Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and workenvironment on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics. Based on theresults of the hypothesis test the leadership style variable has a calculated t value greater thant table, namely 3,361 > 2.026 with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05 then Ho is rejected andHa is accepted. There is a partial influence between leadership style on performance. Thework motivation variable has a calculated t value that is greater than t table, namely 2,994 >2.026 with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thereis a partial influence between work motivation on performance. The work environmentvariable has a calculated t value that is smaller than t table, namely 1,030 <2.026 with asignificance value of 0.310 > 0.05. Work environment variables partially have no effect onperformance. It can be seen that the calculated F has a greater value than the F table, namely14,206 > 3.25 with a significance level of 0,05. The coefficient of determination test(Adjusted R Square) is 0.498 or 49.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Solvency Ratio, Liquidity Ratio and Profitability Ratio on Stock Price. The financial ratios used to measure this influence are the Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin. This type of research is associative and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The samples used were 16 Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 1.117 - 0.156 X1 - 0.032 X2 - 0.826 X3. Partially variable solvency ratio (DER) with a significance of 0.078 > 0.05, liquidity ratio (CR) with a significance of 0.142 > 0.05 and profitability ratio (NPM) with a significance of 0.209 > 0.05 showed no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the solvency ratio (DER) variable, liquidity ratio (CR) and profitability ratio (NPM) with a significance of 0.002 <0.05 indicate a significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence Discounts, Promotions and Consumer Trust have on Purchase Decisions for Shopee Application. The data used are primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires with 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of discounts on purchasing decisions for STIE AMM Mataram students who use the Shopee application. There is a significant positive effect of promotion on purchasing decisions for STIE AMM Mataram students who use the Shopee application. There is a significant positive effect of Consumer Trust on purchasing decisions for STIE AMM Mataram students who use the Shopee application. There is a significant positive effect simultaneously on discounts, promotions and consumer confidence on purchasing decisions for STIE AMM Mataram students who use the Shopee application. There is a promotion that has more influence on purchasing decisions for STIE AMM Mataram students than discounts and consumer confidence. The value of the coefficient of determination (R) is 0.922 (92.2%) which means the ability of the promotional discount variable and trust in purchasing decisions to shopee application users in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is very strong

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education variables, work attitudes, and work skills on the work performance of LPP-RRI Mataram employees. This research is an associative research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the measurement scale, instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the education variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value of 2.954 > from t-table 1.998 with a significant value of 0.004. Work attitude (X2) has no effect on employee performance with a t-count value of 1.058 < from t-table 1.998 with a significant value of 0.294. Work skills (X3) have a significant effect on employee performance with a t value of 4.408 > from t table 1.998 with a significant value of 0.000. Simultaneously, all independent variables (education, work attitudes, and work skills) together have a significant effect on employee work performance with a calculated F value of 25.688 and a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload, Motivation and Competence on Job Satisfaction employees of PT. Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram. The results of this study obtained that workload (X1) has a t test value where t count is smaller than t table, namely -0.353 <2.026 with a significant 0.726 > 0.05. Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on job satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test where t count is greater than t table, namely 4.024 > 2.026 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. And competence (X3) has no significant effect on job satisfaction with a t count value that is smaller than t table of 0.742 <2.026 with a significant value of 0.463 > 0.05. While the simultaneous results of workload, motivation, and competence have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (f) where the calculated f value is greater than the f table value, namely 9.481 > 2.859 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of this study also show that the independent variables (workload, motivation and competence) are able to explain the dependent variable (job satisfaction) of 38.9% while the remaining 61.1% job satisfaction is influenced by other variables outside.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand (X1), packaging (X2), and price (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) of Airlangga Mixue ice cream in Mataram City. This type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is the Non-Probability Sampling technique. The total sample taken was 100 consumers who had purchased Airlangga Mixue Ice Cream in Mataram City. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The test results show that partially the influence of brand, price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while packaging has no significant effect on purchasing decisions of Mixue Airlangga ice cream in Mataram City

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), and Price Book To Value (PBV) partially and simultaneously on stock prices and the most dominant influence is Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), and Price Book To Value (PBV) for stock prices in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2021. The population in this study amounted to 26 companies with a sampling technique using purposive sampling so that the number of samples was 15 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 7,771 + 3,697 X1 - 11,841 X2 + 0,120 X3. The results showed that partially the ROE variable had a non-significant positive effect on stock prices, ROA had a significant negative effect on stock prices, and PBV had a significant positive effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the variables ROE, ROA, and PBV also affect stock prices. The most dominant variable is indicated by the PBV variable.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of work discipline, work experience, and work environment on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 10 Kota Bima. So that the variables in this study consist of 3 (three) independent variables, namely work discipline (X1), work experience (X2), work environment (X3) and 1 (one) performance dependent variable (Y). the sample in this study were 40 teachers. The sampling technique uses Probability Sampling with the Simple Random type. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, namely Y = 11,021+0.222X1+0.351X2+0.075X3. The results of this study also show that based on the t test the work experience variable partially has a significant effect with the results of the tcount value of 2,883 on performance. Based on the t test, it can be seen that the work experience variable has a more dominant influence on performance with a value of 2,883. The results of this study also show that based on the F test (simultaneous) the work discipline, work experience and work environment variables have a joint effect on the performance variable with a value of 8,249.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the simultaneous and partial influence of digital marketing, brand image, and influencer marketing variables on the purchase decision of Scralett Whitening at Shopee, as well as to determine the variables that have a dominant influence. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, and the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equations showing (Y = 0.011 + 0.444X1 + 0.313X2 + 0.166X3 + e) ​​it can be concluded that partially, digital marketing and brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on Scarlett Whitening products at Shopee while the influencer marketing variable has no significant effect on the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening products at Shopee. Simultaneously, digital marketing, brand image and influencer marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products at Shopee. Based on the results of this study, it shows that people who use Scarlett Whitening products are not influenced by influencer marketing but look at digital marketing and brand image. So company management should always maintain digital marketing and brand image to increase consumer interest in using Scarlett Whitening products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine several things, namely: (1) the effect of office facilities on performance, (2) the effect of work discipline on performance, (3) the effect of work motivation on performance, (4) the influence of office facilities, work discipline and work motivation on performance. This research includes the type of associative research. The population in this study were 51 teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Mataram and a sample of 35 people was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this study was in the form of a statement in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) Office facilities have no significant effect on performance (2) Work discipline has a significant effect on performance (3) Work motivation has no significant effect (4) Office facilities, work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on performance.
