Abstract

Employee performance problems are known on the working time indicator. This is because employees have not been able to do a good job. Employees feel that their current work abilities are not commensurate with the demands of the job. The office is not able to provide a warm welcome in the form of friendliness to new employees. The low attitude of employees in accepting work responsibilities, so that many jobs are neglected and not completed on time. This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, work orientation and employee placement on employee performance at the Badung Regency Agriculture and Food Office. This research was conducted at the Department of Agriculture and Food of Badung Regency using a population and a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling method or the census method. Data was collected through documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using Statistical Package for Sosial Science (SPSS) relase version 25 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that individual characteristics, work orientation and employee placement partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Agriculture and Food Office of Badung Regency.

Abstract

Human resources are very important to be given direction and guidance from human resource management in order to produce optimal performance. This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics and competencies on employee performance at the Cooperative in Serangan Traditional Village. This research was conducted in one of the cooperatives located in Serangan Traditional Village, namely KSP Lumbung Artha Mandiri located at Jalan Tukad Punggawa No. 27X Banjar Ponjok Serangan neighborhood, with the object of research being job characteristics, competencies, and employee performance. The population in this study were all 31 employees of KSP Lumbung Artha Mandiri. To determine the sample size in this study using a saturated sampling technique, so that the number of samples in this study were 31 employees of KSP Lumbung Artha Mandiri. The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job characteristics and competencies have a significant positive effect on the performance of KSP Lumbung Artha Mandiri employees.

Abstract

Performance is a person's willingness to carry out an activity and perfect it according to his responsibilities so that the goals set by the company can be achieved. Factors that can affect employee performance are work discipline and career development. This research was conducted to determine the effect of work discipline and career development on employee performance at PT. BPR Sari Sedana. This research was conducted at PT.BPR Sari Sedana which is located at Jl. Diponegoro No. 252 Sanglah Denpasar. The object of this research is about Work Discipline and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Sari Sedana Sanglah Denpasar. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Sari Sedana, totaling 40 people. Determination of the sample in this study using a saturated sample is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. namely 40 respondents for the sample test. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Sari Sedana Sanglah Denpasar, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Sari Sedana Sanglah Denpasar.

Abstract

Employee performance assessment is a very important thing in an organization to achieve its goals, so that various policies must be carried out by the organization to improve employee performance. Good performance is an outcome that every organization wants to achieve. Improved employee performance can be seen from the democratic leadership style, competence and job satisfaction. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of democratic leadership style, competence and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Bali Provincial Planning Development Agency (BAPPEDA). The population in this study were employees of the Regional Planning Development Agency (BAPPEDA) of Bali Province. The research sample was 72 employees who were determined by the census method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership style and competence have a positive effect on employee performance at the Bali Provincial Planning Development Agency (BAPPEDA). While job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance at the Regional Planning Development Agency (BAPPEDA) Bali Province. Further research can develop this research by using other variables that theoretically have an influence on employee performance, such as work ability, work discipline and work experience

Abstract

Performance is the result of work carried out with the expected value. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. PERTAMINA Denpasar Branch. And to know simultaneously the influence of individual characteristics and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. PERTAMINA Denpasar Branch. This research was conducted at the office of PT. PERTAMINA Denpasar Branch which is located at JL. Sugianyar No. 10, Denpasar, Bali. The objects in this study are individual characteristics, physical work environment and employee performance. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Pertamina Denpasar Branch as many as 42 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique using the entire population as a sample in the study because the population is less than 100. The analytical technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study are individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PERTAMINA Denpasar Branch, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PERTAMINA Denpasar Branch, and individual characteristics and physical work environment simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. PERTAMINA Denpasar Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working ability, motivation of work and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala. The population and samples taken were 40 respondents, with the method of saturated sample. Data was collected through questionnaires, documentation studies, observation and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, analysis of determination, and t test. The results show that working ability, motivation of work and work discipline on employee performance partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala.

Abstract

Fostering buying interest and ultimately evoking the intention to repurchase service products is not easy. There are several factors that can influence it, two of which are service quality and price. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price perception and service quality on repurchase interest at Kusumashoescare Karangasem. The population in this study are all Kusumashoescare customers who live in Karangasem aged 18 years and over who have made purchases of service products more than twice. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that price perception has a significant negative effect on repurchase interest at Kusumashoescare Karangasem and service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest at Kusumashoescare Karangasem.

Abstract

Lazada is an e-commerce with a marketplace concept that provides many facilities needed by sellers and buyers in conducting online buying and selling transactions. In order to survive in the midst of many e-commerce, companies must strive to learn and understand the needs and desires of their customers, so that they can generate a sense of interest in buying consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and e-service quality on buying interest. The population in this study is Lazada consumers in the Denpasar City area who know and actively use Lazada e-commerce. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the promotion and quality of e-service had a positive and significant effect on Lazada consumers' buying interest. Further researchers are expected to add variables other than promotion and e-service quality, because there are other factors that can influence buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment and workload on employee performance at the Sanur Village Head Office, Denpasar City. This study uses the independent variable, namely the work environment and workload and the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The population used in this study were all employees, totaling 35 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study is the saturated sample method where all members of the population will be used as a sample of 35 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis results show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the employee's performance, and conversely, the lower the work environment, the lower the employee's performance. Similarly, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the workload, the employee's performance will also increase, and vice versa, the decrease in the workload will have an impact on the decrease in employee performance as well.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of leadership style, occupational safety health (K3) and organizational culture on the performance of LPD employees in Kecama-tan Tampak Siring. The study took 35 respondents on LPD employees in Keca-matan Tampak Siring. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, then tested through classical assumption tests. The study was obtained through the results of the spread of questionnaires, then analyzed using the SPSS statistics application version 20 for Windows which was used to answer the problem formulation in the study. Test results on hypotheses show that variables: 1). The style of leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2). Occupational health (K3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3). Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Research advice is expected to always establish good relationships with fellow employees so as to improve the performance of the company while improving the company's performance.
