Abstract

Until now, bauxite waste (bauxite tailings) has not been utilized in its entirety, causing an increase in the amount of waste in the bauxite producing areas. The percentage between the bauxite produced and the amount of waste produced is 50%: 50%. This research was conducted to see whether or not the use of liquid waste (tailings bauxite) is appropriate as a place for fine aggregate in the manufacture of concrete. This study used an experimental method with the replacement of the concrete mixture, namely sand with bauxite waste (bauxite tailings) with the proportion of bauxite waste (bauxite tailings) of 2.5%, 5%, and 7.5%. The tests carried out were compressive strength testing, split tensile strength testing, and modulus of elasticity. The results of the test for the highest compressive strength average age of 7 days were found in normal concrete with an average compressive strength of 21.58 MPa. The average compressive strength of 28 days was 7.5% bauxite waste concrete with an average compressive strength of 32.07 MPa. The tensile strength of 7 days was in bauxite waste concrete at 7.5% with a split tensile strength of 2.90 Mpa. The tensile strength of 28 days was in bauxite waste concrete 7.5% with a split tensile strength of 3.26 Mpa. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh merebaknya wabah Covid-19. Untuk mencegah penyebaran wabah tersebut perlu menghindari kontak dan kerumunan orang banyak Metode Pembelajaran Daring adalah salah satu usaha menghindari kontak dan kerumunan orang banyak. Selain mengatasi pandemi pembelajaran daring merupakan metode pembelajaran masa depan yang suatu saat menjadi kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan Video Tutorial untuk diterapkan dalam Metode Pembelajaran Daring pada Mata Kuliah Gambar Teknik 2. Adapun tahapan penelitian ini dengan melakukan ujicoba pembuatan video dengan aplikasi Bandicam. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba kelas daring yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tanggapan dan saran perbaikan. Langkah berikutnya adalah melakukan percobaan pemutakhiran video dengan aplikasi Filmora. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebelas Video Tutorial dengan sepuluh topik pembelajaran. Selanjutnya mahasiswa dapat memanfaatkan video tutorial ini melalui link google drive yang akan diberikan disetiap sesi pembelajaran.

Abstract

This filling material for concrete is known as aggregate which usually uses stone as the base material. This stone material will eventually run out, so new innovations are needed to replace it. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical and mechanical properties of concrete made using artificial aggregate mixture where the aggregate material is made by utilizing bauxite processing waste. Artificial aggregates are made to replace gravel as a filler. The waste is treated with 2 treatments, namely added with kaolin and without kaolin, and then burned. Concrete specimens are made in a cylindrical shape with a height of 30 cm with a diameter of 15 cm, with variations in artificial aggregate with the addition of kaolin and without the addition of kaolin with the aggregate substitution of 10%, 20% and 30% then evaluated physical properties such as weight content and absorption of concrete and the concrete mechanic is in the form of the compressive strength of the concrete. According to SNI 03 6468 2000, the quality of concrete produced from concrete mixtures using artificial aggregate from bauxite waste is classified as low compressive strength concrete (low strength concrete). with fc '<20 MPa and according to SNI 03-2847-2002, concrete produced by mixing artificial aggregate is categorized as lightweight concrete, with a unit weight of <1.900 kg / m³

Abstract

The author carried out a construction management plan for the Mangata building which had previously been carried out by structural planning and drawing plans by (Muhammad Oki Try Hatmojo and Maulidya Anau Wiyah), Final Project for students of Pontianak State Polytechnic Diploma IV Civil Engineering Department 2019. Therefore, to realize the construction of the Mangata Building, proper construction management planning is required, so that results are in accordance with the requirements. Therefore, the authors plan an excellent project construction management system in an effort to accelerate the construction of the Mangata building which is the title of this final project. The method used in the discussion of construction management is in the form of a management system for cost, quality, time, human resources and occupational health safety in structural work which includes foundations, beams, columns and floor plates. Based on the results of the analysis of the method above, it is found that the cost of the structural work required to complete the work on the Mangata Building construction project is Rp. 28,007,395,396.25. The time it took to complete the work was 30 weeks for quality planning in the form of quality control and a list of specifications tables. Furthermore, for human resource planning in the form of organizational structure and workforce requirements as a means for good work implementation, while the planned K3 management planning is in the form of identification and control of K3 potential hazards to each type of work and costs for PPE and APK needs.

