Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of distributing the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) program during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Pewisoa Jaya Village, Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the BLT-DD program during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Pewisoa Jaya Village, Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency, has not gone well, this can be seen from the determination of the names of Family Cards (KK) as BLT-DD recipients that are not correct. target. In this case, in Pewisoa Jaya Village, there was never any updating of the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) even though they visited people's homes to collect community data as potential recipients of BLT-DD. The achievement of the objectives of the program policy in Pewisoa Jaya Village has not run optimally, because there are still people who are in the capable category and have received other social assistance but whose names are registered again as BLT-DD recipients, while there are still many poor people who have never been touched by social assistance. so that the objectives of the BLT-DD program have not been fully targeted.

Abstract

The face of democracy in Indonesia is now starting to lead to the emergence of populism in democracy in Indonesia. A number of existing studies have concluded about the rise of populism as a phenomenon in electoral democracy. This article will look at the forms and patterns of populism played by actors at the local level in the arena of electoral democracy. By taking a case study, in South Sulawesi. The emergence of Nurdin Abdullah as a populist political actor won the electoral battle at the local level. By using a literature study, this article builds an argument. Although populism does not contradict democracy, populism also has its limitations. Populism strengthens when social and political institutions are functionally problematic, so the emergence of charismatic political actors is an unavoidable alternative.

Abstract

Cooking oil is one of the main ingredients that have commodities from nine basic materials that are strategic and have a multipurpose. And some time ago the increase in cooking oil prices had experienced a significant increase that was stunned which had an impact on human needs, especially small and medium industries (IKM) that produced using cooking oil. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the increase in cooking oil prices against the IKM in the city of Tanjungpinang, and overcome the problem of increasing the price of cooking oil against IKM. This research prioritizes the use of methods that are in accordance with the subject matter and in the research conducted. In order to obtain more specific and relevant data to be discussed further. This type of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach method. One of them is reduced, and for it is necessary to strategies from the IKM must remain the product of selling even though it only gets a little profit, if the sellers raise the price of the product, but if the price of cooking oil will drop it difficult to reduce production prices

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem kehidupan, sistem pemerintahan, dan sistem sosial. Transportasi dan pengembangan tata guna lahan sangat penting dalam kebijakan dan program pemerintah. Makalah ini mengidentifikasi kegiatan spasial dan transportasi yang akan dicapai dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif di kota Makassar dan kota Lisbon. Transportasi Makassar berkembang seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, meningkatnya kesempatan kerja, dan meningkatnya tingkat pendapatan masyarakat. Demikian juga, kota Lisbon telah menjadi kota terbesar dan terpadat di Portugal. Wilayah ini adalah rumah bagi pusat teknologi paling menonjol di negara itu dan sebagian besar perusahaan multinasional besar Portugal. Makalah tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa hubungan antara penggunaan lahan dan transportasi merupakan isu yang krusial, berbagai pola pengembangan lahan menghasilkan kebutuhan transportasi yang berbeda. Sebaliknya, struktur sistem transportasi mempengaruhi pola pengembangan lahan, hubungan saling mempengaruhi merupakan dasar untuk meramalkan kebutuhan perjalanan menggunakan 'output' model penggunaan lahan sebagai 'input', dengan asumsi bahwa penggunaan lahan yang berbeda menghasilkan tingkat aktivitas yang berbeda dan perjalanan. Ciri-ciri pergerakan spasial adalah semua karakteristik pergerakan yang berkaitan dengan aspek spasial, seperti penyebab pergerakan, dapat dikelompokkan berdasarkan tujuan perjalanannya. Abstract

This article will look at the dynamics of agricultural development program policies in Indonesia. By taking studies on agricultural sector development policies, such as soybeans. Using a public policy approach with incremental analysis and cost analysis. The article attempts to capture a portrait of the dynamics of agricultural sector policies, especially in the aspect of commodity prices that experience fluctuations. Using qualitative methods, relying on secondary data sourced from various official reports that have been issued by the government and private institutions that have credibility. The main argument of the article, sees that the extent to which development policies in the agricultural sector have shown a positive trend.
