Abstract

Palm sugar SME's located in Air Meles Atas village, Selupu Rejang sub-district, have tried to carry out various breakthroughs by innovating raw materials in the form of palm sugar into ant sugar products, by creating various types of palm sugar. So it is important to keep records from raw materials to sales and profit and loss obtained by these SMEs, but have not implemented good accounting records in their business, it is necessary to conduct training on the application of accounting records for palm sugar SMEs as a solution to these problems. The training aims to provide soft skills in accounting records and increase understanding of how good accounting records should be for MSME actors. The training method is carried out with the stages of identification, preparation, training and evaluation. The result of this training is that palm sugar business actors have better skills in carrying out financial records and are able to apply them to their MSME businesses.

Abstract

School-age children are future assets that require full attention from parents and the government, especially in fulfilling their nutritional intake. They need a balanced nutritional intake to get the needs of their physical and biological development. As one of the schools located in the middle of the city, students at SMKN 4 Bengkulu City have very high potential in consuming snacks that are circulated both in the school environment and outside the school. This community service activity is carried out with the aim of providing education to students of SMKN 4 Bengkulu City, about choosing food products or snacks that are safe for consumption, and how to detect preservatives contained in food in a simple way. The activity begins with socialization and counseling on the importance of healthy food consumption for adolescents, followed by the practice of analyzing the detection of preservatives in food products. The results of the activity showed that socializing the importance of consuming healthy and nutritious food products could increase the knowledge, concern and understanding of students at SMKN 4 Bengkulu City, so that they could be more selective in choosing the snacks they consumed. Furthermore, the students of SMKN 4 Bengkulu City were able to analyze the detection of preservatives with a simple method, so as to avoid the consumption of harmful foods, with the result that no samples of snack products containing borax or formalin were found.

Abstract

The preparation of financial statements is one of the important things for a business, especially MSMEs. But currently there are still a lot of MSME businesses that have not been able to make financial reports properly and correctly. There are several factors that cause this MSME business not to make financial reports properly and correctly, one of which is their ignorance of accounting science and they don't know where to start to make good and correct financial reports. The A-Zaki Tempe Factory is one of the MSME businesses with the largest production of tempeh in the city of Bengkulu, but has not made financial reports properly and correctly. Therefore, our Lecturer Service Team and Unived accounting students provide training in making simple financial reports, especially for recording income and expenses which will produce a profit and loss statement for the A-Zaki tempe factory. The method used is a lecture in the form of counseling, discussion, practice of recording accounting journaling and assistance in preparing financial reports. The results of this service are very helpful for the owner of the A-Zaki tempe factory in recording cash in and cash out in the form of a journal and then making a general ledger to making simple financial reports, be it income statements, changes in capital and balance sheets

