Abstract

This article aimed to analyze the effect of social-emotional development on children's learning outcomes from 2019 until 2022. We shocked by the covid 19 virus, which requires parents to be more emotional to children and impact on children's social-emotional behavior. The research was conducted to determine the effects of social development on children's social-emotional behavior. The research used qualitative with case study approach through interviews with thematic analysis on twenty mothers who have children attending kindergarten in the East Lampung district. Using structural interview, the mothers were asked questions about the impact of children's social-emotional behavior through interviews. The results analysis shoed that that the children's socio-emotional behavior was less cooperative because children rarely play together, lack tolerance, lack socializing with friends was limited by studying at home, children's emotions sometimes feel bored and sad, children feel homesick for friends and teachers and children are also recorded as experiencing verbal violence because of the overall learning process. Abstract

Recognizing letters is important to be developed in early childhood for the next child's language skills. By introducing letters to children, it is hoped that children can understand letters by knowing the sounds and shapes of letters. The learning media that will be developed in this research is an online game on the educandy. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of online games on the educandy to introduce characters to children aged 5-6 years at KB Darul Falah Terbanggi Besar. Types of research and development (research and development). The development procedure according to the Borg and Gall theory consists of seven stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, expert testing, product revision, product testing, and product revision. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that, games feature educandy to introduce script to children aged 5-6 years at KB Darul Falah Terbanggi Besar, the development of online game feature educandy children are able to name symbols of letters that are known, children are able to recognize the sound of the initial letters of the names of objects in the vicinity. The Effectiveness of Using Online Games Features Educandy to Improve Literacy Skills for Children aged 5-6 years, namely after research was conducted at the Darul Falah Family Planning Terbanggi Besar, it was proven that the literacy abilities of early childhood can be categorized as starting to develop.

Abstract

The problem raise in this study was how efforts to shape religious character and how the description of the sacred character that was embedded in children orphanage at Nurul Jannah Kudus. The research aims to analyze the various efforts made by Nurul Jannah Kudus in shaping the religious character of children orphanage and sacred character that was embedded in children orphanage at Nurul Jannah Kudus. The method used descriptive-analytical. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that to shape religious character in children, namely conducting routine religious activities, strict supervision and embedding awareness in children, applying discipline to children, applying the habituation method in carrying out routine activities. In applying the advice method was by caregivers and ustadz or ustadzah. Furthermore, the description of the religious character was not neglect the obligations of a human being to worship Allah SWT, independence, always instilling honesty in every matter, discipline in carrying out rules and activities, a sense of concern for others, responsibility in doing anything, creativity in doing specific fields. Abstract

One of the factors that can affect a child's self-confidence is overcoming fear. Fear is an emotional response to a threat or danger whose source is usually external and consciously faced. The purpose of this study is to find out how self-confidence of young children overcomes fear. This study uses phenomenological qualitative techniques. Notes obtained from informants, five were obtained using the purposive aspect with the criteria of early childhood being able to overcome fears such as not daring to point a finger to answer the teacher's question even though he knew the answer at TKIT Al-Baihaqi. Gather information using semi-structured interviews. The test uses fact analysis with descriptive narrative analysis. The results obtained from this test are that the subject generally feels insecure at school. However, there are subjects who express self-confidence, both as evidenced by being confident in their abilities, easily expressing emotions, being responsible, grateful and optimistic even though they are not perfect. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe process of learning to read and write Arabic letters in early childhood at Taman Pendidikan Quran (TPQ) Nurul Muttaqin 4, the students' interest in learning, positive impacts or benefits for students, opportunities in learning, and challenges faced during learning. The research method used is qualitative with the subject of early childhood aged 4-8 years at TPQ Nurul Muttaqin 4. Data collection techniques by observing the teaching and learning process of students and interviews with one of the teachers and students concerned. The research results obtained include: 1. The process of learning to read and write Arabic letters for early childhood at TPQ Nurul Muttaqin 4 using the iqro' method for reading and writing 2. The students' interest in learning is very large in learning because the parents of the students support it. and very open so that students are very interested in this learning. 3. The positive impact or benefits obtained by the students vary after participating in learning using the iqro' method, because each child has a different level of ability. There are children who are proficient in reading but lacking in writing Arabic letters. Vice versa. 4. The opportunities for learning are very good because the surrounding community is supportive and open with evidence that their children are entrusted to study at this TPQ. 5. The challenge faced during learning is the feeling of drowsiness that comes to students during learning, which makes it difficult for students to concentrate. The solution that can be done is that teachers can make learning as interesting as possible so that it makes students enthusiastic and interested in learning.

