Abstract

Leaders as the top management plays crucial role in assuring the success of every organizationprograms aimed at achieving the excellence of marketing performance. To get prominent marketingperformance it required an organization culture which allowing implementing marketing concept toachieve the excellence of marketing performance as a market orientation. Nevertheless, it appearsan assumption that only market orientation is not sufficient so requiring firms to learn faster thantheir competitors. It needs also organization characteristics that are able to develop learning abilitywithin organization that is learning-oriented led to improve understanding toward markets and as awhole would imply customer’s response in line with firms’ expectation. In this context, it is proposed aresearch model to analyze the relation between leaders’ characteristics and market orientation, marketorientation and marketing performance, and learning orientation and marketing performance. Thisstudy used 62 sample managers or company leader of statue and relief in industry centric MulyoharjoJepara through purposive sampling technique. Data collection was undertaken by way of personallyadministered questionnaires which the analyzed with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). From theresearch, it is concluded that learning orientation has a positive effect on organization marketingperformance, market orientation has a positive effect on organization marketing performance, andleaders’ characteristic has a positive effect on market orientation.Keywords: Leaders Characteristic, Market Orientation, Learning Orientation, MarketingPerformance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of career development, job involvementand carrier plateau on the performance of human resources at the Department of Health Konawe.Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents that are all employees of theDepartment of Health Konawe. Samples from this study were 87 employees of the Department ofHealth Konawe who made the object of research by using purposive random sampling stratifield.This study uses descriptive analysis to determine the characteristics of respondents and descriptiveof the respondents for each indicator variable. The instrument used to test the relationship betweenvariables using SEM methods and analysis techniques of PLS (Partial Least Square). The resultsshowed that: (1) career development has negative significant effect on the carrier plateau, (2) Jobinvolvement has negative significant effect on the carrier plateau, (3) Carrier plateau has negativesignificant effect on the performance of human resources, (4) career development has positivesignificant effect on the performance of human resources, and (5) Job involvement has positivesignificant effect on the performance of human resources.Keywords: career development, job involvement, carrier plateau and human resources performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe and analyze the relationship of some variables which consist of greenbrand products quality, the level of education, attitude towards products, and consumer green brandpreferences in choosing green brand products. This study also aimed to develop a model of greenbrand advertising role in moderating the equation of consumers’ green brand preferences. Thepopulations in this study are all consumers of Bio Sanitary Pad Avail which purchase the produk atthe authorized agency of Avail Elok Jakarta, Semarang branch. Convenient sampling approach byusing Wibisono formula is used to determine the amount of sample (sample size) which obtained thetotal sample of 100 respondents. Sampling taking was done by purposive random sampling methods.The chosen samples are given questionnaires and then later analized by using Structural EquationModeling (SEM) with the method of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the level ofeducation has significant effect on the preference of green-labeled products, the level of educationhas a significant effect on consumer attitudes on environmentally friendly products, product qualityhas significant effect on the green-labeled product preferences, attitudes on green products hassignificant effect on their preferences in buying a green label products. While product quality has nosignificat effect on costumer attitude. Green brand advertising as a moderating variable can providea moderating effect on the equation which result the increasing of consumer preference towardsgreen products as proposed by researchers.Keywords: green brand product quality, level of education, attitude to the product, the green brandadvertising, consumer green preferences.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to find out the influence of Work Interfering With The Family (WIF),Family Interfering With The Work (FIW) and work stress on Organization Commitment. This researchis an explanatory study with 42 sampels analyzed by descriptive and path analysis to find out therelationship among the variables. Abstract

This research has to analyze and examine the influence of transformational leadership and selfefficacyto innovative work behavior. Inside that, this research also to analyze and examine theinfluence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy and innovative work behavior to teacherperformance. This research had done by using a survey questionnaire with a sample of 146 teachers.Taking sample by using technique of sensus method. To examine the hypothesis is using SEMwith PLS (Partial Least Squares) program application. Result demonstrates that transformationalleadership and self-efficacy has positive and significant effects to innovative work behavior. Inaddition, transformational leadership, self-efficacy and innovative work behavior has positive andsignificant effect to teachers performance. Thus in improving teachers performance, we can increasetransformational leadership, self-efficacy and innovative work behavior. Abstract

This study aims to determine and calculate the score of bankruptcy using Altman model, Springateand Zmijewski. In addition, this study also aims to analyze whether there are significant differencesof these models, as well as test the effect on stock prices in the property industry companies thatgo public on the stock exchange Indonesia. Variables used in this research is the Altman Z-Score,Springate methods, methods Zmijewski, bankruptcy prediction scores and stock prices. The samplesused were 34 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2014 period.Sampling with purposive sampling technique. In this study, researchers used a method of analysisAltman Z-score, Springate and Zmijewski to test potential bankruptcy. Furthermore, using a differenttest engineering analysis Kruskal Wallis test and test the effect of using multiple regression with thehelp of Microsoft Excel program and the social science statistical package (SPSS) 20.0 VERSION.The results showed using Altman model there are 15 industrial firms potentially bankrupt property,Springate models there are 19 companies that could potentially bankrupt, while the model Zmijewskino company that could potentially bankrupt. In addition the results showed a significant differencebetween the analysis using a model Altman, Zmijewski Springate and in assessing the company’sbankruptcy in the property industry. Then the next research results showed that no significantrelationship between scores for bankruptcy against the company’s share price on the propertyindustry.Keywords: Altman Z-score, Springate and Zmijewski, bankruptcy and stock prices.

