Abstract

The effectiveness of premarital marriage guidance can be seen from: 1) the precise formulation of the guidance objectives, 2) the quality of the guidance process, 3) the level of readiness for marriage after following the guidance. Subjects in the study, out of 60 prospective brides, 40 prospective brides were taken as research samples who had taken premarital marriage guidance Batch I of 2020 at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of West Pontianak District, Pontianak City. Data collection techniques used in research is by using questionnaires / questionnaires. The results of this study found: 1) the guidance of the bride and groom resulted in an accuracy rate of 18.23%. This implies that the purpose of premarital guidance has a compatibility level that has less good relevance compared to the bride/groom's actual information needs; 2) the guidance process produces a quality level value of 70%. This shows that the quality of the guidance process has led to better things to achieve the goals of marriage guidance;

Abstract

The revitalization of the Sub-district KUA Religious Affairs Office is a priority program of the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The Cirebon Regency Religious Affairs Ministry office is required to implement the program. A strategy is needed to implement it so that the sub-district Office of Religious Affairs revitalization program in Cirebon Regency is running. The method in this article uses descriptive qualitative, namely direct observation and interviews with relevant stakeholders. There are three elements of strategy according to Richard P. Rumelt, namely diagnosis, guiding policies and coherent actions. The diagnosis found obstacles in the form of institutional infrastructure, material infrastructure, and personal infrastructure. Other problems are lack of cooperation between employees, lack of budget, location of KUA is also less strategic, and information services are not optimal. In the guiding policy a thorough evaluation is made in order to identify existing weaknesses, complaint services are strengthened, coordination is carried out internally and externally. Mapping of employees and revision of the existing budget. The coherent actions taken were through meetings, coordination and reviewing the existing and revised budgets. The Ministry of Religion office must strengthen coordination and evaluation and maximize its services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The influence of Competence, Work Discipline, and Work Culture partially on Employee Performance at the Sorong State Islamic Institute, 2) The influence of Competence, Work Discipline, and Work Culture simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Sorong State Islamic Institute, 3) The most dominant variable has an effect on employee performance at the Sorong State Islamic Institute. The results of the study show that: 1) Competence partially has a positive and significant effect on the Performance variable; 2) Partially, Work Discipline Variables have a positive and significant effect on the Performance variable, 3) Partially, Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on the Performance variable, 4) Simultaneously Competence, Work Discipline, and Work Culture have a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) Variables The most dominant that affects performance is Work Discipline, 6) The coefficient of determination shows that 53.7% of employee performance variables can be explained by independent variables, namely Competence (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Work Culture (X3) while the remaining 46.3% is explained by other variables outside the model. This study uses an associative approach with a quantitative model. Associative research according to Sugiyono (2013) is "research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables". According to Echdar (2017), the quantitative approach is "a method that places more emphasis on aspects of objective measurement of social phenomena, in which every social phenomenon is described in several problem components, variables, and indicators".

Abstract

The potential of zakat in efforts to alleviate poverty. Base on law number 23/2011, zakat is a potential source of funds for alleviating poverty. Zakat can function as working capital for the poor to be able to open jobs and entrepreneurship. Zakat does not eliminate the government's obligation to create welfare but only helps part of this government's responsibility to the community through the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). The purpose of this writing is to explain the importance of empowering zakat in an effort to alleviate poverty. The distribution of productive zakat will not only raise the standard of living of the poor because they are already able to start their own business, it will also leverage the economy to be able to absorb local workers (reduce unemployment) and contribute to increasing economic growth. The method in this writing is analytical descriptive, which seeks to provide a clear picture of the main issues that exist, namely by methodologically analyzing the poor who receive zakat from BAZNAS. The Amil Zakat Institution is expected to be able to optimize muzakki data through the zakat data bank so that it can be more optimal in collecting zakat, as well as mapping zakat recipients and potential mustahik who have the ability to manage zakat to apply productive zakat distribution to people who will receive zakat. With the provision of zakat funds carried out by BAZNAS to the poor or those in need, it is very useful and the community really feels the benefits.

Abstract

This study aims is to find out the Strategic Steps for Completion of Honorary Employees in the Environment of Central Government Agencies and Regional Governments in Central Buton Regency at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Buton Regency, the formulation of the problem in this paper is; What are the Strategic Steps for Completion of Honorary Staff in Central Government Agencies and Regional Governments at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Central Buton Regency? While this research uses qualitative research methods, the type of research used by researchers is descriptive. The research results show that; With the issuance of Circular No. b/185/m.sm.02.03/2022 regarding the elimination of honorarium, the government must respect the rights and obligations of the community and maintain their welfare. This also applies to the community, depending on the capacity of the honorarium they accommodate or receive. Thus, the mandate of the Government Regulation can provide status certainty for non-ASN employees to become ASN because ASN already has a standard of income/compensation. Meanwhile, by becoming an outsourced worker in a company, the wage system is subject to the Manpower Law, where there is a regional minimum wage/provincial minimum wage (UMR/UMP), especially in the Ministry of Religion. So that the Ministry of Religion can reconcile the employment status of non-ASN employees (non-PNS, non-PPPK, and ex-Honorary Staff).

