Abstract

Supervisi akademik adalah bantuan professional yang diberikan kepada guru melalui siklus perencanaan sistematis, pengamatan yang cermat, serta umpan balik yang objektif dan segera oleh supervisor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah terhadap guru di TK Kecamatan Adipala. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan subjek penelitian kepala Sekolah TK di Kecamatan Adipala. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dari hasil pengisian angket tersebut, kemudian diolah dan disimpulkan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Temuan dari penelitian ini dapat diidentifikasi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah TK terhadap guru di Kecamatan Adipala pada empat komponen. Pertama, dalam menyusun perencanaan supervisi akademik 86,7% kepala sekolah sudah membuat jadwal supervisi dan rentang pelaksanaannya 40% menyebut dua kali dalam setahun, dan sisanya menyebut satu, tiga, dan empat kali dalam setahun, dan 93,3% sudah menyiapkan instrument. Kedua, melaksanakan supervisi akademik, seluruh kepala sekolah sudah melakukan pengamatan, namun baru 86,7% melakukan wawancara dan 93,3% membuat catatan hasilnya. Ketiga, menyusun laporan hasil supervisi akademik, 86,7% kepala sekolah yang menganalisis dan 93,3% membuat laporan hasil supervisi akademik. Keempat, Menentukan tindak lanjut hasil supervisi akademik terhadap guru, berupa pemberian penguatan dengan pujian, motivasi, isyarat, dan hadiah, serta pembinaan melalui nasihat, diskusi, rapat, dan fasilitasi administrasi KBM.

Abstract

Moral education is the soul of Islamic religious education. Achieving perfect morals is the true goal of education. The purpose of moral education is to form people who are virtuous, hard-willed, polite in speaking and acting, noble in behavior and mannerisms, wise, perfect, polite, and civilized, sincere, honest and holy. Moral education is related to tarbiyah, because tarbiyah is instilling the main morals, noble character and noble education especially in the soul of a child, from childhood until he becomes until he becomes a person who has the power to live with his own business and energy abilities. While children are little people who have potential that still needs to be developed. In the perspective of Islam, children have a strategic place on the continuity of human life in the world and continue to build civilization. Childhood is the most important period in education, because when children receive less attention at the beginning of their lives, most of it becomes large with corrupt, lying, jealous, thief, detractor, mocking, and interference in other people's business. Such children will tend to make conspiracies, tricks and plunge others.

Abstract

Bercerita merupakan salah satu kebiasaan masyarakat sejak dahulu sampai sekarang. Hampir setiap siswa yang telah menikmati suatu cerita akan selalu siap untuk menceritakannya kembali, terutama jika cerita tersebut mengesankan bagi siswa. satu keterampilan berbicara yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada orang lain. Dikatakan demikian karena bercerita termasuk dalam situasi informatif yang ingin membuat pengertian-pengertian atau maknamakna menjadi jelas. Dengan bercerita, seseorang dapat menyampaikan berbagai macam cerita, ungkapan berbagai perasaan sesuai dengan apa yang dialami, dirasakan, dilihat, dibaca dan ungkapan kemauan dan keinginan membagikan pengalaman yang diperolehnya. Sosiodrama adalah metode pembelajaran bermain peran untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan fenomena sosial, permasalahan yang menyangkut hubungan antara manusia.

Abstract

This study uses the library research method, researchers seek information about APE and the development of children's religious and moral values ​​from various literacy sources. In addition to books and journals, the author also gets from other literacy sources. APE for the development of religious and moral values ​​that are suitable for ages 3-6 years / phase of The Fairy Stage (Fairy Tale Level); a. Islamic fairy tale books, b. Islamic finger puppets, c. Diorama of daily activities and prayers, d. Cards with pictures of daily activities and prayers, e. Mind mapping of pious/sholihah children, f. Hijaiyyah letter trains, g. Mystery Box and Ball, h. Hijaiyyah Fruit, i. Making miniature prayer rugs, j. Puzzle with pictures of praying, doing ablution, giving alms, sweeping the floor, taking care of younger siblings, hijaiyyah letters.

