Abstract

Inflation is an important economic problem in the economic development of a country.. It is not only the massive decline in health status, but also in other aspects, including the economic aspect. One of the economic actors with a very large contribution in the supply of goods and services, absorbing labor, earning foreign exchange and so on is the super micro business. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the super micro business capital assistance program given to micro business owners. Research conducted using the method of observation, interviews, documentation. With the aim of knowing the effectiveness of the capital assistance program provided by the Sigi Regency. From the results of interviews with the Head of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Section, it was stated that the total budget used in Capital Assistance Activities for Super Micro Enterprises Affected by Inflation was Rp. 1,500,000,000 which was distributed to 1,000 MSME actors in 16 sub-districts with a capital assistance of Rp. 1,500,000 per MSME. This has a positive impact on the community that is given super-micro assistance to support the economic side of the community. And the creation of cooperation and public trust in the Sigi District Office of Cooperatives and UKM.

Abstract

People's Business Credit (KUR) is a credit guarantee program, in which this program is distributed to owners of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who need additional loan funds for their businesses. The Sigi Regency Government created a 0% KUR Program for business owners to assist in providing venture capital. After the program is running, the guarantor institution ensures that the program has been running productively or effectively so that the KUR program distribution target is achieved. The type of research method used in this study is the method of effectiveness and qualitative. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the distribution of the 0% KUR program and the inhibiting factors for the effectiveness of the 0% KUR program. From the results of interviews with the Head of the Sigi Regency Cooperative and UKM Office, the Head of the UKM Section in Sigi Regency, and the Secretariat Team for the 0% KUR Program, it was explained that the objectives of the 0% KUR Program had been indirectly achieved because there were several business actors who had successfully passed the program but of the target set by 1,000 business actors, only 9 business actors passed. This provides real change by helping capital for business actors in Sigi Regency and improving the economy in Sigi Regency. It is hoped that the 0% KUR program in the future will have a positive impact, especially in the economic sector.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know, test and analyze the role of work discipline, competence and communication on work motivation and employee performance in Sukoharjo District. Collection technique with the questionnaire method. The sample with census technique is 50 respondents. Data analysis includes instrument testing, linearity testing, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The results of the study prove that competence has a significant effect on work motivation, but work discipline and communication have no significant effect; work discipline, communication and work motivation have a significant effect on performance but competence has no significant effect. The results of the F test prove that work discipline, competence, communication and work motivation have a significant effect on performance. Results The total R2 value of 0.972 means that employee performance is explained by work discipline, competence, communication and work motivation of 97.2% and the remaining 2.8% is explained by other variables outside the model. The results of path analysis show that the direct path of work discipline is the dominant and significant path in improving performance. The use of intervening variables Work motivation is effective in mediating competency on performance. However, it is not effective in mediating work discipline and communication on performance

Abstract

The aim is to find out, test and analyze the role of leadership, competence and work discipline on work motivation and performance of Kartasura District employees. Data collection methods are observation and questionnaires. Census sampling technique as many as 39 respondents. Data analysis includes instrument testing, linearity testing, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The results of the study prove that work discipline has a significant impact on work motivation, but leadership and competence have an insignificant impact; leadership and competence have a significant impact on performance but work discipline and work motivation have an insignificant impact. The F test proves that leadership, competence, work discipline and work motivation have a significant impact on performance. Total R2 test = 0.852, performance is explained by leadership, competence, work discipline, and work motivation = 85.2% and the remaining 14.8% is explained by other factors. Path analysis proves that the direct path of competence is the most dominant and effective path in increasing performance. Work motivation is not an intervening variable, because it is less effective in mediating the relationship between leadership, competence and work discipline with performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of production costs, operational costs and total assets on net profit of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The data used in this study are secondary data in quantitative form obtained from annual financial reports published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The population in this study are all textile and garment companies. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling method. From a population of 22 companies, 17 companies were obtained as samples. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the partial results of the study (t test) it shows that the variables of production costs and operational costs have a significant effect on net income because the sig value is 0.05 while total assets have no effect on net income. The results of the simultaneous study (f test) show that the variables of production costs, operational costs and total assets have a significant influence on stock returns. Calculation of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) shows that all independent variables, namely production costs, operational costs and total assets can explain the stock return variable of 0.27% while the remaining 99.73% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The research is intended to analyze the financial performance of the company PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk based on its financial statements. From the annual financial reports of PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk, data was obtained for the 2020-2022 period. The assessment used is the liquidity ratio, then profitability, ROA, and ROE. In addition, analysis of profit and revenue growth and cash flow is also carried out to evaluate the company's financial performance. The analysis was carried out to find out how PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk utilizes its financial resources in developing the property business and how the company gains profit in its business. This research provides insights for investors and decision makers to improve their company's financial performance and find out how PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk can utilize its financial resources effectively in its property business.