Abstract

In line with the increasingly rapid development and population growth which is increasing in Kubu Raya Regency, the need for facilities and infrastructure for the city government includes housing for Brimob personnel in accordance with the regional budget. So the Mobile Brigade Unit Dormitory Building was built in Kubu Regency. The method for completing this final project uses literature studies that use data, namely, secondary and primary data. After that, based on the processed data, including field layout drawings, documentation, field observation results. Project costs include, Calculating Volume, Determining Unit Price Analysis, Calculating (RAB). SMK3 includes, Planning work items, Classification and Control of Accident Risk, Determining the Appropriate PPE and GER. Time covers Job Weight, Dependency Table, Time Schedule (Barchart and NWP), making S Curve. Human Resources include: Calculating labor requirements, making labor requirements and job duration. The final result of the Project Quality Management is a Quality Checklist Table or Specifications for the Construction of the Car Brigade Unit Dormitory Building in Kubu Raya Regency. The results of the analysis of the Budget Plan (RAB) for the construction of this dormitory building are: Rp. 14,061,856,628.70 (Fourteen Billion Sixty One Million Eight Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Eight Comma Seventy Rupiah), as well as the calculation results of time requirements or the duration of development using the Network Planning (NWP) method, namely the NWP method get a work duration of 336 days, while using the Barchard method get a job duration of 14 months. The SMK3 in the Construction of the Dormitory Building is Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consisting of 120 head protectors, 110 gloves, 110 protective glasses, 110 boots, 110 full body harnesses, 370 masks of safety shoes 10 pairs and 120 pieces of Vest. As for (APK) consists of. Signs 5 pieces, Line Volleyball 20 pieces, and Scapolding 50 sets. The final result of the Project Quality Management is the Quality / Specification Checklist Table for the Construction of the Dormitory Building for the Mobile Brigade Unit in Kubu Raya Regency and the Mutual Check 0% (MC 0%) whether it is appropriate or not

Manajemen Kontruksi adalah suatu proses atau Tindakan yang bertujuan menerapkan fungsi Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Pengawasan agar tercapai tujuan proyek secara optimal. Kampus institute Agama. Islam. Negeri. Pontianak. demi menunjang penataan Infra-struktur dimana sebagai tujuan untuk peningkatan SDM, sarana prasarana, peningkatan pendidikan, pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, Maka kampus Institute. Agama.. Islam. Negeri. Pontianak. ingin membangun Gedung Laboratorium Terpadu Institut Agama. Islam. Negeri. Pontianak. merupakan tempat pendidikan bagi mahasiswa yang menempuh pendidikan“di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Pontianak.”Manajemen konstruksi menjadi solusi yang tepat agar tercapainya suatu perencanaan yang efektif dan efisien. Pada tulisan ini menyajikan Perhitungan dan Perkiraan biaya , waktu, SDM, mutu dan k3 untuk melaksanakan pembangunan Gedung ini. Biaya proyek Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) diperoleh biaya sebesar Rp 13.576.291.000, Manajemen Waktu pada Proyek Didapat waktu dari Time Schedule selama 8 bulan atau 222 hari kerja dan dari CPM didapat 6 bulan 2 minggu atau 178 hari kerja, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia diperoleh Pendahuluan 20 pekerja, Pondasi 80 pekerja, Lantai 1 (75) pekerja, Lantai 2 (80) pekerja, Lantai 3 (60) pekerja, Lantai 4 (60) pekerja, Lantai 5 (60) pekerja, Lantai 6 (60) pekerja, Lantai 7 (60) pekerja, Atap (40) pekerja. Manajemen Mutu Proyek Tersusunnya RKS (Rencana Kerja Syarat-Syarat), Manajemen SMK3 Tersusunnya Klasifikasi dan Pengendalian Resiko pada pembangunan serta Perencanaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan Alat Pelindung Konstruksi (APK).

