess of goods which makes the outlet that ordered suffer losses because they have to re-order the goods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the PT XYZ Portal on the effectiveness of administrative activities in the Corporate Secretary and Strategic Planning Division of PT XYZ Jakarta, find out the obstacles and solutions that are made to solve the problems that occur. Data collection techniques through observation, namely observing directly the object under study. The results of the research conducted show that the PT XYZ Portal plays a major role in supporting administrative activities in the Corporate Secretary and Strategic Planning Division, this is because administrative activities can be completed in real time with the PT XYZ Portal. The obstacle that often occurs is the unreadability of employee attendance in the Employee Self Service system, which causes fatal consequences if absence correction is not carried out. For this reason, the solution is to re-check attendance in the Employee Self Service system and manually correct unread attendance for further approval by the relevant leadership.

Abstract

Every company definitely wants to emerge as a champion in the midst of intense market competition. To achieve this, what can be done by a company is to carry out effective marketing or promotional communication activities in order to be able to target the right opportunities. This research has the objectives, among others, to find out the marketing communication strategy at a company along with the constraints faced and the solutions implemented. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and supported by literature studies. From the results of processing the data obtained, this study concluded that objek penelitian had carried out marketing communications activities both conventionally and digitally quite well. Various obstacles were encountered by object of research, such as the lack of marketing communication activities to be carried out and adequate human resources. However, to overcome these obstacles, there are several solutions that can be implemented, for example implementing other forms of marketing communications, increasing the number of personnel, and increasing distributors at strategic points.

Abstract

The communication process plays a vital role in a company. The company’s goal will not be reached if there is no proper communication inside. Therefore, this study aims to interpret the internal communication activity inside a company, especially within Human Capital and General Services. Those departments were chosen because the activities inside play a significant role related to the service for all employees. A descriptive qualitative method was used to analyze the objects. Through the method, it was found that certain barriers still happened during daily work. Either inside each department or cross-departments. To clear the barriers, researchers deliver suggestions consists of three points, which are vertical. horizontal, and diagonal. Those points are explained as giving a clear brief and instruction, keeping a proper communication, and organize a regular meeting with th related department.

Abstract

Scarlett Whitening is one of the well-known local skin care products. Which is successful and much in demand by the community. Scarlett Whitening has released many skincare products using the latest trending technologies. As with other skincare businesses, Scarlett Whitening wants its product sales to continue to increase. Scarlett Whitening tries to attract consumers through brand ambassadors and content marketing in this digital era. Therefore, this study aims to describe the influence of brand ambassadors and content marketing on the purchase intention of Scarlett Whitening. Researchers used descriptive quantitative methods. The population in this study is the younger generation. The sample used was 34 female students of UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. Researchers collect data sourced from primary and secondary data. Researchers obtained primary data from respondents' answers to the five Likert scale questionnaire. Meanwhile, secondary data comes from books, journals, and news portals that are relevant to this case. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that brand ambassadors have no significant effect on consumer interest in Scarlett Whitening. The popularity that has become the strength of brand ambassadors has not been able to influence consumer interest. Content marketing has a significant effect on consumer interest in Scarlett Whitening. Content marketing also shows a positive influence on consumer interest. Scarlett Whitening presents attractive marketing content according to consumer trends and needs. Thus, this affects consumer interest in making transactions for Scarlett Whitening products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the condition of Indonesian economic and post-covid nastional economic recovery program through micro, small, medium enterprises (MSMEs) development during covid-19 in 2020-2021. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. This data collection method is obtained from secondary data by the relevan studies and literatures. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that MSMEs are able to encourage economic growth in Indonesia, by the shift from traditional marketing to digital marketing and assisted by government policy efforts.
