Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive analysis of the right to social security in the concept of a state in Indonesia and the state's responsibility for the fulfillment of constitutional social security and the implementation of state responsibility for implementing community activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of this research is legal research through a legal approach and a conceptual approach using primary and secondary legal materials and using various library materials as additional references with analytical descriptive research characteristics. Therefore, the results of this study state that awareness of the importance of the right to social security as a basic need of society must be considered by the state and the state must always be faithful to be present in providing social security for the community as regulated in the constitution. Then, the policy on the implementation of community activities should not derogate the various principle rights of the community so that it can optimize responsibilities. Furthermore, a more responsive legal formulation is needed in the social regulation of life during the Covid-19 pandemic, because the existing regulatory products are no longer relevant to the developing situation.

Abstract

Newcastle disease (ND) is a major cause severe illness in poultry birds and other wild species of bird, harshly effecting the poultry industry by mortality of many birds in result becoming cause of loss of industry. ND is very common in Asia especially Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. The cause of this disease is a virus which belongs to family Paramyxoviridae named as Avian avulavirus 1.It has different strain which is categories on the basis of their virulence. In this study we describe the new castle disease and its causes, prevention and cure as well as vaccines and immunization procedures, and also describe how can we recover our birds through different methods. Because the industrious, social, financial, communal, and environmental situations that enable endemicity of poultry in Pakistan and other developing countries of world, furthermost of the difficulties and control methods are explained here. As we know there is no specific treatment we gave a method to minimize mortality due to ND we increased the quantitative life by adopting some measures.

Abstract

Bacterial diseases are very common in both man and animals and these are effecting both creatures. Most bacterial Infections are severe enough to kill birds or animals e.g CRD or Mycoplasma infection in birds become the cause of the highest mortality ratio. In this study, we will give a possible solution to combat bacterial infection and also give the Policy to save poultry birds from bacterial infections. This study gives an idea of to alter the antibiotics. This study completely describes the effect of antibiotics and also gives the policy to save the bird from antibiotics resistance. This review shows, if we do the right management we can minimize the risk of bacterial infections the focus of this study is on four things. Describe the Bacterial Diseases Policy to control Bacterial Disease Bring light toward antibiotics resistance Method to reduce antibiotic resistance This study also describes the sign, symptoms, and lesions of disease which may provide a pathway to diagnose the disease, and if a person doesn’t know much about the disease of poultry can also know about the bacterial disease by reading that study

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, orang tua terkadang masih belum memahami sepenuhnya terhadap kelebihan dari anak mereka akibatnya anak tersebut menjadi korban keegoisan dari keinginannya sendiri. Namun akan lebih mudah jika ada sebuah sistem yang bisa membantu dalam menentukan kelebihan dari anak tersebut. Dengan dibuatnya sistem pakar yang dibuat berdasarkan seorang pakar bisa membantu untuk permasalahan yang ada. Sistem pakar adalah program komputer yang meniru kemampuan beberapa pakar di bidang tertentu dalam memecahkan masalah seperti para pakar tersebut memecahkan masalah dalam bidangnya, dalam hal ini bakat anak. Dengan membangun sistem pakar berbasis pengetahuan untuk menentukan bakat anak usia dini yang akan ditampilkan dalam bentuk website menggunakan program PHP dengan database MYSQL dengan metode forward chaining. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini akan memudahkan guru untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai bakat anak, serta dengan melakukan konsultasi layaknya seorang Psikolog melalui beberapa pertanyaan yang harus dijawab oleh guru selaku guru kelas dari anak tersebut. Dengan dibuatnya sistem pakar ini mampu memberikan informasi mengenai hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan masalah keberbakatan anak secara cepat tanpa mengurangi waktu dan biaya orang tua. Sehingga orangtua nantinya mampu mengetahui bakat dari anak tersebut.

