Abstract

Human resources are something that is very influential for the progress of an institution. Without quality human resources an institution will not develop. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work ability, work culture, and work motivation on employee performance at Bank Bpr Kanti Batubulan, Gianyar. This research was conducted at Bank Bpr Kanti Batubulan, Gianyar. The objects in this study are work ability, work culture, and work motivation. The population and sample used in this study were 40 employees at Bank Bpr Kanti Batubulan, Gianyar. Sampling using the census method because the population is less than 100. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used wasmultiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that work ability, work culture, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Bpr Kanti Batubulan Gianyar. It can be interpreted that if the employee's work motivation increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance at Bank Bpr Kanti Batubulan Gianyar.

Abstract

Good employee performance is a step to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of conflict control, organizational culture and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Penarungan Village Repair Office. The sample in this study were 33 people who were employees of the Penarungan Village Repair Office. The method of determining the sample in this study is the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that conflict control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Penarungan Village Head Office. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Penarungan Village Head Office. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Penarungan Village Perbekel Office.

Abstract

Tri Mart Blahbatuh, Gianyar is one of the minimarkets that until now has been able to compete with similar minimarkets which are increasingly popping up, so to survive better it requires an increase in product variety, store image, and store atmosphere to provide convenience for consumers. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of product diversity, store image, and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Tri Mart in Blahbatuh, Gianyar. The population in this study is all consumers of Tri Mart in Blahbatuh, Gianyar whose exact number is not known. The sample used was 85 people with the accidental sampling method. The analytical tools used are multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that product variety has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, store image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect buying decision of Tri Mart in Blahbatuh, Gianyar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of corporate image, promotion strategy, and service quality on the decision to become a customer at the LPD Desa Pakraman Kesiman. The population in this study were all LPD customers in Kesiman, totaling 14,127 customers. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula, namely as many as 100 respondents taken from the number of customers. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that corporate image, promotion strategy, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The promotion strategy variable has the highest beta coefficient value of 0.840. This shows that in this study the promotion strategy has a dominant influence on the increase or decrease in the decision to become a customer at the LPD Desa Pakraman Kesiman.

Abstract

Development in the industrial sector is one of the development priorities which is expected to be able to bring about fundamental changes in other economic structures, so that progress achieved in the industrial sector will be followed by progress in other sectors. This study aims to determine the effect of education level, career development and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT.Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Denpasar Main Branch. Companies engaged in the service sector. The object of research in this study is the level of education, career development and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The total population used in this study was 163 employees with a sample obtained from the calculation of the Slovin formula of 62 employees. The technique used is stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the SPSS version 25 For Windows program. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has a positive and significant effect on PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, Denpasar main branch. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. The Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar main branch has a positive and significant effect. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. The Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar main branch has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most influential factors in the work system, be it an organization or a company, and the good or bad of a company or organization can be seen from how good or not the performance of its employees is. To avoid the bad side of employee performance, motivation, work environment and work discipline are needed so that all activities carried out by employees will be in accordance with existing procedures in the company and can improve quality and optimal performance of a company or organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, and work environment and work discipline on employee performance (at PT. Srikandi Jaya Group Denpasar). The issues raised in this study are improving employee performance and the motivation of each employee to work optimally so that the company continues to run effectively and efficiently and can achieve organizational or company goals in the future. The type of data used is primary data. The total population in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The sample selection was carried out using the saturated sampling technique method. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance, there is a significant effect between work environment on employee performance, there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

Human resources within the company need to be managed professionally so that a balance can be realized between the needs of employees and the demands and capabilities of the company, as well as the ability of human resources which will later determine the success of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, career development and motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at Astra Motor Batubulan, Gianyar using a sample of 34 employees. The sampling technique used is the census method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25 software. Based on the analysis results, this study shows that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Astra Motor Batubulan, Gianyar. This means that the better the work experience, the better the performance of employees at Astra Motor Batubulan, Gianyar. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Astra Motor Batubulan, Gianyar. This means that the better the career development, the better the employee performance at Astra Motor Batubulan, Gianyar. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Astra Motor Batubulan, Gianyar. This means that the better the motivation, the better the performance of employees at Astra Motor Batubulan, Gianyar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, selection and placement of employees on the performance of Darma Suci Savings and Loans Cooperative employees in Darmasaba Badung Village. Independent variables include recruitment, selection and job placement. The dependent variable includes employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Darma Suci Savings and Loans Cooperative. The samples obtained in this study were 32 employees and had 1 chairman who was determined based on the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that recruitment, selection and job placement have a positive effect on employee performance at the Darma Suci Savings and Loans Cooperative, Darmasaba Badung Village.

Abstract

PT Telkom as a state-owned company should provide satisfactory service to its customers, for this reason, employees who are competent in their respective fields of work are needed so that they can show maximum performance in providing services. However, several problems began to be encountered, starting from individual characteristics, employee competence, and an organizational climate that was not yet conducive, causing employee performance to be less than optimal. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of individual characteristics, competencies, and organizational climate on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch. The population in this study was all employees at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch as many as 35 people, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, so that the entire population was used as a sample. The analytical tools used are multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch.

Abstract

High employee performance is expected by every company. The more employees who have high performance, the overall company productivity will increase. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, motivation and physical work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Regional Development Bank Bali Renon Denpasar Branch using a sample and a population of 53 people as research respondents. The sampling method used is the saturated sampling method or the census method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS version 21.0 for windows program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means the more competence increases, the performance at PT. Bali Regional Development Bank Renon Denpasar Branch increased. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means the more motivation increases, the performance at PT. Bali Regional Development Bank Renon Denpasar Branch increased. The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, which means the better the work environment provided by the company, the performance at PT. Bali Regional Development Bank Renon Denpasar Branch increased.
