Abstract

Governance is a system that guarantees the implementation of the principles of credibility, accountability, responsibility and justice. IGM STEBIS Pamong Governance was developed by establishing and enforcing a system of values and norms, as well as internal motivation. The development of the civil service system is expected to be able to empower a management system that is oriented towards the principles of healthy tertiary management. This organizational management arrangement aims to form an administrative system that functions to increase effectiveness, efficiency and productivity in the effort to realize the vision, mission implementation, discipline and institutional integrity.

Abstract

Since the beginning of 2020, to be precise in March, Indonesia has been shocked by one of the phenomena, namely the Covid-19 pandemic. As of August 2020, the total cases in Indonesia were 165,887 with 7,169 deaths in 34 provinces. The spread and increase in the number of Covid-19 cases occurring at a very fast time will have an impact on the decline in the Indonesian economy. This study aims to look at policies undertaken by the government for current disasters and see the economic impact that has occurred in Indonesia. This research shows that the policies made by the government in handling Covid-19 can indirectly lead to a decline in economic growth in Indonesia. The impact on the economic sector due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia includes layoffs, the occurrence of PMI Manufacturing Indonesia, decreased imports, increased prices (inflation) as well as losses in the tourism sector which led to a decrease in occupancy. As a result of this, it is hoped that the Indonesian government will be more alert in reducing economic growth in Indonesia as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Activity restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic have affected national economic activity. Restrictions on community activities have an effect on business activities which in turn have an impact on the economy. The economic influence during the Covid period will only be covered in the crisis can be ended before it causes mass business bankruptcy. However, at this time there have been several business activities that have gone out of business and have cut off the work of thousands of workers. President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) declared the Corona virus pandemic (Covid-19) to be a heavy blow to the Indonesian economy. Not only that, the pandemic has also caused world economic growth to slow down.

Abstract

The term financing in the concept is born from the meaning of I believe, I trust, which is "I believe" or "I put my trust". The word financing which means trust, which means the bank trusts someone to carry out the mandate given by the bank as shahibul mall. The funds must be used properly, fairly and must be equipped with clear and mutually beneficial ties and conditions for both parties, the commandment of the word of Allah in: Surah An-Nisa '(4) verse 29: "O you who believe Do not take the wealth of your neighbor in an immoral way, except by way of commerce which is consensual among you. And don't kill yourself, actually Allah is Most Merciful to you. "

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution specifically functions as an agent of trust, agent of development, and agent of services. In order to collect funds from people who have a surplus of funds in the form of savings and then distribute them to people who need funds in the form of financing, of course, they really need trust from the community. Banking is an institution that has a major role in the development of a country. This role is manifested in the bank's function as a financial intermediary institution. Some people believe that the money saved will not be misused by the bank which will be managed properly so that the bank will not go bankrupt and at a certain time the community will be able to withdraw their savings from the bank. In addition to conducting fund-raising and channeling activities, banks offer banking services to the public, including in the form of money transfer services, deposit services for valuable goods, bank guarantee services and other services so that the bank has an agent of services. Conventional Banks are banks that carry out conventional business activities which in their activities provide services in their activities providing services based on the procedures and provisions set by the state. Conventional banks will accept all forms of investment in all business fields as long as they comply with predetermined requirements. Meanwhile, Sharia Banks are banks that carry out business activities based on sharia principles or Islamic legal principles as regulated in the fatwas of the Indonesian Ulema Council such as the principles of justice and balance ('adl wa tawazun), benefit (maslahah), universalism (alamyah), and do not contain gharar. masyir, usury, zalim and haram objects.

Abstract

Sriwijaya Alam Segar has a very close relationship with the world of marketing. This is one of the goals of the company that has received special attention, where the company feels it has a moral responsibility to participate in the problem of increasing people's appetite and buying interest. Thus, the company must be able to produce products in the form of quality food. This can be seen from its existence. the quality control department in charge of supervising the quality of the products that are sold and bought in the form of instant noodles, PT.Sriwijaya Alam Segar. PT.Sriwijaya Alam Segar still has irregularities, namely in the form of damaged and failed products. If the number of damaged products continues to increase, it can have an impact on increasing the cost of goods manufactured per unit of goods. This will have a negative impact on the level of competition in the business world.

Abstract

This research is a field research. This field research conducted observations / observations, qualitative interviews and conducted data validity. The results showed that the rewards in PTPN VII Cinta Manis District were in the form of salaries, bonuses, overtime pay and health benefits. Punishment given is a warning, warning to dismissal. Reward and Punishment at PTPN VII Cinta Manis District has a big influence on employee job loyalty. PTPN VII Cinta Manis District has implemented in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

Compensation is anything that employees receive in return for their work. In addition to remuneration, it can also motivate them to achieve goals and improve work performance for employees. employees of PT. Ahaz Karya Mandiri Palembang works diligently and disciplines. However, there are also some employees of PT. Ahaz Karya Mandiri Palembang who came to work but did not attend in the morning, there were some employees who attended late and did not attend the afternoon within 15 working days, there were employees who had worked for a long time but had not been appointed as permanent employees. To maximize employee discipline of PT. Ahaz Karya Mandiri Palembang, the head of the company gave compensation so that it had an impact on a pleasant work atmosphere so that it would increase enthusiasm in carrying out work.

Abstract

The emergence of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid 19) pandemic outbreak, various countries are making every effort to prevent the spread of coronavirus is expanding in the region. Social restrictions be it total lockdown or quarantine of many countries in the world. Policies taken by the Government with Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) will have a big impact on important sectors of the country, Some crucial areas are affected by the implementation of these social restrictions. The economic and educational fields are not affected by the implementation of the policy. This study uses a qualitative approach with primary data obtained from the first source. Distance Learning Policy conducted in lieu of face-to-face learning also impacts the income of traders in the UIGM campus canteen. They were forced to close and forced their loss of income from trading in the cafeteria.

Abstract

The Corona virus (Covid19) is a virus that first appeared in Wuhan, China at the end of 2019, then Covid News entered Indonesia Around February in Indonesia, it began in March 2020, starting with a positive victim in the city of Depok. After that an increase in cases occurred throughout the Greater Jakarta area so that it became a red zone area. The COVID-19 pandemic is a devastating disaster for all inhabitants of the earth. All segments of human life on earth are not disturbed, without exception of education. Many countries have decided to close schools, colleges and universities, including Indonesia. From the results of the research conducted, there are many impacts on the field of education, starting from students who have to study online / dare to even new student applicants who have entered their favorite university in the following year. Universities / colleges also feel the same way. New Student Admissions (PMB) have decreased significantly. The campus is doing various ways to increase the interest of prospective applicants to enter their tertiary institutions.
