Abstract

Azza eyewear is a type of business that provides goods such as glasses, contact lenses and women's wallets. This research approach uses a SWOT analysis approach. The SWOT analysis aims to take advantage of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as a form of business strategy development carried out by Azza Eyewear. Data collection techniques using direct observation through interviews with owners, employees and some consumers as informants. The interview results obtained were then analyzed to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as a form of business development strategy carried out by Azza Eyewear. The results show that Azza eyewear has the power to make existing business opportunities. The business development strategy is carried out by offering quality products at competitive prices and increasing sales promotions with social media technology Instagram, Facebook Marketplace and Whatsapp Business

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and the work environment both individually and collectively on the work performance of SMP Negeri 1 Lahat teachers. The population in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Lahat, totaling 38 people. The sample in this study, namely all teachers working at SMP Negeri 1 Lahat, totaling 38 people, will be sampled in this study. So the method used in this study is the census method. The census method is a method by collecting data on the entire existing population. Testing the Effect of Work Discipline (X1) on Work Performance (Y) obtained a value of 0.003 <0.05, which means that the Work Discipline variable (X1) has a significant effect on Work Performance (Y). Testing the influence of the Work Environment (X2) on Work Performance (Y) obtained a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the Work Environment variable (X2) has a significant effect on the Work Performance variable (Y). The calculation results show a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the variables of Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2). The coefficient of determination is 0.627, this means that the Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) variables have a contribution to the Job Performance variable (Y) of 62.7% and the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author

Abstract

CSR is a business commitment to contribute to sustainable economic development through collaboration with local communities and the general public to improve a decent life. The concept of CSR involves partnership responsibility between the government, community resource organizations and local (local) communities. This partnership is not static and passive. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CSR disclosure on profitability as measured by the variables ROA, ROE and EPS. The statistical method used in this research is inferential statistics, while the type of research used is descriptive verification research. The sample in this research is a manufacturing company in the food and beverage sector from 2019 to 2021. The sample used is a saturated sample. The analytical tool used in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that CSR disclosure had a significant effect of 52.6% on ROA, ROE and EPS

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Karya Bakti village-owned enterprise (BUMDesa) manages in improving village good corporate governance in Pojok Village, Garum District, Blitar Regency.The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data convention, data presentation, drawing conclusions/verification.The results of this study indicate that the management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Pojok Village, Garum District, Blitar Regency, has been running according to procedures and following government regulations and has implemented aspects of management strategy, as well as in managing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) Karya Bakti Pojok Village inseparable from community cooperation

Abstract

This study discusses the management of entrepreneurship education in increasing the interest of students' talents at Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar-Ridlo Krempyang Tanjunganom Nganjuk Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of entrepreneurship education in increasing the interests and talents of students, to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors, to describe the impact of implementing entrepreneurship education management. The results of the study stated that the management of entrepreneurship education at the Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar-Ridlo Kremp Islamic Boarding School was carried out according to the stages of management, including: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Supporting factors in the form of Sociological, personal and Environmental factors. inhibiting factors in the form of miscommunication and damage to facilities/equipment. The impact of implementing management is in accordance with the objectives of entrepreneurship education including increasing entrepreneurial insight, increasing experience, skills and developing talents and the emergence of an entrepreneurial spirit

Abstract

Notary professional positions that provide a form of service to the community, notaries need to determine moral standards in carrying out duties, and authority and obligations. the importance of the role and position of a notary in society, the notary is obliged to uphold the morals, dignity and honor of public officials. Professional ethics and moral responsibility of a notary is the basis for the implementation of notary professional ethics and is governed by notary profession law. In essence, a notary is a general legal official who is authorized to act honestly in all actions, agreements and statutory regulations. Personnel who occupy the position of notary public must comply with the Law on Notary Practices and the Code of Professional Ethics. When carrying out duties and serving social interests, a person must maintain his dignity and may not take illegal actions against the provisions in carrying out the duties of a notary

Abstract

This study aims to find out in depth the application of the 3A strategy (Attractions, Activities and Accessibility) in the Religious Tourism of the Kapal Bosok Mosque. The 3A concept is one of the requirements for developing a tourist destination. Each tourist destination must have its own uniqueness and characteristics that make it a tourist attraction. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, field notes and documentation. The results of the study show that the religious tourism of the ship bosok mosque is a religious tourism destination that has implemented the 3A strategy in its development where the attractions or appeal of the religious tourism of the ship bosok mosque lie in the shape of the building and history. Activities or activities for tourists have been provided by the manager and accessibility is sufficient and becomes a level of convenience for tourists

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication on work performance, organizational commitment, and student and lecturer satisfaction at the STIAMI Institute. A qualitative approach with case studies is used, and the variables tested include internal communication, openness, participation, recognition, and interpersonal communication. Survey methods and academic consultants are applied to strengthen communication and improve the teaching quality of lecturers. The results of the research show the importance of organizational communication in building a harmonious relationship between lecturers and students. This study recommends increasing the acceptance of input from students by lecturers, strengthening communication programs, maintaining the quality of interaction between lecturers and students, and improving services to students. The implication is increasing the effectiveness of organizational communication which has an impact on work performance, organizational commitment, and satisfaction of lecturers and students within the STIAMI Institute
