Abstract

The accommodation service business competition is increasingly complex, so a company is required to always pay attention to employee factors, nowadays competition between companies is increasingly competitive, every company is trying to be the most superior among its competitors. Four Seasons has exceptional quality and service. All of that cannot be separated from the quality of Human Resources owned because in services that interact directly with guests, they must have high standards because guests can judge the quality of the hotel from the quality of services provided by employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on organizational commitment directly or indirectly through employee job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Four Sessions Hotel And Resort By Sheraton Jimbaran Bali. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 42 employees at the Four Sessions Hotel And Resort By Sheraton Jimbaran Bali. Data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 For Windows program. The results of the analysis conclude that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. And employee job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of motivation on organizational commitment. The limitations of the research object used only focus on work motivation and employee job satisfaction so that it cannot analyze or reach deeper into the factors that can affect organizational commitment.

Abstract

Companies need to make efforts to improve employee performance because the company's survival is very dependent on the quality of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance at CV. Bhuwana Permai. This research was conducted at CV. Bhuwana Permai which is located at Br. Pande Kel. Sempidi, Kec. Mengwi, Kab. Badung. With the object of research on work motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and employee performance, the population in this study is all employees of CV. Bhuwana Permai, totaling 60 people. In this study to find the size or size of the sample, the technique used is a saturated sampling technique, so that the number of samples is 60 people. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Bhuwana Permai with a tcount of 4.446 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Bhuwana Permai with a tcount of 3.690 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Work Motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously have a significant relationship to employee performance at CV. BhuwanaPermai with an F value Count of 175,578 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The stock price is used as an assessment by investors related to the success of a company which is often associated with the value of the company. High stock prices make the value of the company also high. A high company value will make the market believe not only in the company's current performance but also in the company's prospects in the future. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of car, bopo, ldr, profitability and banking market risk on stock prices in commercial bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The research population is Commercial Bank Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The sample in this study were 38 companies that were included in the Commercial Bank Company which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is linear regression analysis. The results showed that car, ldr, profitability had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Bopo, banking market risk has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Further research can develop this research by using other variables that theoretically have an influence on stock prices such as profitability, leverage, firm size, managerial ownership, liquidity, dividend policy, capital structure, and others.

Abstract

Basically in every company wants to move forward and achieve its goals, to which human resources are highly invested, and to increase its performance requires training, evaluation and many other ways to improve it. This phenomenon has happened on PT. Astungkara "SogiRoll” Bali is something that needs to be evaluated and employees need to be trained in some way to make the performance better. Correct and proper use of language, explain the work correctly and clearly, learn the differences between workers, and observe the work environment and keep the fragility comfortable in doing the work. The study was intended to test and gain empirical evidence of the impact of communication, characteristics of individuals and the work environment on employees's performance in. PT. Astungkara "SoogiRoll” Bali The population and samples in this study are 40 employees. The tear- testing technique used is the method of saturated sampling. The data-gathering techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is bergberg-linear regression analysis. Research shows that communication, characteristics of individuals and work environment have a partial positive and significant impact on the performance of pt. Astmayara way soogiroll Bali.

Abstract

Performance is the quality of work achieved by an employee which in this study has decreased. This study aims to examine the effect of competence, occupational safety and health and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City. This research was conducted at the Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City, using a sample of 82 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was the accidental sampling method. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) version26. The results showed that competence and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while occupational safety and health had no direct effect on employee performance. The thing that must be improved is to always carry out training by regulating the air temperature in the workplace in order to be able to increase the sense of belonging of an employee. Future research is expected not to rely on the factors in this research,but can add other factors that may affect employee performance.Keywords: competence, occupational safety and health as well as organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

Hospitals as health service providers must be able to provide the best quality of service to patients in order to increase patient’s trust when seeking treatment at the hospital. In addition to service quality, hospitals must also pay attention to the servicescape they have so that they can make patients feel confident when taking treatment. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and servicescape on consumer trust. The research was conducted at the Outpatient Polyclinic of Siloam Hospital Bali. The sample of this study was 170 patients who received outpatient treatment. Sampling using the type of non-probability sampling using a formula (5 x Indicator). The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Trust. And Servicescape has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Trust.

Abstract

Buying interest is closely related to consumer purchasing decisions, interest is used to predict a person's tendency to do or not do buying behavior. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of servicescape and product variations on buying interest. The object of this research is the influence of Servicespace and Product Variations on Buying Interest at Gong Restaurant Jatiluwih. The number of respondents in this study were 85 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The result of this research is that servicescape has a positive and significant effect on buying interest at Gong Restaurant Jatiluwih. This shows that the better the servicescape of Gong Restaurant Jatiluwih, the higher the buying interest in the product. Product variations have a positive and significant effect on buying interest at Gong Restaurant Jatiluwih. This shows that the better the variety of Gong Restoran Jatiluwih products, the higher the buying interest in these products.

Abstract

Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative Denpasar is one of the companies engaged in microfinance. The main basis for cooperative activities is trust, both in terms of raising funds and distributing funds. In the competition between cooperatives in collecting public funds, many efforts have been taken by cooperatives, including promoting types of savings that are equipped with a number of attributes that can stimulate people's interest in saving. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative, Denpasar. To find out and analyze the influence of servant leadership on employee performance at the Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative, Denpasar. And to find out and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative, Denpasar. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and the sampling method used was a saturated sample, namely all 35 employees. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the process of this research, there are limitations experienced, namely, in the data collection process, the information provided by respondents through questionnaires sometimes does not show the actual opinion of the respondents.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important elements in driving the progress of an organization. Employees who have the ability to carry out their duties and responsibilities well can help the organization to continue to grow and develop. Employee performance plays an important role in an organization. This also happened to PT. Adika Jaya Dewata Denpasar, therefore this study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, work ability and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Adika Jaya Dewata Denpasar. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Adika Jaya Dewata Denpasar which reached 110 people, so the number of sample members was 40 people as respondents. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. That is, the better the organizational climate, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa if the organizational climate is not good, it will have an impact on decreasing employee performance. It is the same with work ability which has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that if work ability then employee performance will increase, on the contrary if work ability is poor then employee performance will decrease and the same is the case with work motivation which has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning if employees have good work motivation then employee performance will increase, and vice versa if there is a decrease in work motivation by employees it will have an impact on decreasing employee performance.

Abstract

The function of the hotel was only as a place to stay for tourists who went on business trips or vacations. But over time, the function of the hotel has increased. Currently, hotels have other functions than as temporary residences for tourists, but can also be used for weddings, corporate meetings, new product launches. With the changes in the hotel's function, entrepreneurs who are engaged in the hotel business can compete to survive in the competition. One hotel that is experiencing quite competitive competition is the Swiss-belhotel Tuban. This can be seen during the period 2016-2020 room sales fluctuated. Therefore, with the competition so competitive, effective marketing activity is needed for Swiss-belhotel Tuban so that consumers are willing to decide to use the services at Swiss-belhotel Tuban. Therefore, the researcher aims to determine the effect of social media marketing, brand awareness, and location on the decision to use services at Swiss-belhotel Tuban. This research was conducted at Swiss-belhotel Tuban. The method of data collection was through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were guests who had stayed at Swiss-belhotel Tuban. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using accidental sampling, which is sampling by chance. This means any member of the population who happens to be met by the researcher at the time of the study, that member is used as a sample. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear analysis techniques which were processed using the IBM SPSS 23.0 for Windows application. The results of the analysis show that 1) Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on service use decisions at Swiss-belhotel Tuban. 2) Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on service use decisions at Swiss- belhotel Tuban. 3). The location has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use services at Swiss-belhotel Tuban.
