Abstract

Pempek is a typical food Palembang and very popular. The much number of business competitions in the field of pempek requires the businesses need to improve the quality of service to become win the competition. This study aims to determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction pempek store in Palembang. This research was conducted at the store Pempek "CANDY" and store Pempek "SENTOSA". The both object of the study to be representative of the research object pempek food business. The focus of this research is to determine how much influence the quality of services consisting of the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy for customer satisfaction. The indicators of variable tangible are facilities, equipment, decoration of the place and neatness employee clothing. The indicators of variable reliability are accuracy, timeliness, the same service and the nature of the employee sympathy to the consumer. The indicators variable responsiveness are fast service, accurate and clear information. The indicators of variable assurance are knowledge of employees about the products and the ability to foster a sense of consumer confidence. Lastly, the indicators of variable empathy are to know the needs and taste of concern to consumers. The sample of this study is 60 respondents. The technique of determining the sample was accidental sampling. The research data obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers. Based on the results of this study note that the variables that significantly influence to customer satisfaction for business pempek in Palembang is variable tangible, responsiveness and empathy. There are two variables not significant, namely reliability and assurance variable. The results of this study recommend that to improve the quality of service to consumers conducted by pempek store in Palembang necessary improvements in terms of accuracy, timeliness, same service, sympathy for the consumer, employee knowledge about the products and growing consumer confidence.

Abstract

The research is conducted to Evaluate some illustration about the eligibility criteria of a business in SMEs Blessing as a partner of Unit Textile for confection division in the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sumatra, based on the financial aspect. Research methodology is used both of quantitative and qualitative research. This analysis is required at least seen by Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C). Factors Considered are the estimated investment, working capital, operating costs, maintenance and revenue forecasts The Data were Analyzed by reviewing the theory developed by R.A Supriyono (2010), Yacob Ibrahim (2009). There are five criterias in evaluating the eligibility of a business. The calculation method by using Reviews those roomates is Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI) and Break Even Point (BEP). According to the result of analysis businesseligibility find that; Payback Period can Returned the capital about three years and six months (3.24 years), Net Present Value Obtained in a positive (+) value roomates is Rp.273.597.150, Internal Rate of Return is on 37% and 38%, Profitability Index is 2.28 and Break Even Point is Rp. 106 550 and 21 units. By the value of the results can be concluded that SMEs Thanks as as a partner of Unit Textile for confection division in the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sumatra is eligible established.

Abstract

The research was conducted to examine the consumption patterns of mothers single parents in the village craftsmen songket 30 ilir which is the center of the city of Palembang songket industry. The population size is songket 94 craftsmen, from the number of samples was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the consumption patterns of mothers craftsmen more food consumption amounting to Rp 606,653.223, - compared to non-food consumption, in which non-food consumption in an independent variable does not include the non-food consumption will be decreased by Rp 11.341.966, -. Food consumption will decline if education and increased investment, while non-food consumption will be reduced if women artisans to increase investment. Conclusion The results of this study of food consumption was higher than non-food consumption.

