Abstract

This study aims to discuss the development of digitalization planning (design) learning models in the subject of Cultural Arts in the New Media Era in class XII at SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi. This learning model was developed due to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic which required all learning processes at SMA Negri 5 Bukittinggi to be carried out online. This policy raises problems in learning materials in the field of performing arts practices which require students to learn art practices in class. The method used is the Zoom and YouTube applications as connecting media in connecting material from teachers (writers) to students and between students' performing arts creations and the wider community who will watch the performing arts. The results of this study can be of benefit to the public by analyzing every phenomenon that occurs in the world of education in the New Media Era, and as input or a roll model for arts and culture teachers at SMAN 5 Bukittinggi to be able to improve learning outcomes so that students are more active and enthusiastic in learning arts and culture .

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of involvement of students in learning activities because the strategies used do not attract students' interest in mastering the material being taught. This study aims to determine the increase in students' abilities by using the Mind Maping Learning Model through the MindMaple Application in class XII IPA 3 academic year 2021-2022 SMAN 5 Bukittinggi. This research is Classroom Action Research, with the research subjects being class XII IPA 3 students at SMAN 5 Bukittinggi for the 2021-2022 academic year, with a total of 31 students consisting of 13 students and 18 female students. Based on this study, it appears that an increase occurred in the class average score and the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes. During the implementation of cycle I, the average score was 73. Out of 31 students who got 1 person or 3% Very Good score, 11 students or 35.4% who got a Good score, 6 people or 19.3% got Enough score, while those who got less scores were 13 people or 42% in this case meaning that the mastery level of new students reached 38% with student activity of 71.88. Whereas in cycle II the average value was 80 and of the 31 students in class XI IPA 5 who got a score with very good criteria was 0 or 0%, the score with good criteria had increased by 31 people or 100% and this means All students have received a minimum completeness score of 78. The level of mastery of students' knowledge of the material is 100% with student activity of 92.86.

Abstract

Performing Arts Performances through Digital Media in Cultural Arts Learning at SMAN 5 Bukittinggi is an activity carried out to take the end of odd semester scores with Performing Arts material. This study aims to describe the forms of performing arts performances for class XII and reveal the importance of learning performing arts digitally in class XII at SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi.The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques used are library research, observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study found that the implementation was live and watched by students, teachers, and the public through the Zoom, YouTube, Instagram applications. The material that is being performed is music, dance, theater or drama. This performance is important for students to do as an alternative to implementing art performances during a pandemic and can improve better learning outcomes. This art performance can also be carried out flexibly, efficiently, saving time and costs and reaching a wider audience.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to read English narrative texts by applying video media to students of class XI IPS2 at SMA Negeri 5 Bukittingi. This study applies video media in teaching narrative text. The population of this study were students of class XI IPS2 SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi for the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 33 students. This Classroom Action Research is expected to improve students' reading comprehension skills in English narrative texts. The findings of Classroom Action Research (PTK) after being analyzed showed that based on the initial scores of students in class XI IPS2 semester 1, they obtained an average score of 53. After the first cycle was carried out, the average value was 67.6 and after the second cycle was carried out, it increased to 84.5. . From the initial data, it can be seen from the 33 students, 2 students obtained completeness, namely 6.06% and 31 students did not achieve completeness, namely 93.9%. In cycle 1, students who obtained mastery increased by 8 people, namely (24.2%) and 25 students who had not achieved mastery, namely 75.7%. In cycle 2 the students who obtained mastery increased to 31 students namely (93.9%) and 2 students who had not achieved completeness namely 6.06%. reading narrative texts in English for class XI IPS2 students at SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Each community has its own pattern of communication. These patterns can eventually form a variety of languages. Handayani (2019: 5) states that various languages are variations of language that can be distinguished according to usage, topics discussed, the relationship between the speaker, the person he is talking to, the person being talked about, and the medium of the speaker. This study aims to find out the portrait of the interaction of various spoken languages in the Citra Niaga Samarinda market area, East Borneo, amidst the strong flow of modernity. This research belongs to the type of field research in which researchers obtain direct data from the Citra Niaga Samarinda market area for further review. Data collection was carried out by observation and documentation techniques. The recorded data was transcribed into written form and then sorted according to categorization. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using the matching method. The results of this study were in the form of data on the variety of languages which were qualified based on age, context, and the tendency to use regional languages. There are three kinds of languages found in the Citra Niaga Samarinda area, including Indonesian, Javanese, and Banjarese. Based on the number of speakers, Indonesian is the most common language, followed by Javanese, then Banjar. The use of code switching from local languages to Indonesian by speakers proves that Indonesian is accepted by the people in the Citra Niaga area.

