Abstract

Quality of Work Life is a management system approach to coordinating and connecting the potential of Human Resources, where the quality of work life in the organization as a leader of the effort to meet the needs of members and organizations simultaneously and continuously. This study aims to determine whether the effect on Quality of Work Life Employee Performance PT. Flammable Bank Headquarters. This study used a quantitative approach, which becomes the main variable in this study is the Quality of Work Life (X) Employee Performance (Y). In this study population was 150 employees of PT. Bank of North Sulawesi with inaccuracy rate of 10%, the sample size in this study was 60 people through a calculation using the formula Slovin. From the results of successful data obtained through questionnaires, and calculated using simple regression analysis and simple correlation has been obtained significant data. After analyzing the correlation and regression method was then tested this hypothesis in hypothesis testing using t testing. in testing the t test assumed that reject Ho tcount > ttable and accept Ha if tcount<ttable. Having formulated the formula so that the result of t-test, t-test is 5.3454. After getting significant results with ttable tcount tested for 5% error level test two parties and dk= n-2 will be obtained ttable 1.67. So based on t = 5.3454 and 1.67, the ttest>ttable= 5.3454> 1.67. The results of the calculations between the quality of work life on employee performance with regression analysis showed that the quality of work life affects the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

: To cover the shortage of funds, the company will need to obtain funds from its own capital and of leadership. When combining these two sources of funds is called the ratio of borrowed funds or solvency ratio or leverage ratio, which recognizes the extent of the company's assets is financed by debt. The solvency ratio is a tool to measure the wealth assessment company. For this study entitled: Solvency Ratio Analysis in PT Bank of North Sulawesi. Analysis solvency ratio is the ratio used to measure the extent to which the company's assets financed with debt, so that the company can measure the ability to pay all of its liabilities, both short and long term. This study used a descriptive method and analyze the company's financial statements, in particular the analysis the solvency of the PT Bank of North Sulawesi. To determine the extent of the bank's ability to seek funding, to finance their activities and the ability of some element of equity to assets in terms of efficiency. The results show that financial performance under conditions of solvability is the source of funds and property companies, total assets and total liabilities of the company is likely to increase from year to year. Primary level ratio showed a trend increase from year to year; Risk Assets Ratio levels tended to increase from year to year; Capital Ratio experienced a rising trend from year to year, except in 2012 due to declining reserves or losses on earning assets. So the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) also showed rising trend. In conclusion, the level of Primary Ratio, Risk Assets Ratio, Capital Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) shows the trend of the increase; PT Bank of North Sulawesi can be said as a solvent company, the level of capital adequacy or CAR can be met from 2010 to 2013. As a suggestion, the company's ability to raise or provide funds rely more improved, can satisfy funding for operational activities, in order to increase the level of CAR PT Bank of North Sulawesi remains solvable. Abstract

Working capital is one part of the existing assets within the company or cooperative that is in use by the company in day-to-day activities, in this case is to determine the extent to which the level of achievement that has earned company. Puspose of this paper is to determine how to analyze financial statements using, sources and uses of working capital, and working capital adequacy ratio. In the assessment of working capital calculations performed using analysis of sources and uses of working capital and capital adequacy ratio by the formula: Working capital to total assets ratio, current leabilities to net working capital, working capital turnover, which shows that the company is increasing every year. The results of the above analysis it can be seen that the working capital management on PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) has been very effective because of the insurance business saw revenue each year there is an increase to it so that it remains effective and the company maintained its liquidity level course companies must be able to observe and manage well so that this increase will continue in the years to come. Abstract

This study is based on the thought of several factors that affect customer satisfaction with the Bank. Competition in the banking business world is very tight, with a large number of banks and their varying competing products or services offered. Currently the bank takes effort to get potential customers and retain existing customers. By understanding the needs, wants and demands of customers, by providing quality service banking firms, banks must meet at least five criteria of quality of service is often called RATER so can create loyal customers, namely reability, assurance, tangible (physical evidence), empathy (communication), and responsiveness (quick response) to meet the criteria of the quality of service it will be creating customer satisfaction. The event is held at. BRI (Persero) Tbk, Branch Pinaesaan Manado, with the aim to determine influence of service quality on customer satisfaction BritAma. In addition this study are expected to be input to the leadership and employees of PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk, Branch Manado Pinaesaan and a contribution in solving the problem. Research was conducted by the method of observation, interviews, and questionnaires were addressed to the 50 respondents, of which each respondent had to fill out a list of questions. The results of this study to answer the hypothesis; There is a significant relationship that affects service quality on customer satisfaction, with significant power shows that the determinants of satisfaction or customer satisfaction BritAma depends on these factors are very strong worth the balance of other factors. The results of the t test or correlation thus factors that affect customer satisfaction BritAma is significant at confidence level. Key words: quality of service, customer satisfaction