Abstract

The spread of the covid-19 virus that occurred in Indonesia caused changes in the education sector, especially in the learning process which initially used a face-to-face form to now learn in an online form. As a result, educators are encouraged to be able to make innovations in learning models that will be applied to their students. This study aims to find out some of the innovations used in Kindergarten Aisiyah 1 Kesugihan. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observations, and supporting documents. The results of this study indicate that 1) learning in kindergarten has changed in the interactivity between educators and students 2) The learning process at Kindergarten Aisiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 Kesugihan uses partly online and partly offline learning, 3) Several innovations are made, namely involving parents when learning activities, using android-based learning media and learning oriented to student activity. 4) learning innovation is obtained from the creativity of educators by using active, creative, effective and fun learning. 5) making learning innovations, educators pay attention to several things 6) The assessment is through photos or videos containing assignments sent by students via online, 7) there are several obstacles when learning online 8) educators overcome them by repeating the material at a glance.

Abstract

Early childhood is at the golden age. This age is a sensitive age. The most appropriate time to lay the foundation for developing abilities in all aspects of development. One of them is the motor skill which supports the development of other aspects. The basic movement abilities of early childhood include gross and fine motor movements that need to be stimulated and stimulated by educators in order to develop optimally and in accordance with the child’s developmental stage. But the fact that happened, there are still many educators who do not understand and know the concepts and benefits of motor learning for early childhood. Motor learning activities to develop gross and fine motor skills for early childhood emphasize hands on practice in the field. Educators do not understand and know how important its role is in developing children’s motor skills from an early age. As a professional educator, they should know their role in order to develop motor skills of early childhood to the fullest. Educators in developing early childhood motor skills must be able to act as motivators, facilitators, mentors, instructions and models. By knowing their role as educators, early childhood gross and fine motor development can develop optimally so that children can be better prepared to face the next life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara mendidik anak usia dini dengan menunjukkan kasih sayang menurut Hadits. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hadits yang tergolong library research dengan pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cara mendidik anak menurut Rasulullah saw yaitu memberikan makanan yang terbaik bagi anak, mengajak anak untuk bercanda, memanggil anak dengan panggilan yang baik dan penuh kasih sayang, memberikan ciuman sebagai tanda kasih sayang, dan memangku anak kecil. Setelah dilakukan penelitian terhadap sanad bahwa semua hadits tentang cara mendidik anak dengan kasih sayang tergolong hadits shahih dan dapat dijadikan sebagai hujjah.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Sosial Emosional tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lain. Karena pembelajaran sosial adalah tingkat jalinan interaksi anak dengan orang lain, mulai dari orang tua, saudara, teman bermain, hingga masyarakat secara luas. Sedangkan pembelajaran emosional adalah luapan perasaan ketika anak berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran sosial-emosional adalah kepekaan anak untuk memahami perasaan orang lain ketika berinteraksi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam pembelajaran ini, membahas kegiatan anak dalam menuangkan air kedalam botol menggunakan spons, menebalkan kalimat, mewarnai gambar hewan yang hidup di air, dan mengurutkan gambar botol dari yang terkecil ke yang terbesar.

Abstract

Social-emotional learning uses project-based learning, with the theme of work and the sub-theme of fishermen with core fishing activities. The learning media I use are fish, buckets, water, plastic cups, paper, pencils, scissors, glue and objects in the classroom. In Masyithoh Kroya Kindergarten, teaching and learning activities use learning media that is adapted to the Basic Curriculum (KD) that has been determined from schools to facilitate teaching and learning activities in order to achieve the expected goals. In addition to using media, teaching and learning activities use a group learning model, where groups of children in one day play in one class which contains 4 activities as fulfillment of 6 aspects of the scope of development. The activities prepared are: aspects of the development of religious and moral values, aspects of motor physical development, aspects of cognitive development, aspects of emotional social development, aspects of language development and aspects of art development