Abstract

 The objective of this research was to reveal consumer’s attitude to products Nissan X-Trail car and the important factors which were considered by consumers were choosing Nissan X-Trail car, so it can be seen the influence of customer attitude to customer decision with Nissan X-Trail car. The techniques for analyzing the data is the Multiatribut Fishbein Model  for the sample in this research was used 76 respondents. Based on the analysis multiatribut Fishbein model could be seen that the attitude scores of respondents on product attributes Nissan X-Trail which includes the attribute type of vehicle obtained AB score of 0.59, vehicle model attribute score obtained AB score of 1.02, attribute dimensions of the car body obtained AB score of 0.87, attributes of toughness vehicle engines obtained AB score of 0.55, attribute ease of vehicle engine maintenance obtained AB score of 0.74, vehicle transmission attributes obtained AB score of 0.54, attributes of fuel consumption obtained AB score of 0.92, vehicle exterior attributes obtained AB a score of 0.59, attribute vehicle interior obtained AB score of 0.75, attribute the quality of vehicle sound system obtained AB score of 0.70, and attribute completeness of vehicle safety features obtained AB score of 0.75. Where as the most dominant factor that consumers considered is selection Nissan X-trail car is attribute vehicle model. From the results of research in this research is on the whole score AB in the good category (score 1.21-0.4). so the attitude of respondent to attribute Nissan X-Trail car products that the score AB of attribute the kind of vehicle is 1.02, the score AB of attribute dimensions of the body’s car is 0.87 Nissan X-Trail car products is good.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Duta Oktan Semesta Palembang. This study uses compensation as an independent variable, motivation as an intervening variable and performance as the dependent variable.  The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance through employee motivation as an intervening variable.  The sample used was an employee of PT Duta Oktan Semesta Palembang set the number of samples in this study were 42 respondents.  The analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, the classic assumption test, test models, regression analysis and path analysis. Based on the results of two regression analyzes can be performed so that the path analysis found that the variable motivation to become an intervening variable is based on the calculation of the standardized coefficients for the indirect effect of compensation on performance through employee motivation at 48.1% greater than the direct effect of compensation on performance of 24.3%.  The author concluded that the company should increase the motivation of employees to improve their performance.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul “Model Inventarisasi Aset Untuk Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD)” bertujuan untuk memberikan model inventarisasi aset yang tepat kepada PAUD agar PAUD dapat mengelola dan memelihara asetnya lebih baik guna menunjang terciptanya pendidikan yang lebih baik sehingga dapat memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan analisis pengolahan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model inventarisasi yang sesuai untuk PAUD, yaitu pencatatan data aset secara lengkap ke dalam Kartu Inventarisasi Barang, Kartu Inventarisasi Ruang, Daftar Mutasi Barang. Setelah pencatatan inventaris, maka aset dilaporkan secara periodik agar data aset PAUD selalu mutakhir.

Abstract

This research is to test that culture, social, personal and psychological factors will affect to customer’s buying behaviour towards “X” Footwear  products. Culture factor consists of color, flat heels, community acceptance; Social factor in this research consists of family, friend and community; personal factor includes model, lifestyle, quality, price, need and interest; psychology is supported by recommendation, good using experience, product availability, and eagerness to try new brand. The respondents were taken in Central Java. Using multiple regression linear analysis, this research shows the result that physicological factor has the biggest and most significant influence towards the consumer’s behaviour at 0.000for t-test, followed by social (sig t = 0.033), culture (sig t=0.038) and personal factor (sig t=0.046).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan perilaku belajar terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi. Sampel penelitian ini yang berjumlah 124 responden dari 303 populasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dijawab oleh subyek dan selanjutnya dianalisis statistik dengan menggunakan komputer program “Statistical Packages for Social Science” (SPSS) for Windows Release 17.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi, hasil uji t yang memperoleh thitung X1 = 0,424 diterima pada taraf sig. 5%. (2) ada pengaruh signifikan antara kecerdasan spiritual terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi, dengan hasil uji t yang diperoleh thitung X2 = 0,008 ditolak pada taraf sig. 5%. (3) tidak ada pengaruh perilaku belajar terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi, dengan hasil uji t yang diperoleh thitung X3 = 0,419 diterima pada taraf sig. 5%. (4) ada pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan perilaku belajar terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi, dengan hasil uji f yang diperoleh sig. 0,033 ditolak pada taraf sig. 5%, hasil analisis regresi juga memperoleh nilai koefidien korelasi (R=0,265) atau sebesar (26,5%) dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²=0,047) atau sebesar (4,7%). Ini berarti (4,7%) tingkat pemahamana akuntansi dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan perilaku belajar, dan sisa nya dijelaskan oleh variabe lain.

Abstract

The aim this study is to obtain the empirical evidence about internal and external conditions in small scale enterprises in Palembang. Primary data was collected through survey technique from 100 samples, respondents taken by random sampling method and was analysed by Two Stage Least Square (TSLS). Through analysis showed that in agregate all of variables had a positive influence not only in first hypothesis, but also in second and third, it means all of the hypothesis were not rejected.

Abstract

The research is aimed to explore voter behaviour. This research is to identify  factors that influence voters in determining their choice to candidates.   It is merely case study whereas the research are mainly focus  on legislative general election at constituency 5  in Muara Enim Regency. The research area sub-districs of Semendo, Tanjung Agung and Lawang Kidul.  The main research problems to be explored are concerning with  the important factors  influence voters in determining their choice to legislator candidates. The research mainly used primary data by delivering questionaires to selected respondents. The questionaire was delivered to 660 selected respondents. It is also used secondary data to enrich the research analysis. Research finding shows  that public figures, candidate’s personal characteristic , money potitics,  ethnic,  the son of soil  are  the main  factors  effected  voters in choosing legislator candidates.