Abstract

The objective use of this research us to analyze the influence of communication,trust organizationalculture, performance of human Resour with Knowledge Sharing intervening variabel. These variables, researchers using BPS employees Southeast Sulawesi Province as a sample by distributingquestionnaires 63 people . All of the employee used as responden. Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the influence of workplace spirituality, organizational support,trust to job satisfaction of human resources, case studies on the civil servants Government of Demak.Data collection by spread questionnaire on respondents, representatives of civil servants workingin 17 departments and agencies as Demak. The sample of this study as many as 80 people byusing proportional sampling. This study used a descriptive analysis to determine the characteristicsof respondents and descriptive of respondents for each indicator variable. The instrument used toexamine the relationship between variables using SEM methods and analysis techniques PLS (PartialLeast Square).The findings of this study indicate a significant positive relationship between workplacespirituality and job satisfaction. Workplace spirituality haven’t positive and impact relationship ontrust. Organizational support have significant positive effect on trust. Oganization support haven’tpositive and significant impact on job satisfaction and trust have positive and significant relationshipon job satisfaction. The implication is managers have to pay attention to the importance of workplacespirituality in civil servants the Government of Demak. By increasing understanding of workplacespirituality the job satisfaction will be obtained and professional state apparatur that would be realized.In addition, organizational support and trust should also be provided with a well that increased jobsatisfaction.Keywords: workplace spirituality, organizational support, trust, job satisfaction.

Abstract

The role of human resources became one of the key success factors, the BMT to face thecompetition. BMT rapid industrial growth brings the consequence of the great need for competenthuman resources in terms of quantity and quality. In addressing these conditions BMT has a strategyand putting human resource development as a key to success to win the competition. Issues to beanalyzed in this study are how the human resources of the quality of information, how the influenceof knowledge management on the quality of information, how to influence human resources toemployee performance, how the influence of knowledge management on employee performanceand how to influence the quality of information on employee performance. Samples taken in thisstudy were 80 respondents who become employees of BMT in Pekalongan. Analysis tools used arevalidity and reliability, the classic assumption and path analysis. The test results directly influencehuman resources and knowledge management on the quality of information obtained results thatsimultaneous human resources and knowledge management in a positive and significant effect onthe quality of information. While partially human resources and significant positive effect on thequality of information, knowledge management was no significant effect on the quality of information.Results of testing the effect of indirect human resources, knowledge management to employeeperformance through the quality of information obtained results that simultaneous human resources,knowledge management and information quality in a positive and significant influence on employeeperformance. Partial test results show that each variable research human resources, knowledgemanagement and information quality and significant positive effect on employee performance.Keywords: human resources, knowledge management, information quality and employeeperformance.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze (1) the influence of psychological satisfaction, socialsatisfaction and other psychical satisfaction toward performance of human resources Salatiga PoliceResort, (2) the influence of psychological satisfaction, social satisfaction and other psychical satisfactiontoward commitment organization, and (3) the influence of commitment organization toward theperformance of human resources in Salatiga police resort. 78 paticipants who are the police officersof salatiga Police Resort were involved in this study, based on Slovin formula. Path analysis wasused as the analysis method. The results of the study show that: (1) psychological satisfaction has apositive significant influence on human resources performance at Salatiga police resort, (2) psyichalsatisfaction has a positive significant influence on human resources performance at Salatiga policeresort, (3) social satisfaction has a positive significant influence on human resources performanceat Salatiga police resort, (4) psychological satisfaction has a positive significant influence oncommitment organization, (5) phsycal satisfaction has a positive significant influence on commitmentorganization, (6) social satisfction has a positive significant influence on commitment organization,(7) commitment organization has a positive significant influence on human resources performanceat Salatiga police resort, (8) there is no positive significant influence of psychological satisfactionon human resources performance at Salatiga Police Resort through commitment organization asintervening variable, (9) there is no positive significant influence of phsyical satisfaction on humanresources performance at Salatiga Police Resort through commitment organization as interveningvariable, (10) there is no positive significant influence of social satisfaction on human resourcesperformance at Salatiga Police Resort through commitment organization as intervening variable.Keywords: Psychological Satisfaction, Physical Satisfaction, Social Satisfaction, CommitmentOrganization, the Performance of Human Resources