Abstract

Many children who have not been able to master basic English vocabulary such as various colors, animals, fruits, and the alphabet Learning English must be done from an early age, one of the media that can be used to learn English is YouTube. YouTube is an interesting medium to use in the teaching and learning process of English. YouTube users are spread all over the world from various age groups, from early childhood to adults. One of the popular YouTube Channels among children is ChuChu TV. This study aims to analyze the use of ChuChu TV as a vocabulary-learning medium for early childhood. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study method. Researchers used observation and interviews as data collection techniques. Participants in this study were children aged 5 to 6 years in Purwosari, North Metro District, Metro City. The research results show that the use of the ChuChu TV YouTube Channel can improve English vocabulary in some early childhood students. Abstract

Fine motor is one aspect of motor development that must be developed in early childhood education. Fine motor has a vital role in child development because fine motor is the child's ability to show and master beautiful muscle movements in coordination, agility, and dexterity in using hands and fingers. To develop fine motor skills, a teacher must be able to sort and choose the suitable media to build it optimally and as expected. This study used qualitative research methodology. The research subjects were 20 students and two teachers from RA Lampung Timur, while the research object was the development of children's fine motor skills. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive research methods; the author describes or describes the findings systematically and accurately using a series of words or sentences so they can be understood. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that applying collage media to develop children's fine motor skills could be successful. Abstract

The teachings of Islam, the Qur'an has given guidance about how to prepare generation or a child as a trustee, to make him a human being who can carry out of Islamic law well. The article disscused of the educational process and the developmental needs of early childhood in islamic perspective. The researchers used a qualitative method by reviewing some of the previous findings with a coding system and in-depth analysis of each data. The collecting data used documentation, from online publication research. The researchers collected the data on online search publications, for instance Google Scholar, Science Direct, et all, specifically on articles published between 2010 and 2021. The result showed that several methods of Islamic education that be applied to educational activities for early childhood, for instance method by example, education by practice and practice, educating through games, songs, and stories, educating with targhib and tarhib, praise and flattery, instilling good habits.

Abstract

Role-playing is a learning method easily applied in early childhood education. Children easily model the characters they like and become their favorites. With role-playing, all aspects of child development can quickly be developed. However, it needs direction and guidance from the teacher so that the desired outcome can develop properly. Therefore, this study discusses how role-playing can develop the social-emotional development aspects of early childhood in group B. This study uses classroom action research methodology. The research was conducted on 18 children in group B. The results of this study show the success of role-playing in developing the social-emotional aspects of early childhood. Through the learning cycle carried out, there are most children whose social-emotional development aspects develop as expected. Abstract

The article analyzed the implementation of learning using the storytelling method through image media and analyzed the obstacles faced in the use of storytelling methods with picture media in developing motivational language skills in early childhood. This research was conducted at the Kindergarten of Sultan Agung Nglanjaran Sardonoharjo Ngaglik Sleman Yogyakarta. The method used the case study method. The research data sources consisted of informants including school principals, class teachers, and students, supported by other sources in the form of documents. Collection data techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis is focused during the field process along with data collection. The results found that the development of language skills of students in class B2 elementary school consists of 23 students. There were 40% or 10 students that develop in achieving the indicators, and 60% of children have developed very well in achieving the specified indicators, where as many as 20 students out of 23 students have achieved very good development indicators, and 3 students have started developing.