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di desa Air Sulau Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan kotoran ternak urine sapi sebagai bahan pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC). Secara umum limbah kotoran ternak sapi yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat hanya yang berbentuk padat atau fesesnya saja sebagai bahan pembuatan pupuk organik. Sedangkan pengertian dari POC itu sendiri adalah larutan dari pembusukan bahan-bahan organik yang berasal dari sisa tanaman, kotoran hewan dan manusia yang kandungan unsur haranya lebih dari satu unsur. Bukan hanya daging, kulit dan kotoran padatnya saja yang dapat digunakan atau dimanfaatkan agar lebih bernilai ekonomi akan tetapi limbah cair yag berupa urine nya pun dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pupuk organik cair. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar masyarakat tau dan menyadari bahwa limbah urine sapi dapat diolah menjadi pupuk organik cair, tujuan khusus dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengupayakan petani peternak khususnya di Desa Air Sulau dapat memanfaatkan limbah urine sapi agar lebih bernilai ekonomi tinggi bahkan juga dapat mengurangi atau menekan biaya modal untuk pembelian pupuk kimia yang saat ini keberadaanya sangat terbatas dan harganya pun sangat mahal. Adapun respon masyarakat dalam pengabdian ini sangat antusias dan peternak akan lebih optimal memanfaatkan limbah urine sapi dan mulai sedikit demi sedikit mengurangi penggunaan pupuk kimia sehingga dapat menekan biaya modal untuk usaha tani.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Belakang Pondok Kota Bengkulu, yang merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang terletak di Kecamatan Ratu Samban Kota Bengkulu. Pekerjaan warga sebagian besar mayoritas pedagang dan kuli bangunan, pegawai, swasta. Ekonomi masyarakat mayoritas berada pada taraf menengah hal ini dikarenakan mata pencaharian warga adalah pedagang. Dengan berwirausaha dapat meningkatkan taraf perekonomian yang baik masyarakat yang berada di Kelurahan Belakang Pondok. Permasalahan yang muncul kurang nya pemahaman masyarakat tentang kemajuan teknologi sebagai sarana promosi yang sangat efektif untuk proses jual beli di media sosial. Media sosial merupakan bagian dari internet yang memiliki fungsi salah satunya sebagai media yang digunakan untuk mempromosikan produk olahan makanan yang digunakan oleh pelaku usaha. Media sosial sangat dibutuhkan bagi semua masyarakat tanpa terkecuali. Tujuan abdi masyarakat adalah untuk membantu warga untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran yang efektif apalagi dimasa pandemi ini. sehingga orang-orang bisa mengenal lebih mudah dari hasil usaha yang kita buat yaitu dengan promosi melalui media sosial sehingga, walaupun di masa pandemi warga tidak terlalu merasakan dampak ekonomi. Hasil kegiatan ini masyarakat tidak terlalu kesulitan untuk memasarkan usaha nya karena kami sudah mengedukasii warga untuk membuat link,paint page,dan akun yg di gunakan untuk mengembangkan usaha agar konsumen lebih mudah untuk melakukan pengorderan

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa edukasi pencegahan penyebaran hoax terkait Pandemi Covid-19 melalui video pendek pada masyarakat di Kelurahan Lubuk Durian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi masyarakat dalam mengenali dan menyikapi masifnya peredaran informasi di dunia digital. Hoaks sebagai ekses dari kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta kemudahan akses terhadap informasi dapat berbahaya karena menimbulkan kecemasan, ketakutan, dan memicu timbulnya konflik. Jika dibiarkan, hal ini dapat lebih berbahaya karena sebagian besar hoaks yang beredar merupakan hoaks kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan Pandemi Covid-19, padahal pada masa pandemi ini masyarakat dituntut untuk mampu menjaga kesehatan mental, baik bagi dirinya maupun orang lain. Untuk itu, tim merasa perlu melakukan literasi dengan metode yang tidak perlu mengumpulkan warga, namun tetap efektif. Untuk itu, tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengajak Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Persandian Negara Kota Bengkulu melalui Bidang Pengelolaan dan Komunikasi Publik membuat video pendek berisi pengertian, bahaya, ciri-ciri hoaks, cara mengecek hoaks, dan himbauan untuk tidak langsung membagi informasi yang diperoleh dari media sosial tanpa mengeceknya terlebih dahulu. Penjelasan mengenai hoaks dari pejabat berwenang dianggap mampu memberikan pemahaman dan peningkatan kemampuan literasi bagi masyarakat dalam menjalani hidup di era digital. Abstract

