Abstract

This study focused on the role of teachers in improving the quality of Tajweed Al-Qur'an in PP Lubbul Labib Maron, Probolinggo Regency. This study aimed to determine teachers' role in improving the quality of Qur'an tajweed in PP Lubbul Labib Maron, Probolinggo Regency. In addition, this study aims to determine the impact of the role of teachers on PP Lubbul Labib students. This research uses a field research approach and uses qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection was conducted through interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation of data sources, which involves using multiple sources to obtain information, and triangulation of methods by comparing data from interviews, observations, and documentation. Data is analyzed through several stages, including data reduction, data display, and verification to conclusions. Research findings show that Teachers have a vital role in the educational process of the Qur'an, as they are responsible for producing students who are skilled in reading the Qur'an. This research implies the need for increased teacher training in Qur'anic tajweed to ensure students' ability to read the Qur'an better.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the literacy movement using the one day one reading method to increase reading interest in grade 3 students at MI Azzainiyah II. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were 3rd grade students at MI Azzainiyah II. The data collection technique uses interviews with class III homeroom teachers, several class III students, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the one day one reading program can be used as a method that can be applied by all teachers to increase students' reading interest. Not only textbooks, general books can also be used as reading material for students. Give students interest in reading skills, actively ask questions and be enthusiastic in reading activities. By increasing interest in reading, students' knowledge will increase.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing various branding strategies that are popular or trending in the context of education and how their application can affect the image of schools in the eyes of the community. This study aims to describe the school's branding strategy to increase public interest. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research using literature studies. The data obtained are carefully recorded and detailed (data reduction). Then, the data is collected qualitatively by tabulation (display data). Data analysis techniques are carried out with an in-depth analysis of the core points, namely the school branding strategy then concluded. The results of the study show that school branding strategies that can increase public interest include: 1) improving quality management of both school accreditation and ISO quality management; 2) improving the quality of learning output and learning outcomes, such as improving the achievements of students, teachers, schools and alumni; 3) create catchy jargon, 'tagline' or slogans which are then realized with school programs; 4) develop superior programs that are the hallmark of the school; 5) organizing programs to support the school's vision and mission.

Abstract

This study focused on comparing problem-based learning (PBL) and contextual learning (CL) strategies based on findings generated from literature analysis. This study aims to identify essential differences between the two learning approaches and uncover the advantages and limitations of each in an educational context. This research uses a qualitative approach using the library research research type. Data collection techniques using primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis. PBL helps students understand concepts and improve problem-solving and collaboration skills. Meanwhile, contextual learning emphasizes applying knowledge in students' real lives, deepening their understanding. Both of these methods have their advantages. PBL focuses on problem-solving, while Contextual Learning links learning to everyday situations. The best choice depends on the learning context and goals of the student, both of which offer learning experiences relevant to the real world. This research implies the importance of considering and integrating both Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Contextual Learning in student learning experiences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Nilai Islam Moderat Sebagai Fondasi Bagi Karakter Religius Yang Inklusif di SDN 1 Gending Probolinggo. Desain penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Gending Probolinggo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Bulan Juni 2023. Tekhnik pengambilan data dengan tekhnik snawball sampling.sumber data yang digunakan ialah primer dan sekunder. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dengan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisa data, peneliti menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif jenis Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Internalisasi Nilai-nilai Islam Moderat dalam membentuk karakter Religius Siswa di SDN 1 Gending Probolinggo adalah Integrasi Nilai-Nilai Islam Moderat pada Kurikulum Sekolah, Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam moderat pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama, Habituasi Religius di sekolah dan role model keteladanan Pendidik. Internalisasi Nilai-nilai Islam Moderat dalam membentuk karakter Religius Siswa diharapkan mampu membentuk karakter siswa di SDN 1 Gending Probolinggo yang Religius, Humanis, Toleran, Plural, moderat, dan Nasionalis.

Abstract

This research will evaluate student learning outcomes after applying PowerPoint-based learning media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PowerPoint-based Learning Media in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. This study used a quantitative approach through experimental methods or True Experimental Design with a research design using a pretest-posttest control group design. This research design uses two classes as test subjects: the control and experimental classes. This research shows that the use of PowerPoint-based learning media positively impacts student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. The implication of this research is to support the creation of a more dynamic and interactive learning environment and provide a foothold for further research in developing technology-based learning methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami tentang proses manajemen model kurikulum berbasis nilai-nilai Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah di lembaga Madrasah Ibdtidaiyah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mendalam tentang individu, satu kelompok, satu organisasi, satu program kegiatan, dan sebagainya dalam waktu tertentu Jenis penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menguraikan realitas sosial, menggambarkan sejumlah variabel yang berkaitan dengan masalah dan unit yang diteliti. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada lembaga di MI At-Taqwa Bondowoso. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan Kurikulum Berbasis Ahlussunnah Waljama’ah di MI At-taqwa Bondowoso meliputi diantaranya; (1) Perencanaan kurikulum berbasis nilai-nilai ahlussunnah waljama’ah MI At-taqwa Bondowoso, (2) Implementasi dalam struktur kurikulum ini adalah dengan memasukkan kurikulum ahlussunnah waljma’ah sebagai bagian dari kurikulum sekolah yang diwujudkan dalam pelajaran muatan lokal serta Materi pelajaran ahlussunnah waljama’ah yang dijadikan materi muatan lokal di MI At-taqwa Bondowoso. Selain itu juga dalam bentuk pembiasaan – pembiasaan yang dipadukan dalam pembelajaran, (3) Evaluasi kurikulum di MI At-taqwa Bondowoso dilaksanakan secara berkala disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan masukan warga madrasah. Evaluasi yang pasti dilakukan adalah di akhir dan di awal tahun pelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of dormitory-based coaching and religiosity on learning outcomes in the context of Islamic education. Dormitory-based coaching refers to an educational approach that involves the boarding environment as an integral part of the learning process, while religiosity refers to the spiritual depth and connectedness of individuals to religious values. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The study sample consisted of students living in dormitories and attending Islamic education programs at various levels. The instruments used in this study include a measurement scale of dormitory coaching, questionnaires regarding the level of religiosity, and student learning outcomes data obtained from academic records. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive relationship between dormitory-based coaching and Islamic education learning outcomes. Students who experience dormitory-based coaching tend to achieve better learning outcomes compared to those who do not attend such coaching. In addition, there is a positive relationship between the level of religiosity and the learning outcomes of Islamic education. Students who have higher levels of religiosity tend to show better achievement of learning outcomes. Furthermore, this study also found that there is an interaction between dormitory-based coaching and the level of religiosity on Islamic education learning outcomes. Students who are high in both factors, namely dormitory coaching and religiosity, have the highest tendency to achieve optimal learning outcomes. The findings suggest that levels of religiosity have a significant impact on learning outcomes
