Abstract

Company value is the performance of a company which is reflected by the share price which is formed by the demand and supply of the capital market which reflects the public's assessment of the company's performance. Factors that have a very large influence on company value include company size, liquidity and profitability This study aims to determine the effect of company size, liquidity, and profitability on firm value in banking sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2021. The research was conducted using the non-participant observation method, the data used was in the form of secondary data obtained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through the website www.idx.co.id. The samples used in this study were 14 companies which were determined using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression The results of the study show that firm size has a positive and significant effect, liquidity has a non-significant negative effect, and profitability has a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline, and self-efficacy on employee performance. To achieve organizational goals, it takes commitment from every employee to the company. In addition to commitment, an employee who does not have work discipline will find it difficult for the organization to achieve its goals. Then the presence of self-efficacy in the individual will lead to confidence in his ability to complete the work given. This research was conducted at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi Gunung Agung Branch, which is located at Jln. Mount Agung No. 125 Denpasar. The sample in this study were all employees, amounting to 36 employees. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially organizational commitment, work discipline and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and determine the effect of work discipline, work stress and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Rendang. The independent variable (X) is work discipline, work stress, and work environment while the bond variable (Y) in this study is employee performance. The sample in this study were 50 employees. Sampling using saturated sampling. This study uses the classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, simultaneous significance test (F), and partial test (t). The results showed that the variables of work discipline, work stress and work environment partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. INDONESIAN POST.

Abstract

The performance of employees in the company is a very important thing to be used as a benchmark for achievement in the company. The performance of employees in each company has different criteria according to the provisions of the company. The potential possessed by individuals also affects the level of performance produced by employees, where this potential can motivate employees to work optimally towards the company's operational activities, and can influence better employee work results. This study aims to analyze the influence of skills, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Bangli Regency. The population in this study were all permanent employees at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Bangli Regency, totaling 98 people. The sample of this study was determined by saturated sampling technique, so that the number of samples was 98 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Bangli Regency. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Bangli Regency. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Bangli Regency.

Abstract

An employee is said to have high performance, if the set workload is achieved and if the realization of work results is higher than that set by the company. Employee performance is very necessary, because with this performance it will be known how far their ability is in carrying out the tasks assigned to them. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. This research was conducted at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The object of research in this study is compensation, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The population in this study were 63 employees of PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The sample in this study were 63 respondents who were determined based on the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25 software. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch.

Abstract

Every company really needs qualified human resources to achieve the company goals that have been determined. This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Rastiti Bhakti Foundation. This research was conducted at the Rastiti Bhakti Foundation with a total sample of 35 employees. The method of determining the sample of this research is saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Rastiti Bhakti Foundation, this means that the more employees work ability increases, the employee performance at the Rastiti Bhakti Foundation will also increase. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Rastiti Bhakti Foundation, this means that the more employee work discipline increases, the employee performance at the Rastiti Bhakti Foundation will also increase. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Rastiti Bhakti Foundation, this means that the better the motivation given to employees, the employee performance at the Rastiti Bhakti Foundation will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of e-commerce, brand image and online customer review both jointly and partially as well as knowing the dominant influencing variables on buying interest in consumers of Artotel Sanur Bali. The independent variables used in this study are e-commerce, brand image, online customer reviews. While the dependent variable is buying interest. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method using a sample determined by non-probability sampling technique with the accidental sampling so that the total sample is 102 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that e-commerce, brand image and online customer reviews significant effect on guests' desire to stay at Artotel Sanur Bali. Future research can develop this research by using other variables that theoretically have an influence on buying interest, such as price.

Abstract

Purchase intention is something related to the consumer's plan to buy the product or service needed in a certainperiod. Factors that can influence purchase intention include product variety, electronic service quality and wordof mouth. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product variation, electronic service quality andword of mouth on buying interest at Jamu Juice Dalung Shop. The research location was at Dewi Deva Devi No.4,Pengilian Hamlet, Dalung Village, Badung Regency, Bali. Jamu Juice Shop, with the object of this research is tomeasure the effect of product variation, electronic service quality, and word of mouth on buying interest at Dalung Jamu Juice Shop. The population in this study were consumers of Jamu Juice Stores whose number is not knownwith certainty, with a total sample of 85 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiplelinear regression analysis. The results showed that product variation, electronic service quality and word ofmouth have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Dalung Jamu Juice Shop.

Abstract

Employee performance is a very important thing in an organization. Factors that influence employee performance are work motivation, self-efficacy, and leadership style. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of work motivation, self-efficacy, and leadership style on employee performance at LPD Dalung Village. The population in this study were all employees working at the Dalung Village LPD, totaling 37 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique. The sample in this study was taken from all employees working at the Dalung Village LPD, totaling 37 employees. Data collection methods used are documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Dalung Village LPD. Self efficacy (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Dalung Village LPD. Leadership style (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Dalung Village LPD.

Abstract

Performance is the result of employee work in a certain period. The research was conducted due to aphenomenon, namely fluctuations in non-performing loans which indicated a lack of opportunities to develop careers and employees were less interested in the work provided, employees also expressed objections when asked to workovertime. This study aims to determine the effect of career development, individual characteristics and organizational commitment on employee performance at FIFGROUP Denpasar. The research was conducted at FIFGROUP Denpasar where there have been fluctuations in bad loans for the last 3 years. The population is all employees as much as 65 respondents and the sample is determined by the method of determining the sample using a census technique. Data was collected through observation, documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of FIFGROUP Denpasar employees, individual characteristics have a positive and significant impact on the performance ofFIFGROUP Denpasar employees and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on theperformance of FIFGROUP Denpasar employees.
