Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze how impacted the Indonesian cigarette industry was on the Covid-19 Pandemic phenomenon by analyzing the liquidity ratio (current ratio and quick ratio), activity ratio (receivables turnover ratio, inventory turnover ratio, fixed asset turnover ratio and total asset turnover ratio), and debt ratio by taking a sample of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk and a comparison will be made with PT. HM Sampoerna, Tbk uses financial reports for the 2020-2021 financial year. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method by collecting, processing, analyzing and presenting data descriptively with a sample of the financial statements of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk and PT. HM. Sampoerna, Tbk for the 2020-2021 financial year. The research results obtained from comparing the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk with PT. HM. Sampoerna, namely the two companies are both liquid companies, able to pay off their short-term debt obligations, while for the activity ratio, PT. HM. Sampoerna has a pretty good score compared to PT. Gudang Garam, while for the debt ratio of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk has a better ability to guarantee its debts than PT. HM. Sampoerna.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently very rapid along with the needs of the wider community, including in the world of education. Library Information System is one application of information technology that can be used. SMK Negeri 5 Palembang has used the library system but has never measured the maturity level of the services provided to users, so it is not yet known whether the library service system is in accordance with the goals to be achieved by the school. The author measures the level of maturity using the ITIL Version 3 framework with Domain Service Operations by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents consisting of students and teachers. From the results of this analysis, it is found that the maturity level of the library system at SMK Negeri 5 Palembang is at level 3, namely defined. While the expected maturity level is level 4, namely managed, GAP analysis is worth 1.20. recommendations are given to the school to be able to achieve the level of expectation

Abstract

CV. Jakaharta Palembang is a household equipment distributor company which in its business activities sells products, such as: stella, hit, mitu, elephant stamp mouse glue, fogo, proclin, carrera sponge and others. The payment system for purchasing goods at CV. Jakarta Palembang can be done in cash or credit. The sale of a credit system will result in receivables and uncollectible accounts. As for the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause uncollectible accounts and efforts to overcome and settle uncollectible accounts at CV. Jakarta, Palembang. The following are the results of research on the factors that cause uncollectible accounts at CV. Jakarta Palembang comes from internal parties and external parties. From internal parties, such as: not yet implementing a payment system in installments or in installments, grouping based on age of receivables and weak collection techniques have not been applied. While external factors, such as: bad character, declining financial conditions and failure of the business they operate. Efforts to deal with uncollectible accounts that have been carried out by CV. Jakaharta Palembang by visiting shops, looking for solutions and writing warning letters. While efforts to settle uncollectible accounts that have been carried out by CV. Jakaharta Palembang by rescheduling and reconditioning. For future research it is suggested to be able to reduce uncollectible accounts above 3% on CV. Jakaharta Palembang, can be done by implementing payment in installments, employing a debcollector and giving a discount to pay off the receivables

Abstract

Advances in technology and science have contributed to encouraging entrepreneurial practices, leading to various new product and service inventions for consumers. This, of course, opens up new job opportunities and markets, and in the long term, will be able to create business growth in various sectors. This study aims to describe and analyze facts with the correct interpretation of efforts to improve soft student skills through entrepreneurship education. So, the most appropriate research approach is a qualitative approach. After attending entrepreneurship education, students generally have the courage and self-confidence to increase and are more confident and vital to enter the world of entrepreneurship/business.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the interviewer's decision making in the job interview process. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The main subjects in this study were 5 people who had the characteristics of an interviewer in a company who made a recruitment selection in a company. The results showed that each subject had a different way of making decisions. This happens because of differences in the way interviewers make decisions in job interviews. It can be concluded that an interviewer in making decisions there are various kinds that must be assessed, namely: starting from the criteria, background experience, educational background and accurate biodata are all taken into consideration.