Abstract

Islam is a religion that came as rahmatallil alamin or as a mercy for all nature. His arrival is expected to bring love, happiness and perfect peace both in this world and in the hereafter. Along with the development Islam, the world also continues to experience developments in various aspects. There are three challenges in the MB strengthening process. First, development of excessive, overreaching, and extreme religious understanding and practice, the second challenge, emergence truth claims on religious interpretations. The third challenge is an understanding that actually undermines or threatens, even destroys national bonds. "To overcome this problem, Kemenag developed the concept of Religious Moderation. Religious Moderation is a perspective leads people to a middle way. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data analysis techniques in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of the study This program divided into two parts, namely the first with regard to the implementation of the program strengthen religious moderation in Mojokerto City, starting with anxiety seeing the widespread misunderstanding between religious communities due issues and slander that often cannot be accounted for. Various efforts have been made to avoid conflicts and also to maintain peace,program efforts strengthen religious moderation through socialization are carried with various hopes create harmony and a tolerant society. Abstract

The Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Southeast Sulawesi Province initiated a quite brilliant movement, namely the “Friendly Southeast Sulawesi Ministry of Religious Affairs Movement”, an initiative from the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Southeast Sulawesi Province to strengthen and accelerate the implementation of a culture of life that is Clean, Religious, Polite, Harmonious based on Technology. The concept of the "Friendly Southeast Sulawesi Ministry of Religious Affairs" is more applicable and implementable because it was deliberately initiated to describe and translate the vision, mission and priority programs of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in realizing a pious, moderate, intelligent and superior society and to outline the Garbarata program for the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government through five pillars namely Smart Southeast Sulawesi, Healthy Southeast Sulawesi, Concerned Poverty Southeast Sulawesi, Cultured and Faithful Southeast Sulawesi and Productive Southeast Sulawesi, according to the tasks and functions carried out by the Ministry of Religious Affairs.This research found that in theory and practice, interested parties. In accordance with their role, planners, who in fact are an integral part of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Southeast Sulawesi Province, must uphold the ethics that guide their behavior to support community participation and responsibility for the interests of the community. As a communicator, planners also need to adhere to natural pragmatic norms in communicating in order to gain public trust and be able to build effective communication.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to determine whether the allocation of the BOS's distribution of funds meets the minimum standard amount. This study will employ the qualitative research method. Where the researcher will describe the data in the form of sentences. Meanwhile, the researcher is conducting descriptive research. Whereas the descriptive approach only describes the occurrences of phenomena, symptoms, events, and events. The findings of this study, shows that; The BOS Fund is a government program given to education units on the basis of cost reduction or non-personal education to students who cannot afford to relieve other students, as well as implementing compulsory education programs and expanding access to efforts to improve educational quality, because almost all of the cost of activities that have been programmed can take advantage of the BOS budget. The BOS Fund Budget Program aims to reduce the community's burden in financing education in the context of the Quality 9-Year Compulsory Education Program. The BOS Fund Budget Program also plays a role in accelerating the achievement of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in schools that have not met the SPM, and the achievement of National Education Standards (SNP) in schools that have met the SPM.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religion Affairs has 3,000 Work Unit Offices managing 5,666 Dipa DIPA (budget implementation check list), it is known that the budget allocation for office operations and maintenance (002) of the Ministry of Religion is quite large. The Multi DIPA system currently used in Regional Office Work Units and Regency/City Offices makes the budget allocation for work unit operational fees (521115) large, reaching 12.1% of the operational expenditure ceiling (002). This study aims to determine the effect of the Multi DIPA System on the amount of the work unit operating fee budget at the Provincial and Regency / City Ministry of Religion Offices. With the method of implementing the One DIPA system scheme at the Ministry of Religion at the Regional and Regency/City levels, it can be seen that the current Multi DIPA system makes the operational expenditure budget of work units inefficient not in accordance with the principle of performance-based budgeting which emphasizes the concept of Value for money based on three main elements. , namely economy, efficiency, and effectiveness..

Abstract

This article describes the issue of maintaining harmony as a top priority, because harmony is the authorized capital in nation building. The Ministry of Religion in Tabanan District is obliged to campaign for harmony. Harmony campaign is through the display of public service advertisements on television. The policy in the form of automatic adjustment is an obstacle in achieving performance targets. The achievement must not stop. Instead, solutions must be found so that targets are still achieved. Cross-sectoral cooperation between the Ministry of Religion and broadcasting institutions is a necessity. Therefor planning is carried out that is intended to provide information as a basis for policy making of harmony campaigns. The goals are: (1) Planning the achievement of several performance targets in one cooperative activity by displaying the public service advertisements on television; (2) Streamlining cost expenditures through the display of public service advertisements on television with a cooperation scheme between the government and business entities; (3) Streamlining the delivery of a harmony message with the target of people who actively access television. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data are collected from various literature sources and analyzed the external factors to see the challenges and potentials that exist. Based on the analysis, the recommended policy choice is cooperation between the Ministry of Religion in Tabanan Disctrict and the Public Broadcasting Institution to convey harmony through public service advertisements on television.