Abstract

Along with the times, the planned building will provide Life Safety performance. Where the planned building may be damaged, but the structure must not collapse so that there are no fatalities, both in earthquake-prone and non-earthquake-prone areas.The building is designed using the Intermediate Moment Bearer Frame System (SRPMM). Designed to be strong against several load combinations such as dead load, live load, wind load, and earthquake load. he results of the structural analysis use the ETABS and SAP 2000 version 14 software to determine the internal forces acting on the structure, and are then used to calculate the reinforcement design stage and check the cross-sectional capacity of the structure.The process of reviewing the planning of the building structure planning for the Flat Sat Brimob Polda building in Kubu Raya Regency includes analyzing the roof structure, floor plate structure, beam structure, column structure and foundation structures.Based on the results of the analysis of calculations that have been carried out, it was found that the roof structure used mild steel C-75x45x15x1, 6 mm. Floor plate structure with a thickness of 150 mm.The main beam structure with dimensions (300 x 600) mm, the joist with dimensions (250 x 500) mm, ring beam 1 with dimensions (200 x 400) mm, 2 beam rings with dimensions (150 x 300) mm. There are 2 types of column structure, namely K1 and K2, in the K1 column the largest dimensions are 700x700 mm, for column K2 the largest dimension is 400x500 mm. The foundation structure used is a pile with a diameter of 400 mm, a depth of 24 m.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reliability of the building of the Male Dormitory in Natuna Regency in Pontianak City, seeing the current condition of the building, it has some damage to the building, such as paint that has started to peel off on the front, sides and back of the building, the ceiling is seeping, the walls are starting to crack in some parts of the building. By looking at the current condition of the Natuna Regency Male Dormitory Building, it is necessary to conduct research to determine whether the building is still reliable or not based on the Building Technical Requirements as stated in Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Buildings. The purpose of this study is to analyze the architectural reliability of a building, can analyze the reliability of the structure of a building and can analyze the reliability of the utility of a building. The research was conducted by using data collection methods. Data obtained by using two types of data collection, namely primary data containing survey results and primary data containing the literature used. The results of this study indicate that the architectural reliability of the Male Natuna Dormitory Building is 85.63% where this value is considered less reliable because it is in the 75 - 90% range based on the provisions of the Residential Building Research Center, the reliability of the structure in the Male Natuna Dormitory Building is 100% where this value is considered reliable because it is in the 95 - 100% range based on the provisions of the Residential Building Research Center, reliability of utility in the Male Natuna Dormitory Building is 55.42% where this value is considered an unreliable condition because it is <95% based on the provisions of the Residential Building Research Center.

Abstract

State Border Crossing Post of Entikong (PLBN) is one of the border points between the state owned by theIndonesian State which is directly adjacent to the State of Malaysia, the state of Sarawak. In the PLBNEntikong area there is a multipurpose building carried out by PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). In this finalproject discusses the systematics and process of implementing the multipurpose building construction inorder to know the management system of a project, volume or backup quantity (Mutual check 100%), RAB,weight, duration of time (Barchart), work methods, and workers' personal protective equipment. In theprocess of reviewing the implementation of the Multipurpose Building construction, the methods used inretrieving data were the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, the data wereobtained from the project contracts documents for the development of facilities and infrastructure to supportthe integrated PLBN West Kalimantan. From the review process and stages, the results are obtained,namely: the management system of a project obtained from the project contract document, the volume thathas been crosschecked through the daily monitoring process, the cost budget plan that has been addendumdue to the addition and reduction of volume, the weight of the work after being added the duration of timeafter the workday addendum, making the method of each work item carried out by direct field review, as wellas personal protective equipment used while working.
