Abstract

Employee performance is the way employees work in a company during a certain period. Companies that have employees who are performing well are likely to have good performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of conflict control and organizational culture on employee performance at the Prebekel Office, Sobangan-Mengwi Village, Bandung. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and carried out on 51 employees. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS version 16.0 application. The sample was determined by the census method and the data testing techniques used included validity testing with a correlation coefficient (r)> 0.30, reliability testing with Cronbach's Alpha. Classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the conflict control variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Prebekel Office, Sobangan-Mengwi-Badung Village.

Abstract

Performance is a concept that shows the relationship between work performance and the time unit needed to produce certain products and services from a workforce. The success of employee performance will directly shape the success of the organization. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of human resource development, work discipline and work climate on employee performance at The Housing Office of Residential Area and Land of Denpasar City. The population of this research is 92 peoples. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique (total sampling) where the entire population is a sample. This research was conducted at The Housing Office of Residential Area and Land of Denpasar City . The data was collected through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the instrument test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results showed that human resource development, work discipline and work climate had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Housing Office of Residential Area and Land of Denpasar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance. The research sample consisted of 58 people who were taken by the Slovin method from 140 employees. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. From the analysis obtained, 1) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Mahottama Klungkung Regency. This is evident from the significant effect and the regression coefficient shows a positive direction. 2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mahottama Klungkung Regency. This is evident from the significant effect and and the regression coefficient shows a positive direction. 3) Organizational chitizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mahottama Klungkung Regency. This is evident from the significant effect and the regression coefficient shows a positive direction.

Abstract

Investors who are interested in investing in companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, of course, expect high returns. The development of the company's stock price greatly affects investors in investing. If the company's stock price increases, investors think that investing in shares will bring profit. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of total assets turn over, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio on stock prices. The sample in this study is a transportation company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018, using 15 sample companies selected using purposive sampling. Based on the research results, it shows that total assets turnover, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio have a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The quality of an organization is seen from how much human resources it has, because human resources play an important role from all existing resources and can affect the life of an organization, whether it will be successful or not. Every organization has an effort to improve the performance of its employees for the realization of the goals set by the organization itself. Therefore, there are many efforts made to improve employee performance which is a serious challenge because the success in achieving the goals and survival of an organization depends on the quality of the performance of human resources in it, including work climate, work discipline and competence. Likewise, the Office of the Education and Training Employee Agency in an effort to improve its performance has paid attention to these three variables. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work climate, work discipline and compensation on employee performance. This study took a sample of 47 employees through a questionnaire at the Office of the Education and Training Personnel Agency of West Sumba Regency with multiple linear regression analysis tools, correlation and Detrmination by census sampling method or saturated sample. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the West Sumba District Education and Training Personnel Agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work climate, organization culture, and leadership on organizational commitment at Grand Balisani Suites. A sample of 102 people was determined by simple random sampling. Data collection methods used in this research include observation, questionnaires, and documentation study. Data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research proved empirically that work climate has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and leadership has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediator at the Sidemen district public health center (Puskesmas). The population in this study were all 69 employees at the Sidemen sub-district health center. So the sampling method is the census method. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a variance-based structural equation model or component based structural equation model, known as the Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that 1) Organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sidemen District Public Health Center (Puskesmas). 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sidemen District Public Health Center (Puskesmas). 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at the Sidemen District Public Health Center (Puskesmas). 4) Organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Sidemen District Community Health Center (Puskesmas).

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior or OCB is a profound contribution that exceeds the demands of a role in the workplace and earns awards from companies based on the tasks that have been carried out by Organizational Citizenship Behavior which can arise from various factors in the organization, including due to the organizational culture of employees and high organizational commitment. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT. BPR Siaga Dana Kuta. The study population was the company at PT BPR Siaga Dana Kuta 1992. The sample in this study was 34 people who were determined based on the simple random sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is the Statistical Package for Social Science. 20. The results showed that organizational culture, organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Future research that will conduct similar research is expected to influence OCB both interests and talents, work passion, employee character and so on so that there are many factors. possibilities that can affect OCB in a company.

Abstract

Employee performance is how much the employee contributes to the organization, namely quantity, quality, duration of output and the level of absenteeism at work as well as cooperation. In order for employees to provide good performance for the company, companies need to pay attention to all factors that affect employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, teamwork and communication on employee performance at Warung Mina, Renon Branch in Denpasar. This study uses the entire population as respondents, namely 55 people who are registered as employees of Warung Mina, Renon Branch. Data were collected by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of hypothesis testing show that all the proposed hypotheses are accepted. Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a deep enduring customer commitment to re-subscribe or consistently repurchase selected products or services in the future, even though the influence of the situation and marketing efforts have the potential to cause behavior change. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of service quality, customer satisfaction, company image on customer loyalty at PT. Suar Nusa Jaya Tour. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Suar Nusa Jaya Tour which does not know the number and determination of the sample using the Ferdinand formula so that 45 people are used as samples. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Suar Nusa Jaya Tour. Further research is expected to develop this research with other variables which theoretically have an influence on customer loyalty.