Abstract

Millions of human beings in today's modern era, continue to research the truth of the contents in the Qur'an. As is well known, the Qur'an contains nature, laws, orders, prohibitions, and contains stories in the past and in the future. One of them is surah al-Kahf which is about Gog and Magog. This article uses library research with a descriptive-analytic approach. Imran Nazar Hosein interpreted Gog and Magog in surah al-Kahf using the maudhu'i method. He examined Gog and Magog as mufsidun fil ard whose arrival would change the world order to become godless. And the return of the Jews to Jerusalem with the help of Gog and Magog.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Evolusi Manusia Menurut Tafsir Non-Akademik”, dalam menafsirkan tentang penciptaan manusia selalu merujuk penjelasan para ulama tafsir, khususnya yang menggunakan corak tafsir ilmiah (tafsir al-‘ilm), sejauh pengalaman mungkin selain tafsir yang akan dikemukakan, sedikit sekali yang memiliki perhatian terhadap tafsir non-akademik, walaupun kelompok tafsir non-akademik dianggap berasal dari kalangan yang tidak memiliki latar belakang ilmu Alquran, tetapi di sisi lain perlu untuk mempertimbangkan penafsirannya. Para pengkaji umumnya lebih memiliki ketertarikan kepada tafsir yang berbahasa Arab. Mungkin karena pemahaman dalam menafsirkan itu cukup ilmu dan tidak dipungkiri keraguan di dalamnya. Namun di sini penelitian, bagaimana evolusi manusia menurut pandangan orang yang berlatarbelakang umum yang mencoba menafsirkan. Mengingat teori evolusi menjadi pengkajian yang masih teratas dalam dunia ilmu pengetahuan. Untuk menggunggah keimanan para pembaca, dari yang biasa jadi luar biasa. Khusus disuguhkan kepada khayalak umum. Diterapkan teori dan praktik keilmuan sains pada penelitian ini, ditarik kepada penafsiran pada kitab dan juga sains. Maka penulis merumuskan masalah pada penelitian ini, apa identitas tafsir non-akademik? bagaimana penafsiran tentang evolusi manusia dalam tafsir non-akademik? bagaimana penafsiran tentang evolusi manusia menurut sains? Dan Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni kualitatif yang bersifat kepustakaan (library research), dengan mengkaji utama buku Alquran Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi. Dengan ini menghasilkan bahwa evolusi bukan hanya berlaku kepada manusia, hewan dan tumbuhan melainkan juga kepada bahasa, dalam bukunya evolusi dimaknakan perubahan terhadap sesuatu yang tiada menjadi ada. Misalnya mobil, adanya kata mobil di sini karena bendanya ada maka ada juga penamaan terhadap benda ini. Sebab perubahan atau berevolusi maka bisa dikatakan juga majunya sebuah masyarakat dan peradaban itu. Ini hanya jalan untuk sedikit memasuk akalkan tentang makna evolusi. Selanjutnya evolusi penciptaan manusia, mengungkapkan beberapa ayat yang terkait dengan penciptaan. Teori evolusi ia sebut teori ilahiyah karena Tuhanlah yang mengadakan keberadaan manusia di dunia, dengan proses yang dilalui terlebih dahulu hingga menjadi manusia sempurna, seperti dijelaskan dalam QS. Al-Hajj:5.

Abstract

Ancient Egypt is a civilization in the northeastern part of Africa. These civilizations were concentrated along the middle to the lower reaches of the Nile which reached its heyday around the 2nd century BC. During what is known as the new kingdom period. Its area spans the Nile Delta region in the North, to Jebel Barkal in the fourth Cataract of the Nile. At certain times, ancient Egyptian civilization extended to the southern Levant, the Eastern Desert, the Red Sea coast, the Sinai peninsula, and the western desert (concentrating on several oases). Egypt is a country that has a long history in the past. Its civilization is recognized by the world as one of the most advanced civilizations that has ever existed. The pyramids, the stories of Pharaoh, Cleopatra, and the spinx are symbols of how much history has happened in this land that the Nile flows through. As a country rich in history, Egypt has provided many great discoveries that have been of use until now. It's no wonder that many world researchers are interested in exploring the history of Ancient Egypt, historical discoveries from the Ancient Egyptians whose benefits are widely felt today.

Abstract

The choice of Jendral Soedirman's film is because visually there is an exemplary content related to the moral values ​​played by the main character General Soedirman in the film. The formulation of the problem in this writing is about how the visual analysis of moral values ​​in the film General Soedirman? The purpose of this paper is visually to find moral values ​​that can be used as a reference in living a religious social life. The research method in writing this paper uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research approach used in this paper is Pirce's semiotics which divides signs into three parts, namely icons, indexes and symbols. This paper will discuss the results of visual analysis regarding the moral values ​​contained in the film Jenderal Soedirman. Based on a visual analysis of the film Jendral Soedirman, several moral values ​​were found, namely those related to responsibility, conscience, and social moral values. The film, entitled Jendral Soedirman, is based on the true story of the struggle of a warlord in quelling the cruelty and injustice committed by the Dutch against the Indonesian people. In this scene, the film highlights the figure of General Soedirman who fights for and defends the Indonesian state, showing how hard General Soedirman's struggle is in defending the Indonesian state in the midst of his condition, which is suffering from illness and having to leave his family. The film entitled Jendral Soedirman has a social, informative, educative and persuasive function in providing an understanding of moral values ​​that should be emulated, especially by the nation's next generation in the digital and rapidly developing era of technology. Visually learning about moral values ​​is comprehensively explored in the film General Soedirman.
