Abstract

Confidence is one of the things that is important for every individual, especially for students at school. Students who lack confidence will find it difficult to adapt to the existing environment at school. Therefore it is necessary to have follow-up from the school, namely by carrying out Guidance and Counseling teacher counseling services. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Where the purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the counseling teacher plays in dealing with students who lack self-confidence. The subject of this research involves one of the counseling teachers. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, sound recordings and documentation. From this study it was found that the method used was the face to face method, namely the individual technique of the counseling teacher directly calling the students concerned to come to the counseling room. By providing individual counseling so that students are more courageous in showing their abilities in front of their friends, and are not awkward in interacting with other Pongo pygmaeus. Basically a lack of self-confidence harms students not only through associating with a low rule attitude, but through students considering their choices in a different way. Lack of self-confidence may require attention to help ensure that students' future choices are not unnecessarily limited. Keywords : Confidence, Individual Counseling, Student.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of pre-marital education in building marriage readiness and forming a sakinah family at the “KLIK” marriage clinic, Medan City Branch and find out how to minimize divorce cases, as well as the factors that motivate people to participate in the Marriage Clinic program. The method used is descriptive qualitative, by conducting research at the Medan City Branch Marriage Clinic. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. This study concluded that the Marriage Clinic in minimizing divorce cases is providing and adding knowledge to the community so that they are able to form a sakinah family. Have qualified and quality materials and have presenters who are experienced in their respective fields. Of course it makes it easier for the Marriage Clinic to help the community. According to the informants, the materials provided by the Marriage Clinic were able to become their basis in forming a sakinah family because the materials provided were so complete and easy to understand for the participants. Abstract

This study aims to determine the formation of Advocate Organizations in Indonesia as mandated in Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates, in fact it has caused a polemic regarding which Advocate Organizations are recognized by the law. As it is known that the 1945 Constitution has provided fundamental protection for freedom of association and assembly, the provisions of that article provide a constitutional basis that every Advocate actually has the right to establish more than one Advocate Organization, so from this it was found a misunderstanding in the Advocate Law, which confuses the notion of an organization and its formation with what is the true meaning of the purpose of establishing a single forum in the Advocate profession. This paper is intended so that the formation of this single forum does not lead to conflicts of struggle between Advocates without prejudice to the freedom and independence of Advocates which is in line with the goals of a modern democratic rule of law which requires the role of the government in the formation of this single forum. Abstract

Marriage is a means to create a new household or family between a man and a woman. Through this research, we want to know and find cases where divorce occurs because of early marriage. 1 This research is a qualitative research. 1). Marriage is everyone's right and he has the right to live it. Where at this age there are many challenges in life. 2) Early childhood is called the golden age, where children easily receive stimulation, both directly and indirectly, as well as various educational activities from their environment. The consequences of early divorce are internal and external factors. Internal factors include disputes, cost issues and affairs. External factors are factors of understanding religion, economy and cultural customs. 2 Development of young couples is very necessary, because they still have developmental tasks in the search for identity and social identity which are sometimes still confusing. Abstract

Marriage is a sacred and noble contract between a man and a woman as legal husband and wife with the aim of achieving a sakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah family, full of wisdom and mutual support. Islam advocates for marriage. Because it has a good influence on the perpetrators themselves, society and all mankind. Lately, the phenomenon of unregistered marriage has given an interesting impression. First, unregistered marriage seems to have really become a trend that is not only practiced by the general public, but also practiced by community figures who so far are often referred to by the terms kyai, dai, ustad, cleric, or other terms that mark a person's ability to study religion. Abstract

In Islam, marriages carried out due to blood relations or mahrams are automatically considered to have never existed and are invalid even though husband and wife have had intercourse. The marriage was canceled by itself because there was a prohibition and the pillars and conditions for a valid marriage were not fulfilled which caused the marriage to be annulled. The method used is Normative Juridical, which aims to know and understand the arrangements for the Compilation of Islamic law regarding same-breeding marriages without the knowledge of the bride and groom and how to resolve disputes over the cancellation of breastfeeding marriages due to ignorance. The legal material used comes from legislation and sources of Islamic law. Because in discussing the problems in this study. Article 8 paragraph 4 of the law on marriage states that there is a prohibition on marriage between two people who are related to breastfeeding, namely children who are breastfed, siblings, aunts or uncles. If the marriage takes place but there is a prohibition or conditions are not met, then the marriage is cancelled. In this case, the process of canceling a marriage has a method in which the party who feels aggrieved submits their case to court if a breastfeeding marriage occurs without the knowledge of the bride and groom, then it is obligatory to cancel the marriage, because it is very clear that Islam prohibits breast-feeding. Abstract

This is a new author's manual and a template for As-Syar’i: Jurnal Bimbingan & Konseling Keluarga. Sexual violence can occur from various circles, including toddlers, children, adolescents and adults. The impact of sexual violence causes various psychological, physical and social problems. Adolescents are more susceptible to sexual violence because of unstable thinking and influencing relationships. One of the provinces that is ranked as prone to sexual harassment is Aceh. According to the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA) Aceh recorded cases of sexual violence against women in this region from January to September 2021 reached 697 cases. Even though they have been treated by various parties, there are still victims who feel ashamed, afraid and they often lock themselves in the house, tend to withdraw from their environment, there are also those who are able to be active again in their previous activities, and they consider the traumatic experience to be a traumatic experience. they experienced before is one of life's lessons. The purpose of this study is to see a picture of the resilience of adolescents who are victims of sexual violence. This study took the subject of the category of teenagers who experienced sexual violence. The study used in-depth, semi-structured interviews with coding analysis. The results show that the subject in the process of resilience is influenced by factors, namely social support, finding solutions to problems, self-regulation, strength of character and optimism. The conclusion of the study is that it is able to show the process of resilience and what factors affect resilience in victims of sexual violence. Abstract

Provisions for Child Custody Based on the Compilation of Islamic Law are Islamic, mature, of sound mind, trustworthy, unmarried, able to educate children. There are no hadanah for non-Muslims and require women who carry out hadanah (caring for children) to be Muslim, and there are no rights and authority for those (women) who are apostates (non-Muslims) to care for children. This research aims to find out more about the provisions on child custody based on the compilation of Islamic law and child custody due to divorce due to apostasy from a wife according to the compilation of Islamic law using normative methods that collect and analyze data so as to obtain a clear picture of the problem being discussed. written work, with the aim of depicting or illustrating the occurrence of a problem systematically, factually and accurately as well as in order to obtain the truth in the process of perfecting this writing. The results of the research show how the provisions for child custody are based on a compilation of Islamic law and child custody rights from divorce due to apostasy according to the compilation of Islamic law. Abstract

Each phase of age that the human being undergoes has special characteristics that distinguish it from other phases of growth. The purpose of this study was to find out how influential psychology education is on adolescent education. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely by utilizing sources from previous research and utilizing other sources that are library analysis as the main object of research. The results of this study are the most appropriate learning model in adolescent psychology when facing various problems that relate physical, cognitive, emotional and psychosocial. It takes the role of parents, teachers and the community to recognize their world and provide opportunities to develop within their potential. Like a form of giving rules that are looser but still controlled because they are starting to be independent. Giving praise, appreciation, affection, and growing confidence in interacting with the environment. Confidence here is when a child feels he is capable and dares to be different and holds firm to his principles when what he brings is true. The role of the counseling teacher or counselor is not only focused on helping students with problems, but on assisting all students in developing a variety of potentials, including the development of learning/academic, career, personal, and social aspects.
