Abstract

Pembelajaran klinik kebidanan merupakan salah satu proses pembelajaran untuk mencapai keterampilan tindakan asuhan kebidanan pada kasus nyata, kenyataan yang ada terdapat kesenjangan antara nilai yang dicapai mahasiswa di lahan dengan nilai yang dicapai pada ujian akhir program dan laporanpendahuluan kasus tidak sama dengan laporan asuhan kebidanan yang tindakannya dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah manajemen pembelajaran klinik kebidanan mahasiswa kebidanan mahasiswa Diploma III Kebidanan di Banjarmasin meliputi perencanaan oleh institusi pendidikan, proses pembelajaran klinik di lahan praktik bersama pembimbing klinik, monitoring oleh pembimbing akademik, dan evaluasi pembelajaran klinik oleh institusi pendidikan kebidanan. Desain penelitian ini diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif bertujuanuntuk mendapatkan fenomena-fenomana yang jelas mengenai manajemen pembelajaran klinik dan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat manajemen pembelajaran klinik mahasiswa Diploma III Kebidanan di Banjarmasin. Menunjukkan adanya kesamaan semua institusi pendidikan dalam menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran klinik kebidanan yaitu menurunkan mahasiswa ke lahan lebih awal dari struktur program yang ada dalam kurikulum. Proses pembelajaran klinik kebidanan di lahan belum dilaksanakan dengan metode Coaching atau pendampingan saat mahasiswa melakukan tindakan keterampilan kebidanan pada kasus nyata. Monitoring hanya sebatas mengkoordinasikan masalah disiplin mahasiswa, dan dalam evaluasi pembelajaran klinik kebidanan yang dicapai mahasiswa relatif memiliki nilai yang sama.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pembelajaran Klinik Kebidanan

Abstract

Daun sukun (Artocarpus altilis) adalah salah satu obat tradisional yang telah banyak dikenal masyarakat Indonesia. Flavonoid, artoindonesianin, asam hidrosianat, asetilcolin, tannin,riboflavin, saponin, phenol, quercetin, champerol dan kalium merupakan kandungan kimia daunsukun yang berkhasiat sebagai pengobatan. Daun sukun berkhasiat mengobati berbagai penyakit seperti ginjal, jantung, tekanan darah tinggi, liver, pembesaran limpa, kencing manis, asma, dan kanker. Hampir seluruh bagian tanaman sukun (Artocarpus altilis) mulai dari akar, bunga, daun,buah, batang, dan getahnyapun dapat dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan hidup manusia dan berkhasiat mengatasi berbagai gangguan kesehatan.Tujuan jangka panjang penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pemanfaatan daun sukun (Artocarpus altilis) sebagai obat penyakit batu ginjal dan menganalisis zat aktif (alkaloid, flavonoid, sterol,triterpenoid, glikosida steroid, tannin, fenolik dan saponin) berkhasiat pada daun sukun(Artocarpus altilis) Sampel penelitian adalah daun tanaman sukun yang diambil dari desa Kronggen kabupaten Grobogan kota Purwodadi, sebanyak 2 kilogram, digunakan 10 lembar sebagai sampel penelitian. Daun sukun dipilih yang berwarna hijau tua, dicuci bersih dan dibuang tulang daunnya, kemudian dikeringkan di bawah terik matahari selama 5 hari dan diserbuk. UjiFitokimia: Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan teknik refluks menggunakan eter, kemudian residunya diekstraksi menggunakan metanol p.a., selanjutnya diekstraksi menggunakan metanol 50% dan hasil ekstraksi kemudian diuji penapisan fitokimia meliputi Alkaloid, flavonoid, fenol, sterol,tannin dan saponin. Hasil uji fitokimia ekstrak methanol daun sukun kering (Artocarpus altilis)  mengandungsalkaloid, flavonoid, fenol, saponin dan tannin.Kata kunci : Uji Fitokimia, Ekstrak Methanol, Daun Sukun Kering (Artocarpus altilis)