Abstract

The company's performance is a picture of the financial condition of a company that is analyzed using the tools of financial analysis, so that can be known about the good and bad of a situation that reflects the performance of the company in the form of a certain period. Every company needs a policy of good corporate financial management, to realize the goals to be achieved by each company. One aspect to consider is how to manage the financial company which is good because the financial management of the company prepare a financial report will describe the activities of the company during a specific period. Financial ratio analysis is a number obtained from a financial statement items with more posts that have relevant and significant relationship. Assessment of performance is to measure the extent to which the performance of an organization in all aspects. The results obtained from the year 2010 up to 2012 the company's performance is unstable, wherein in the calculation of liquidity ratios appear that the company is still not enough liquid in paying any obligations to depositors. So is the solvency ratio was evident after analysis of the year 2010 up to 2012 clearly states that the company is still very dependent on his debts, therefore, the financial manager is required to properly mengola this ratio so as to balance control with a high level risks faced. From the research that is particularly Profitability ratios proved very stable achievement of the year where 2010sampai with increased earnings in 2012. Abstract

The most important thing for the company to determines financial performance in the matter of financial report is to acknowledge the outcome of financial performance in order to compete in the economic development to maintain study performance of the company. In order to evaluate the performance, the calculation using profitability ratio and achieves Gross Profit Margin Net Profit Margin every year advance, because every year income experience increase. The analysis score over Return on Asset/ Return on Investment instability, because to the increase in profit in the third year is not to large compared with the previous year. For Return on Equity decreased, because income earned each year not by the equity every year, because despite rising profit, rising equity is greater than the profit. On the Profit Margin and Economical Rentability has increased, as earnings before interest and taxes in the financial statements in the financial statements on income (loss) from operations increased, and that the company’s revenue underwriting income indicates that the increase is happening and therefore contributes to the increase in Profit Margin and Economical Rentability every year. And the outcome of above analysis can be sean on PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) financial performance can be said well achieved, because there are fluctuation in every year. Dispite on the RoA and RoE having a bit of downside, and the company has to increase RoA and RoE in order for having eficienly increasment. However the overall company financial performance having a well forward achievement every year with the increasment of company profit. Key Word : ( Financial Performance, Profitability

Abstract

Abstract : Empowerment of human resources in the company right will result in an increase thecompany's ability to obtain and retain the best people in the field. Utilization of human resourcesmanagement right can also motivate each individual to perform the work in accordance with companyobjectives. No matter how modern technology is used, or how much money it is prepared, but without ahuman resources professional it all becomes meaningless.This study aims to determine whether Transformational Leadership and OrganizationalCommitment to Achievement employees working at PT Bank Sulawesi (Central Office). This study used aquantitative approach. The main variable in this study is Transformational Leadership OrganizationalCommitment and Employee Job Performance.In this study population of 252 respondents PT. Bank of North Sulawesi with a sample of 45employees. From the results of the data obtained through questionnaires and calculated with SPSS 19using the multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression has obtained significant data. Afteranalyzing the correlation and regression methods were then tested with hypothesis testing, in this case thehypothesis testing using t-test testing. In testing the t test assumed in transformational leadershipvariable count T <T table is -0.333 <1.682 on the variable X1, it can be concluded can not reject Ho. While onthe Organizational Commitment X2 reject Ho T count> T able and accept H 1 when T count <T able. Upon gettingthe T count tested significantly with Ttable for error level 5% test of 1,682. So based on the count T = 5.925 andT = table count 1,682maka T> T table = 5.925> 1.682.The results of calculation between Transformational Leadership and Organizational CommitmentAgainst Employee Job Performance with regression analysis showed that the TransformationalLeadership and Organizational Commitment influential Against Employee Job Performance In NorthSulawesi PT Bank (Central Office).Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Employee Job Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT : In the public service, government officials are responsible for providing excellentservice to the community in order to create a welfare society. Society has the right to get the bestservice from the government because the public has provided funds in the form of payment of levies.Under these conditions, this study to determine the extent to which the relationship between theempowerment of village officials with the quality of public services in the city of Manado Singkildistricts.This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive and explanatory methods. This ispossible because on one side of the problem carefully enough at the actual and on the other hand, thisstudy intends to analyze between the two variables. Source of data / research respondents as many as64 people taken from public officials and employees. To analyze the relationship between the twovariables used product moment correlation analysis.Once the analysis is calculated with SPSS version 20 for windows then obtained a coefficient of 0.959.So there is a positive relationship between empowerment of village officials with the quality of publicservices.Based on the results of the data analysis deduced that, after doing the research variablesidentifying the distribution of respondents' answers to the average of all the variables are in the highcategory. Thus, the proposed hypothesis has been tested empirically once enforceability justify theunderlying theories.Keywords: Empowerment of village officials with the quality of service