Abstract

The food stall business is a business that has quite large and promising opportunities. Food stalls can also be used as a place for buyers to relax, gather and so on which makes buyers have a reason to come to the food stall. That is why many people open food stalls, especially chicken noodle stalls. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the business feasibility of the asymie chicken noodle shop. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data obtained is in the form of primarydata, namely interviews and secondary data, namely observation. The research was conducted at Asymie Wonopringgo Chicken Noodle Warung. The results of the study show that when viewed from the market and marketing aspects according to the feasibility study, the asymie chicken noodle shop is very good. This can be seen from the good service, the many facilitiesand the characteristics of the product with full chicken meat topping provided by the Asymie chicken noodle shop. In addition, the price offered is also affordable for consumers of all ages according to the market segment and the promotion is carried out very well, namely through WhatsApp Story

Abstract

The tutoring institution that is now quite well-known in the community is Anak Terbat. Students who study in this tutoring are preschool children, namely children from the age of 4.5 7 years. In general, the students who are tutored in this study are children who are still in playgroup, kindergarten group A and group B kindergarten. Non-financial methods include technical aspects, market aspects and marketing aspects, organizational and juridical aspects, management aspects and economic aspects. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The approach in this study used field research by directly observing the object under study and through interviews with teachers. In addition, this study also uses secondary data with literature articles on Great Children's Tutoring (AHE). The Feasibility Analysis of Market and Marketing Aspects of the Great Children's Tutoring shows that the prospects for the development of the Great Children's tutoring business are very good. This can be seen from the number of units which reach more than 3,000 units and are spread in almost all provinces in Indonesia. In addition, Great Children's Tutoring also applies different learning classes, namely private classes and reading classes which are the advantages of this tutoring. In the human resource aspect, Great Children's Tutoring also pays attention to the quality of the teacher's performance. And the results of financial analysis using the payback period show that the Tegalsuruh branch of the Great Child tutoring (AHE) takes 3 months and 10 days to return its capital

Abstract

The marketing concept in the business of Azqo Collection jeans convection with the need itself is a feeling of not having basic satisfaction, desire is the desire for certain satisfaction from the existence of that need, and the next concept is demand is the desire for a product supported by the ability and willingness to buy it. The mix that was carried out at the Azqo Collection jeans convection includes Products sold at the Azqo Collection store include women's jeans, namely: plain jeans culottes, rawis jeans culottes, Gemini pants, and others with excellent product quality, attractive and fashionable at affordable prices. Promotions carried out by the Azqo Collection store are through digital marketing. This study aims to find out how marketing is in the jeans convection business, aspects of the marketing system, and what strategies are faced in facing competition. The type of research used by researchers is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing, describing, and summarizing the various data collected in the form of interviews or observing the problems studied that occur in the field. The marketing strategy carried out by the Azqo Collection jeans business is to maintain high-quality jeans materials, sell at prices that match the quality, retain customers, and also by looking for more consumers in the market.

Abstract

Talking aboutthe culinary business is certainly an interesting discussion to review. Thereason is, the culinary world which is closely related to the human need for drinks is certainly a business opportunity that never dies.One of the culinary businesses in the beverage sector is chocolate ice. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of the business at the chocolate ice shop. This research method was conducted using a qualitative approach. The location for selecting the chocolate ice shop coincided with Pak Han's ice chocolate shop, Kajen square. The results showed that the analysis of market, competitor and marketing mix aspects showed that the business prospects for the chocolate ice shop were very good, with a cheap price of IDR 6,000.00 + breadof IDR 1,000.00, you can enjoy this fresh drink. This can be seen from the chocolate ice enthusiasts where until now the seller can make a profit of IDR 5,000,000.00/month. By selling on the roadside of the Kajen Square, it is a strategy to increase marketingand expand the market share network
