Abstract

Human resources (HR) is a major factor in achieving company goals. One of the important roles of human resources in a company is to synergize other company resources such as humans, machines, money, methods, and materials. So the company will achieve its goals. Employee performance is the result of work achieved by a person or group of people in an organization or company, according to their respective authorities and responsibilities in the context of achieving company goals. The factors that influence employee performance in this study are work discipline, job satisfaction, incentives. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction, incentives on employee performance at the Grand Zuri Kuta Hotel. The population in this study were all employees of the Grand Zuri Kuta Hotel with a total of 58 employees. Samples were taken using a saturated or census sample, so that will be used as a sample in this study is the entire population taken, namely a total of 58 employees. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaire methods. This study used multiple regression analysis techniques with the SPSS version 24 for windows analysis tool. The results showed that partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Variables of work discipline, job satisfaction, incentives jointly affect employee performance.

Abstract

Improving the company's performance in facing the challenges of the increasing number of competitors, UD Dian's Rumah Songket manages its human resources through a recruitment process that considers aspects of Individual Characteristics and the level of Intellectual Intelligence. This study aims to determine the effect of Individual Characteristics and Intellectual Intelligence on Employee Performance at UD Dian's Rumah Songket. This research was conducted at UD Dian's Rumah Songket which is located at Jalan Segening X Gelgel Klungkung Bali, with the object of research being Individual Characteristics and Intellectual Intelligence on Employee Performance. The population in this study were 40 employees at UD Dian's Rumah Songket. The sample of this study was determined by the population method, so the number of samples was 40 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. In addition, in this study, classical assumption tests were also carried out which included tests of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics have a positive effect on employee performance at UD Dian's Rumah Songket. Intellectual Intelligence has a positive effect on Employee Performance at UD Dian's Rumah Songket.

Abstract

Performance is performance is the result of employee work seen from aspects of quality, quantity, working time, and cooperation to achieve the goals set by the organization. With high performance, employees will feel excited to work so that employees will love their work more and care about the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work experience, individual characteristics, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bank BPD Central Bali. The population and sample in the study were 211 people, with the sampling method using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, analysis of determination, and t test. The results showed that work experience, individual characteristics, and job satisfaction on employee performance partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank BPD Central Bali.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of research used in this research is Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research is that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPD Bali Renon Branch. Abstract

Employee performance is one of the factors that determine the success of achieving organizational goals. The success of achieving these goals is determined by various factors, including individual characteristics and rewards. Individual characteristics and rewards are one of the factors that can affect employee performance so that they need to be consistently improved. The population in this study were 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample so that the entire population in this study is used as a sample of 35 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 application. The results showed that individual characteristics and rewards had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Indo Raya Management System Certification in Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

The state of the pharmaceutical industry in Denpasar City is currently growing rapidly. Pharmacies with low competitiveness face tough challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. This is because the number of pharmacies that are established and close together makes conditions increasingly unfavorable for business development. With the rapid growth of the pharmaceutical industry, the owners and managers of these pharmaceutical businesses must rack their brains to increase competitiveness in order to survive. In improving business development, it is important for pharmacies to provide good pharmaceutical services for customers. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality and product diversity on customer satisfaction at Apotek Indra Denpasar. The research population is customers who visit the Indra Denpasar Pharmacy. The sample in this study was 160 respondents who were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality and product diversity have a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Apotek Indra Denpasar.

Abstract

Repurchase interest is purchase interest based on past purchase experiences. The purposes of this study are 1. To determine the effect of product innovation on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. 2.To determine the effect of service quality on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. The object of this research is the effect of product innovation and service quality on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. The number of samples used were 155 respondents taken from the people of Gianyar City who had bought Chatime beverage products. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that it was valid and reliable and there was no deviation from the classical assumptions. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City.

Abstract

The company expects good performance from each employee in carrying out the tasks assigned by the company. If the individual in the HR office can run effectively, the company will continue to run effectively. Employee performance plays an important role in an organization. This also happens to CV. Cahya Printing Bali, therefore this study aims to determine the Effect of Communication and Work Experience on Employee Performance on CV. Cahya Printing Bali. The population of this study were all employees of CV. Cahya Printing Bali as many as 30 people, using saturated sampling for all members of the population used as respondents. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis results show that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the communication, the better the employee's performance, and vice versa, the lower the communication, the lower the employee's performance. Similarly, work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this means that if work experience increases, employee performance will increase, otherwise if work experience is decreased, employee performance will decrease.

Abstract

The company will certainly create a strategy to be able to better satisfy its visitors on the one hand and on the other hand can improve the performance of its employees. For this reason, the role of competence, work discipline and motivation by employees is needed so that it is important for companies to retain these potential employees. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of competence, work discipline and motivation at PT Bhanda Reksa (PERSERO) Gianyar Regency. The population used in this study were all employees of PT Bhanda Reksa (PERSERO) Gianyar Regency, amounting to 36 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample or census, namely sampling that takes into account the consideration that the entire population is the sample. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Prior to the analysis, the test was carried out first and continued with the classical assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bhanda Reksa (PERSERO) Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Nowadays, the use of information technology on earth is increasingly sophisticated. The increase of internet users in Indonesia is in line with the social media users. During the COVID-19 pandemic, buy and selling activities in markets and supermarkets are limited. People are starting to shop online. One of the most popular marketplaces is Shopee. During 2020 to 2021, Shopee recorded a significant increase in the number of users and transactions. Of course, there are several factors that might affect the increasing number of transactions on Shopee e-commerce. Therefore, the researcher aims to determine the effect of social media marketing, ease of use and quality of information on purchasing decisions during the new normal era in Shopee e-commerce. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. The method of collecting data is through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are Shopee e-commerce consumers who have made purchase transactions in the past year and are domiciled in Denpasar City. In dividing the sample, the researcher used proportional sampling with a total of 25 respondents per sub-district with the same number. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear analysis techniques which were processed using the IBM SPSS 25.0 for Windows application. The results of the analysis show that 1) Social media marketing has no impact on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee 2) Ease of use has an impact on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee 3) Information quality has an impact on purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce.
