Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work supervision, work discipline, and work stress on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Gianyar Regency. This research was conducted at the Office of the Gianyar Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency which is located at JL. Ciung Wanara No. 16, Gianyar. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Gianyar Regency. Sampling in this study using the saturated sample method, obtained 98 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work supervision had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress had no positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance.

Abstract

The main goal of the company is to increase the value of the company. High corporate value can increase prosperity for shareholders. High company value will be the main attraction for investors to invest in the company. Firm value is the main focus in making decisions by investors to invest in a company. Apart from capital structure, sales growth and company size are also important concerns for investors. This study aims to determine the capital structure, sales growth and company size, on firm value. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, sales growth, and company size on food and beverage sub-sector companies in 2019-2021. The research was conducted using the non-participant observation method, the data used was in the form of secondary data obtained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through the website www.idx.co.id. The samples used in this study were thirteen companies which were determined using a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, the capital structure variable has a negative and significant effect on firm value, the sales growth variable has no effect on firm value and firm size has a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of employee characteristics, reward and punishment on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Petro Jaya Putra which is located in West Denpasar. Data collection by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The sample was determined using the census method, so that all 35 employees were used as the sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 26.0 for windows program. Testing the data includes testing the validity with the Pearson product moment, testing the reliability using the alpha cronbanch value, then testing the classical assumptions before the regression analysis and testing the hypothesis with the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Petrojaya Putra. Reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Petrojaya Putra. Punishent has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Petrojaya Putra.

Abstract

Barbershop offers haircut services with a more modern concept, both current hairstyle trends and the tools used to cut hair. Barbershops provide services that are more private for men than salons which are mostly for women. Vegas Barbershop services not only provide haircuts but also provide services such as hair spa creambath, hair cosmetic, and hair toning, therefore Vegas Barbershop is very suitable for men's wants and needs for hair care. The research objective was to determine the effect of self congruity and customer perceived service quality on repurchase intention at Vegas barbershop Denpasar. The method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that Self Image Congruity had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention at Vegas Barbershop in Denpasar City. Customer Perceived Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention at Vegas Barbershop in Denpasar City. Respondents' responses to the self image congruty variable obtained the lowest score for the self image congruty variable which lies in the statement that I use the services of the Vegas Babershop in Denpasar City every time I cut my hair, it is hoped that the company's management will pay attention to and continue to improve the quality of services at Vegas Babershop to consumers so that consumers return to using Vegas Babershop services every time cut hair. Respondents' responses to the customer perceived service quality variable obtained the lowest score in the statement that I use the services of Vegas Barbershop Denpasar because the service is responsive to consumers. cut hair.

Abstract

Financial distress is a financial condition before bankruptcy occurs, at this stage the company is experiencing a decline in performance such as declining income, experiencing a net loss, an increase in debt, and a negative share price. The decline in financial performance can also be caused by the decline in the quality of earning assets which results in a decrease in income. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage in determining financial distress. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique, namely the data selected based on certain criteria that are in accordance with the research objectives so that as many as 9 companies are obtained with the amount of data for 4 years, then 36 research data are obtained. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that simultaneously liquidity, profitability, and leverage had a significant effect on financial distress. Partially, liquidity has a significant positive effect, profitability has no significant positive effect, and leverage has an insignificant negative effect on financial distress.

Abstract

Human resources are the main factor in organizational development. Human resources in the company are allpeople involved in organizational development, especially employees. An organization/institution requires a competentand creative employee to achieve organizational goals. Employees have an important role in an organization, namely as thinkers, planners and controllers of organizational activities. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation, communication, physical work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Pusaka Denpasar totaling 37 people. Samples were taken using saturated samplingmethod. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performanceat PT. BPR Pusaka Denpasar. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Pusaka Denpasar. The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.BPR Pusaka Denpasar.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the important factors because the progress of an organization or company is very dependent on its human resources. This study aims to how much influence the work environment, work experience and compensation on employee performance at CV. Dian Mandiri. The population in this study were 51 employees of CV. Dian Mandiri. The sample used is the saturated sample method with 51 respondents. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, work experience and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership should create a comfortable work environment for employees, provide job training to employees and provide appropriate benefits to employees, so as to improve employee performance at CV. Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is management that focuses its members through various strategic steps in order to improve employee performance towards optimizing organizational goals. There are three factors that affect employee performance, namely the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance. The method of determining the sample used is saturated sampling or census method with a total of 35 employees as respondents. The population in this study were the employees of the Jembatan Budaya Foundation. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation increase, employee performance will also increase.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the research gap and differences in focus on quality of work life, motivation, and compensation on employee performance. In addition, there are also research problems on compensation that are not good within the company. This research was conducted at Garment Miana Gianyar with a sample of 30 respondents who were taken using a saturated census. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires is feasible to use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results of this study indicate that the variables: (1) quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purchase decision is a stage where the consumer has a choice and is ready to make a purchase orexchange between money and a promise to pay for the ownership or use of an item or service. The growth of the Indonesian economy at a macro level has had a positive impact on consumer purchasing decisions. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many losses to many businesses, but the beauty business sector is one sector that continues to grow and is much needed by all groups, such as the skincare business, where this assessment is certainly influenced by several factors. Several factors that influence purchasing decisions are Product Design, Brand Image and Brand trust, so the authors want to examine these three variables to determine their impact on purchasing decisions. The population of this study were all customers who visited Karin Beauty Glamor Sukawati with an unknown population size. The research sample was selected using the Incidental Sampling method with the sampling technique using the Hair formula. The sample in this study was 95 respondents who had visited Karin Beauty Glamor Sukawati. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear analysis but before that the researcher first used validity testing and reliability testing. The test results show that Product Design has a positive and significant effect on Skincare Purchasing Decisions at Karin Beauty Glamour Sukawati. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Skincare purchasing decisions at Karin Beauty Glamour Sukawati and Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on Skincare Purchasing Decisions at Karin Beauty Glamour Sukawati.
