Abstract

Degradation and additional noise in an image will make the quality decreases. Image restoration is needed to restore the image quality to be similar to the original state. Damage to the image can restored include: blurred image, the image with noise spots, dual image, over-saturated color, and the pixel error. To make theblur image is modeled as a convolution between the original image with the point spread function (PSF) which is a point or object spectrum will be spread out so that objects appear to fade. Image restoration is done by passing a blurry image on a filter. In this study discussed Wiener image restoration algorithm using the input image is degraded motion blur and Gaussian blur. Quality image restoration results were analyzed using the image quality index, by comparing the image of the restoration of the original image as a reference. Further image restoration results used as the input image is then processed using Index Image Analysis GUI application. Each of the input image must have a resolution and dimensions that are identical to a reference image. The results showed that by providing opaqueness different models on the same image, the degree of blurring that occurs will be different. Image quality index results for the restoration of degraded image higher than the Gaussian blur image of the restoration of degraded image motion blur. Image quality index results for the restoration of degraded image motion blur ranged from 0.84229 up to 0.87146. Image quality index results for the restoration of degraded Gaussian blur images ranging from 0.86969 up to 0.90025.Keywords: Restoration, blur image, PSF, Wiener algorithm, the image quality index.

Abstract

In the world of forecasting industry needs to be done to see the results that will come so that all the needs that can be prepared dipelukan. On the delivery of this data is made forecasting that will be used to provide services to customers related to the required fleet. In the industrial world there is often an uncertain fluctuation, which is due to several factors that can, among others, due to seasonal events resulting in spikes at certain times. So to predict the delivery of goods to come, which is used to prepare the number of fleets that must be prepared in this research is PT. AML is engaged in the expedition, which is the delivery of goods in this study we use the delivery of goods with trucking. And the result of the analysis is the result of the estimated value of MA (0,1,1) which got the estimated value model . For residual analysis already meet the test results.Keywords: Forecasting, ARIMA.

Abstract

Automatic classification of tuna image needs a good segmentation as a main process. Tuna image is taken with textural background and the tuna’s shadow behind the object. This paper proposed a new weighted thresholding method for tuna image segmentation which adapts hierarchical clustering analysisand percentile method. The proposed method considering all part of the image and the several part of the image. It will be used to estimate the object which the proportion has been known. To detect the edge of tuna images, 2D Gabor filter has been implemented to the image. The result image then threshold which the value has been calculated by using HCA and percentile method. The mathematical morphologies are applied into threshold image. In the experimental result, the proposed method can improve the accuracy value up to 20.04%, sensitivity value up to 29.94%, and specificity value up to 17,23% compared to HCA. The result shows that the proposed method cansegment tuna images well and more accurate than hierarchical cluster analysis method.

Abstract

Huge numbers of digital news document in Indonesian Language led to the need for automatic document clustering based on topic so readers would have an easier access to news articles in the same topic. One of the major problems in document clustering is low relevancy in the clustering result so the documents are not grouped based on their appropriate topic. This paper proposed a new term weighting method that employs combination of corpus-based thesaurus and dictionary-based thesaurus to consider conceptual similarity between terms. This method is evaluated using K-Means algorithm to 253 news document in Indonesian language.  Experimental results show that the proposed term weighting method is able to achieve good performance.

Abstract

The use of mixture models in the application implementation helpdesk aims to find the spread of data from various data hordes in order to find data near the desired results. It aims to facilitate the search for information derived from the company's technical documents. The use of helpdesk applications is to manage complaint data or any problems that are owned by customers, thus requiring service providers. Because companies engaged in services have a number of customers who are not small and have different problems. As well as having customers in different locations - requiring customer data management that can store location data with ease to use, it is preferred to store customer's address data. For that helpdesk application also uses map mapping online by using google map.Purpose in order to present the data online and can be accessed wherever located.