As an economic driver, BUMDes managers are expected to fulfill their obligations, including preparing financial reports. Based on this financial report, the financial performance, volume of BUMDes business, and the amount to be distributed to financiers will be determined as profit sharing to the village government or village business results. BUMDes have been established in various villages. BUMDes businesses that have been established include: salon services, table and chair rental, savings and loan services and convenience stores. In the process of preparing these financial statements, BUMDes also needs to determine the accounting policies adopted. The accounting policy to be selected is available in the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK-EMKM) published by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (2016). BUMDes managers have attempted to report their responsibilities through financial reports. The importance of BUMDes managers is obliged to develop an adequate accounting system. An adequate accounting system in preparing financial reports includes, among others, the preparation of account codes, account names, general journal books, cash books, bank books, accounts receivable books, goods books, and trial balances. Our service team organizes technical skills training for BUMDes managers in compiling financial reports in accordance with SAK-EMKM. Community Service Activities (PKM) are carried out for 1 month located in Taba Terunjam Village, District, Karang Tinggi Regency, Central Bengkulu This training method is a lecture accompanied by hands-on practice for participants to prepare financial reports with an accounting system in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK-EMKM) published by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants. Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the first step for mothers to develop their own abilities to help the family economy, with the entrepreneurial spirit of the residents of Jalan Pulai Payung RT.12 RW. 04. The Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut sub-district, Bengkulu City has a very broad positive impact, including being able to channel the talents that exist in each of them, being able to find out what kind of products the market wants, and being able to find out a good market share for the products that are produced both in terms of appearance. from the place and the way of marketing. With this entrepreneurship socialization, it can solve the problems faced by women residents of Jalan Pulai Payung RT.12 RW. 04. Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut sub-district, Bengkulu City, to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit in each of them, and to be able to practice what skills are possessed by mothers. In this case, the ability possessed by the majority of mothers is in making tat cakes. Entrepreneurship socialization carried out in this service is carried out in several stages, the first stage is awareness, the second stage is capacity building and the last stage is the empowerment stage. 04. After the entrepreneurship socialization was carried out, the mothers immediately put it into practice together. The most important thing in this case is the emergence of the soul of the mothers to be able to develop themselves together in this case, making cakes and selling to the market and following current technological advances. Abstract

One of the drivers of the Indonesian economy is the MSME business. This MSME business is a business that has been tested in various economic conditions. The problem is that many MSME businesses have not made financial reports. One of them is the Legowo Chicken Noodle and Meatball business which is located in Sukamerindu, Bengkulu city. Financial reports have not been considered as important reports in developing their business so that financial records are only based on sales experience, are not regular and tend to be based on estimates of the feelings of the business owner. As a result, it is difficult for business owners to determine how much the production costs of selling chicken noodles and meatballs will be and it is difficult to determine the profit or loss from the number of bowls of chicken noodles and meatballs sold. Based on these problems, this community service (PKM) aims to help legowo chicken and meatball businesses in making financial reports, especially profit and loss financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM standards. The method used in this PKM is the method of counseling or lectures, creating discussion groups, and continuing with assistance in the practice of preparing profit and loss financial statements based on SAK EMKM from transactions that have occurred. The results of this PKM have a positive impact on the legowo chicken noodle and meatball business, where after this training, the legowo chicken noodle and meatball business owner is able to make a profit and loss financial report in accordance with SAK EMKM standards. With the making of this profit and loss financial report, the owner of the legowo chicken noodle and meatball business is able to record business books better and is able to design their business finances to be even better in the future.

Abstract

Asia will achieve moderate economic growth so that its contribution to global GDP will only reach 30%. This development is parallel to the increase in per capita income and the number of people in Asia experiencing an increase in prosperity. This increase in prosperity can be done through various efforts, namely by utilizing existing natural resources to be used as a source of improving the community's economy, such as making kalamansi syrup, liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and plant cultivation with a hydroponic system. Kalamansi syrup is made from the main ingredient of kalamansi orange which is processed to produce a sweet and sour taste. In addition, kalamansi orange peel which is considered as organic waste can also be used in the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer (POC). Liquid organic fertilizer is a solution resulting from the decomposition of organic materials derived from plant residues, animal and human wastes which contain more than one nutrient element. Liquid fertilizers can also be used in conventional plant cultivation or using a hydroponic system. Hydroponics can be an alternative for limited agricultural land and can be done on land with low fertility or densely populated areas to be used as a fulfillment of daily needs or entrepreneurship. The service was carried out in RT 29, Sawah Lebar Village, Bengkulu City, starting with the planning stage, seminars to evaluation and direct guidance to PKK mothers. This is done as an effort to increase economic capacity as well as to meet daily needs. Entrepreneurship is one of the reliable factors for improving the community's economy. The seminars and trainings that have been carried out can create jobs, train entrepreneurship skills, be self-sufficient in food, and are able to improve the economy of the community of RT 29 Sawah Lebar Village, Bengkulu City.
