Abstract

Studi ini tujuannya guna melakukan analisis pengaruh Job Autonomy, Social Motivation, Instrinsic Motivation terhadap Work Quality pada Sinar Terang Parakan. Sampel dalem penelitian ini adalah 50 responden karyawan Sinar Terang. Metode diambilnya sampel memakai probability sampling dengan instrumen studi yang dipakai yaitu kuisoner. Berdasarkan hasil studi ini dibuktikan bahwasannya : (1) Job Autonomy tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Quality pada Sinar Terang. (2) Social Motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Quality pada Sinar Terang. (3) Instrinsic Motivation berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Quality pada Sinar Terang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap performa pegawai di More Vapor Yogyakarta. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel berjumlah 60 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap performa kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap performa kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap performa kerja, stress kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap performa kerja karyawan More Vapor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of job demand, work-life balance, and organizational commitment on employee performance in the Employee Class of the Faculty of Economics at Mercu Buana University Yogyakarta.The sample determination technique used is non-probability purposive sampling, with the criteria of active students of the Faculty of Economics, Mercu Buana University Yogyakarta for the class of 2020, 2021, and 2022 and have undergone dual roles namely studying by working for at least one year. In this study, 80 respondents were used. The results of the instrument test stated that all statement items were declared valid and reliable. The analysis techniques used are classical assumption analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that Job demand and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously Job demand, work-life balance, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: job demand, work-life balance, organizational commitment, kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain the effect of burnout-mediated cyberloafing behavior on employee performance, this study will examine workload and work stress. 165 workers in PT. Kalbe Farma TBK's R&D Department made up the study's population. Based on a saturated sample, 165 employees made up the sample that was used. Convenience sampling is used in the sampling process. A questionnaire serves as the study instrument in this survey-based data collection method. A questionnaire serves as the study instrument in this survey-based data collection method. Partial Least Square is used in the data analysis process. This study demonstrates the strong correlation between workload behavior and cyberloafing habit. Cyberloafing behavior is significantly impacted by job stress. Burnout is significantly impacted by workload. Burnout is significantly impacted by job stress. Cyberloafing is significantly impacted by burnout. Both directly and indirectly, through burnout as a mediating variable, workload affects cyberloafing. Workplace Stress acts as a mediator variable between Cyberloafing and Burnout.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan unsur pokok pengendalian internal pada departemen PPIC PT Mahameru Centratama Spining Mills. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggambarkan dan menganalisis fenomena sosial atau budaya yang berlangsung dan sesuai dengan kondisi saat ini secara menyeluruh. Peneliti memfokuskan objek penelitian pada kegiatan pengelolaan persediaan PT Mahameru yang mencakup permintaan pembelian, penerimaan barang, serta pengeluaran barang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam rangka penerapan pengendalian internal pengelolaan persediaan, departemen PPIC telah menerapkan unsur pokok pengendalian internal yang meliputi pemisahan fungsi, penerapan otorisasi, praktik yang sehat, serta karyawan yang mutunya sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya
