Abstract

Perencanaan yang matang adalah kunci sukses sebuah bisnis namun demikian  menyusun  perncanaan bisnis atau yang lebih dikenal sebagi business plan bukan sebuah perkara mudah . Kemampuan  menuangkan ide-ide atau gagasan cemerlang yang kreatif dan inovatif dan mempunyai nilai ekonomi/komersial tinggi ke dalam sebuah perencanaan bisnis atau Business plan  yang matang dan realistis sangat  bergantung pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan masing masing pemilik bisnis. Apapun jenis usaha yang akan kita jalankan ,harus  diencanakan secara jelas , realistis, obyektif , dan terperinci secara komprehensif. Perencanaan bisnis (Business Plan) adalah suatu dokumen tertulis yang menggambarkan secara sistematis suatu bisnis/usaha yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan  dituangkan dalam suatu dokumen perencanaan yang digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam aktivitas usaha. Berbagai  komponen dalam business plan tersusun secara sistematis  dan saling berhubungan dalam rangka  mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Secara garis besar isi suatu  perencanaan bisnis dimulai dari Ringkasan, deskripsi perusahaan, Faktor-faktor  kunci, Analisis Pasar, Produksi, Manajemen dan Analisis Finansial sampai pada analisis resiko   Kebutuhan akan sebuah perencanaan bisnis menjadi mutlak jika kita  akan menjalankan suatu bisnis, karena perencanaan bisnis sendiri ibarat sebuah peta dan kompas untuk menjalankan bisnis. Perencanaan bisnis yang baik akan memberikan  peluang sukses bisnis  semakin besar. Perencanaan bisnis yang baik  sendiri adalah sebuah proses, bukan hanya sekedar perencanaan. Perencanaan bisnis yang baik indikatornya antara lain: Sederhana  (mengandung kemudahan dan kepraktisan) untuk dilaksanakan; Spesifik  (konkret, terukur, spesifik dalam waktu, personalianya dan anggarannya);  Realistik (realistik dalam tujuan, anggaran maupun target pencapaian  waktunya) dan lengkap semua komponen komponenya.

Abstract

The research is aimed to analyze the influence of Communication, Control, and Competence to the PPK Performance at the Big Hall of National Street Execution III in South Sumatra. There are two main problems in this research. Firrsly,are Communication, Control, and Competence simutenously influenced the PPK Performance at the Big Hall of National Street Execution III in South Sumatra, and secondly, are Communication, Control, and Competence partialy influenced the PPK Performance at the Big Hall of National Street Execution III in South Sumatra. The research mainly use primary data by delevering questionnaire to 114 selected respondens. SPSS Packaged is used to analyzed the data. The result showed that there are positively and significanly inluence either si,utenously or partialy among Communication, Control, and Competence to the PPK Performance at the Big Hall of National Street Execution III in South Sumatra,Implementation, become the input for the Big Hall of National Street Execution III in South Sumatra.

Abstract

This study was intended to formulate the model of micro and small scale of  food enterprise in Palembang by determining both the level and the influencing factors business climate, development and training, business technology, competitive advantage strategy, business self reliance, business progress, and business continuity. Survey and interview technique were implemented among 100 samples. Data was analyzed by using both one way anova test and structural equation modeling. The result indicated that  business climate, development and training, business technology had a positive influence toward the competitive advantage strategy and business self reliance. Competitive advantage strategy had a positive influence toward the business self reliance and business progress, and business progress had a positive influence toward the business continuity. Those above results analysis indicated that all of the proposed research hypothesis and theoretical model were not rejected.

Abstract

   The research is concerning about the act of appraisal from employes performance at PT Post Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Wilayah Usaha Pos III Palembang.  Becoming the object of this research is employes of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Wilayah Usaha Pos III Palembang which have place in Jalan Kapten A Rivai No. 63 Palembang.  The puspose of this research is to know how the act of appraisal of performance to employes working at the company. The data were collected throught interview, observation, questioner an then its analyzet based on the theoretical review developed by, T. Hany Handoko (1996), Rivai (2005), and Jhon Suprihanto (2000). From observation I see the employes is didn’t have information and explanation about criteria and scale of appraisal.  From questioners we find that 70,38% (19 respondence) said they didn’t have information and know explanation about criteria and scle of appraisal.  The result from this research, the employes didn’t have information and the explanation about criteria and scale of appraisal from employes performance. The conclusion get from this reseach is the act of appraisal from employes performance is net good. The suggestion which can be used the company be must give more information and explanation about criteria and scale of appraisal to employes because is the act of appraisal from employes performance is interest to ascend the employes performance.

Abstract

The Quality of service is a benchmark to known good or not a service, because the quality of service will affect directly or indirectly the level of customer satisfaction whether it will have an impact on customer loyalty. To determine the extent effect quality of service on customer satisfaction at Arista Hotel Palembang and which one the dominant variables affecting the customer satisfaction, the results showing the dominant variable that influence customer satisfaction is physical evidence, with the variable regression coefficient of 0.000 and the regression results indicate show 40.27 percent of certain service quality provided by the Arista Hotel Palembang that affect customer satisfaction Arista hotel Palembang. Mean while the other of variables are variable assurance and empathy showing significant levels of 0.040 and 0.008, and than variables reliability and responsiveness are not significantly influence customer satisfaction. So it can be conclusion based on that customer satisfaction, which is the physical evidence variable that significantly impact the quality of service at Arista Hotel Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of asset management to corporate profit ablitiy of the manufacturing companies in Indonesian Stock Exchanges. By using the data of 20 manufacturing public companies which listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study involves 140 units of observation in the post-crisis period and 40 units of  observation in the period of crisis. By using regression analysis and analysis of variance found that there are positive and significant  influence between asset management to the corporate profit abilities of both crisis or post-crisis period on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. However there was nostatistically significant difference between the asset management in the period of crisis with the post-crisis period. Thus, it can be concluded that assets productivity of manufacturing companies do the same, either incrisis or post-crisis period, but the impact of asset management companies to the corporate profit abilities in post-crisis period is much better compared with the period of crisis.

Abstract

This research to know the Role of training to improvement of the employees performance (case study at operational division at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan with the research problem how is the role of training through the improvement  of the employees performance at operational division at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan.   The writer used primary data that were collected from the result of intervew to the HRD Manager, and shared the questionnaries to 23 employees which already got the training at operational division and secondary data that were collected from literature like books, journal and the official website of PT PLN (Persero).  The data analyzed by  using qualitative descriptive and quantitative technique with the calculation of the questionnaries result were using percentage formula.  Writer found that the training program in operational division at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan was good and in accordance with the requirements of the employees and improvement of the employees performance, and after joined the training the employees could increase their team work.  So the training program was very important in the improvement of the employees performance.  Writer suggests PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera bagian Selatan especially in operational division to keep the traning program because it is very important to the improvement of the employees performance that can impact the qualityof human resources for the improvement of the company and PT PLN (Persero) also should concern to the material and facility that were provided because there were a few employees that still disagree with that.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesehatan keuangan koperasi berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia Nomor 06/Per/M.UKM/V/2006 tentang pedoman penilaian koperasi berprestasi/koperasi award pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Tipe penelitian yang dilakukan dengan Deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan metode time series yang berasal dari laporan keuangan berupa neraca dan laba rugi antara tahun 2010 sampai 2014. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yaitu menganalisis laporan keuangan dengan pendekatan rasio keuangan berupa likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas dan profitabilitas, kemudian disesuaikan dengan kriteria penilaian kesehatan keuangan koperasi berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia Nomor 06/Per/M.UKM/V/2006 tentang pedoman penilaian koperasi berprestasi/koperasi award. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia Nomor 06/Per/M.UKM/V/2006 tentang pedoman penilaian koperasi berprestasi/koperasi award, untuk kesehatan keuangan koperasi menggunakan rasio likuiditas pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas selama lima tahun dari tahun 2010-2014 dilihat dari current ratio termasuk kategori  sehat. Dengan demikian secara likuiditas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas termasuk kategori koperasi berprestasi. Sedangkan berdasarkan rasio solvabilitas dilihat dari debt to total asset ratio pada tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2014  termasuk kategori tidak sehat. Sedangkan dilihat dari debt to equity ratio pada tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2014  termasuk kategori sangat tidak sehat. Dengan demikian secara solvabilitas kesehatan keuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas termasuk kategori koperasi tidak berprestasi. Sedangkan berdasarkan rasio aktivitas menggunakan receivable turn over pada tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2014 termasuk kategori sehat, sehingga kesehatan keuangan secara aktivitas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas termasuk kategori koperasi berprestasi. Untuk rasio profitabilitas dengan return on investment  dan return on equity pada tahun 2010 sampai 2014 termasuk kategori  kurang sehat, namun demikian untuk net profit margin dari tahun 2010 sampai 2014 termasuk kategori sehat. Dengan demikian kesehatan keuangan secara profitabilitas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas termasuk kategori koperasi tidak berprestasi.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of spiritual intelligence on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as intervening variable. The present study was conducted in PT Calmic Indonesia Cabang Palembang. There were 38 employees at PT Calmic Indonesia Cabang Palembang. Determination of the sample using a non-probability sampling approach, with a sampling technique using saturation sampling. This study uses two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variable in this study are: spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction while the dependent variable is organization commitment. Questionnaires measured using a Likert Scale. Test validity, reliability, coefficient of determination, and path analysis using SPSS. The findings indicate that spiritual intelligence has a positive influence on job satisfaction; job satisfaction has a positive influence on organizational commitment. Spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction has a positive influence on organizational commitment. As a result, the effect of spiritual intelligence on organizational commitment is mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi Badan Perizinan kinerja karyawan untuk Promosi Provinsi Sumatera Regional Investment Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Sumber data adalah semua Karyawan Badan Promosi dan Perizinan Investasi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Promosi Karyawan Dewan dan Perizinan Investasi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, sebanyak 60 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi secara simultan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Badan Perizinan untuk Promosi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Sebagian budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Badan Promosi dan Perizinan Penanaman Modal Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Variabel budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Badan Perizinan untuk Promosi Provinsi Sumatera Regional Investment Selatan.