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibatasi pada peranan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity,Threat) di Rumah Makan Kamang jaya Medan, agar menghindari kesimpang siuran dalammembahas dan menganalisis permasalahan.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah :“Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Analisis SWOT diterapkan pada makan Pondok Selera 88”Jenis penelitian ini adalah Eksploratoris / deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan secara rinci segalakelemahan, kekuatan, ancaman dan peluang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif. Analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif adalah metode analisis yangmencari hubungan secara menyeluruh dan teliti dari suatu keadaan dalam hal ini data dikumpulkan ,disusun dan di klasifikasikan untuk diinterprestasikan yang memungkinkan dilakukan pemecahanmasalah yang diselidiki.Rumah makan pondok selera 88 memiliki lokasi yang cukup baik yaitu di foodcourt itcenter manado dimana sudah terciptanya pasar. Sebab banyak pengunjung yang datang berbelanjadi it center dan menyempatkan diri untuk makan ke lantai 5 di foodcourt, Rumah makan pondokselera 88 ini memiliki cirri khas sambal terasinya sendiri, Kelemahan yang dimiliki rumah makanpondok selera 88 ini adalah belum dikenal oleh seluruh masyarakat manado . karena haya berupacounter makanan yang ada di foodcourt dan mungkin hanya orang yang datang ke it center yangmengenal rumah makan ini, Terletak di tengah kawasan BOB (boulevard on business) dan berada didalam pusat perbelanjaan bisa menjadi peluang bagi rumah makan ini apa bila ada pada bulan bulanmendekati hari raya untuk menambah besar omset, Strategi yag di terapkan belum secara maksimalkarena masih banyaknya kekurangan yang perlu dibenahi . seperti pada SDM yang kurangnyapelatihan secara mendalam.Kata Kunci : Analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), Pemasaran

Abstract

This research aim to to know influence of Environmental and Individual Characteristicof Activity to Performance Employees. Data Research in obtaining to through interview withcompany side and also spreading of kuesioner to 32 employees, and use approach of SimpleCorrelation Analysis and Doubled Linear Regression. Result of research show Environmentaland individual Characteristic of Job by together have an effect on to Performance Employees.But Environment Work by parsial more big having an effect on to Performance Employeescompared to Individual Characteristic.Result of research with correlation express there are relation which is signifikan, thatX1 (Individual Characteristic) and X2 (Environmental work) to Y (Performance Employees)by using test of t got that value of thitung = 4,221 + 0,592 from value of ttabel = 1.611 withstorey;level of signifikan smaller than value = 0,05. Value of R equal to 0,743 can beinterpreted that relation between variable of X (Environmental and Individual Characteristicof Activity) to variable of Y (Performance Employees) is strength, because progressivelycome near number 1. Assess R Square equal to 0,552 or 55,2% explaining the level ofinfluence of variable of X (Environmental and Individual Characteristic of Activity) tovariable of Y (Performance Employees). Assess R Square above can be interpreted that levelof influence of variable of X to Y is equal to 55,2%, while the rest 44,8% influenced by othervariable outside accurate variable in this research.Conclusion of this research is there are influence between Environmental andIndividual Characteristic of Activity to Performance Employees At PT. Taspen Conclusion ofthis research is there are influence between Environmental and Individual Characteristic ofActivity to Performance Employees At PT.