E-learning mungkin dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media cerdas yang dapat membantu dalam menggarap hakikat pembelajaran karena siswa dapat memperoleh materi pembelajaran dan kesempatan untuk berkolaborasi dengan pendidik akan lebih luas. Demikian juga, E-advancing juga berfungsi sebagai diskusi percakapan di antara para pendidik dan siswa, dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai tes berbasis web sehingga semua jenis gerakan dalam sistem pembelajaran menjadi sangat menarik dan efektif

Abstract

Avian Corona virus is a disease which is effecting bird’s upper respiratory tract. It is caused by Corona virus which belongs to family Corona viridae. This also called Infectious Bronchitis as this infects the bronchioles and can also cause highest mortality ratio. The way of spreading of disease is Aerosol means that disease can transfer from bird to bird through air and it can also spread out through droppings of birds. This study will provide a support to diagnose of disease and also give a proper policy to fight with disease in order to minimize the mortality rate. Avian Corona virus is a viral disease so there is no treatment for it but there are some precautionary measures and vaccination program which will be help to minimize the mortality rate. Due to its spreading mode which is air it has small or short tenure of incubation period means if virus enters in a shed it will effect 100% flock in short time, so we need to stop that virus from entering in the shed so for this reason we need follow the given precautionary measure. Aim of this study is to minimize the economic loss due to Avian Corona virus and to give some extra knowledge to the people related to poultry industry.

Abstract

At the end of 2019, the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) was observed in Wuhan, China. It has since distributed to over 220 countries and territories, prompting the World Health Organization (WHO) to announce it a worldwide outbreak . It is generated by the unique SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and resulted in a global, unexpected, and substantial increase in hospitalizations for bronchitis with organ dysfunction illness. This brief article summarizes the existing studies on COVID-19 incidence, risk factors, and management.

Abstract

Every language has literal and figurative meanings. Literal meaning is the direct reference of words or sentences to objects, while figurative meaning is used for giving an imaginative description or a special effect, just like idioms. This research aims at analyzing idiom expressions found in the story of The Red-headed League in The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes novel by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and in which categories the idiom expressions belong to. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to analyze the idiom expressions and to categorize idiom expressions found in the novel. The analysis of idiom expressions is carried out using theory of O’Dell and McCarthy (2010:22), while the categorization of the idiom expression is carried out using theory of Loreto (1987:86) and Makkai (1972:117). From the analysis, twenty six idiom expressions are found in the story. Nineteen of them are categorized using theory of Loreto, while the other seven idiom expressions are categorized using theory of Makkai. Keywords: idiom expression, novel.

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak of the SARS-CoV-2 virus has surprised us with its rapid transmission and deadly complications. Therefore, movement restrictions have been put in place to contain this pandemic. Recently, there has been increasing pressure to restart and revive social and economic sectors and to allow people to return to work. This should be well planned before movement restrictions are lifted. Therefore, this study aims to review the implementation of the new normal as a Covid-19 recovery strategy in Indonesia. First, the social and economic sectors must be opened in stages by prioritizing occupational safety and health rather than economic recovery. Meanwhile, WHO recommendations regarding social distancing and personal hygiene must be adjusted and become the new normal. Therefore, the government and local governments must develop a soft landing approach based on WHO recommendations. Furthermore, the community must be involved and empowered to do their part in preventing the spread of COVID-19. From the new normal recommendations, people can continue their daily routines, while reducing the transmission of COVID-19. However, medical possibilities were not considered when drafting this new normal and procedure. Society must adapt and embrace the new normal to control, reduce and prevent the spread of COVID-19, as it has been with us for a long time.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the names of restaurants in Padang City which have idiomatic meanings, both full idioms and partial idioms. This research is also based on the reason for the naming of restaurants in Padang City which has its own reasons from the owner of the restaurant so that it can be created and inspired in using that name as the name of the restaurant. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The data in this study is the text of the nameplate of restaurants in the city of Padang based on full idioms and partial idioms. The research data was collected using several techniques, namely observation techniques, interview techniques, documentation techniques and field notes techniques. The data were analyzed using a spradley model consisting of input, process and output. Based on the results of the study it was found that: Based on the results of the research in chapter IV it can be concluded that: the naming of the restaurant has a full idiom meaning as much as 20 data. The meaning of the partial idiom was found as many as 33 data. The reason for naming restaurants in Padang City is based on the inventor and maker, namely 19 data, because of the naming based on the material there are 6 data and the reason for naming that is also found is the mention of the nature there are 28 data.