Abstract

Koping individu yang efektif diperlukan bagi penyandang DM untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan penyandang DM dalam  mengelola  penyakitnya.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  mengidentifikasi  hubungan  karakteristik,  tingkat kepatuhan dengan koping individu penyandang DM sebagai anggota Persadia RSMM Bogor. Desain penelitian ini adalah kwantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional dengan jumlah responden 88 penyandang DM, dengan uji t independen. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa karakteristik responden tidak ada hubungan dengan  tingkat kepatuhan kecuali usia (p value 0.043:@ 0.05) dan jenis kelamin (p value 0.044;@0.05), ada hubungan koping individu dengan tingkat kepatuhan (p value 0,037;@0,05). Karakteristik responden tidak ada hubungan dengan koping individu. Diharapkan perawat dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan dan koping individu penyandang DM menjadi efektif dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan terstruktur, memfasilitasi pemberian dukungan sosial dan memberikan intervensi seperti coping enhancement, teaching. self-awareness, dan   self-efficacy   enhancement. untuk   mencegah   terjadinya   koping   individu   yang   tidak   efektif   dan ketidakpatuhan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the circumstances of the accounting record that already exists in the current accounting textbooks, benefit from accounting recording for the preparation of annual reports and taxes, and the recording of the more easily understood for students. This research is a descriptive study conducted at Sanata Dharma University in June-August 2017.The findings in this study is that accounting records that already exist in accounting textbooks are currently located in a condition where the recording of accounting cases as presented in the questionnaire is done when the parties involved make the record as a Taxpayer Agency that does not implement tax obligations, or not as an Individual Taxpayer, and or not as a taxable employers with an average score of 75%.Accounting records that provide more benefit for the preparation of annual reports and taxes are in a condition where the recording ofaccounting cases as presented in the questionnaire is done when the parties involved make the record as a Taxpayer Agency that perform taxation obligations, as an Individual Taxpayer, and as a Taxable Entrepreneur with an average score of 83%, the recording of the more easily understood for students when studying accounting materials integrated with tax instruments with an average score of 73%.Keywords: accounting, taxes, textbooks

Abstract

Exclusive breast milk is the first, main and best food for the baby, which is natural. Breast milk contains various nutrients needed in the process of growth and development of infants (Prasetyono, 2009). Benefits of breast milk is so large as breast milk can reduce the risk of infants suffering from various diseases. If the sick baby will recover faster when breastfed. Breast milk also helps the growth and development of children's intelligence. According to the study, non-breastfed children had an IQ (Intellectual Quotient) lower 7 to 8 points compared with exclusively breast-fed children. Because in breast milk there are nutrients needed for infant brain growth that are absent or very little present in cow's milk, among others: Taurine, Lactose, DHA, AA, Omega-3, and Omega-6 (Nurheti, 2010). Although breastfeeding and breastfeeding are beneficial, but not yet fully implemented, an estimated 85% of mothers in the world do not breast feed optimally.Number of working mothers in RW V Kelipahan Kalipancur District Ngaliyan who have infants under 6 months as many as 9 people. The problem is that when the mother begins to work because the leave is over, they are confused to breastfeed their babies, so they finally choose to feed their baby formula. The solution ofthis problem aims to optimize the willingness and ability of working mothers to be able to provide exclusive breastfeeding. The resulting output is the application of science and technology and the increase in the quantity and quality of exclusive breastfeeding.Implementation of activities with the implementation / transfer of science and technology conducted directly on April 6, 2017 with the target of working mothers in RW V Kelipahan Kalipancur District Ngaliyan.IPTEK transfer form begins with a pre test and ends with a post test, education is delivered with an easy to understand method that gives material about the importance of breast milk and breastfeeding, the difference between breast milk and formula milk, how to milk milk, how to save milk, how to give breast milk, withdemonstrations. All participants tried to milk milk directly at the time with the equipment provided by the applicant to each mother.The level of cadre understanding of pre test and post test increased by 4.45%, the participants were able to milk ASI as taught and could use the existing equipment. The most important part of this activity is that mothers will transfer or teach other breastfeeding mothers, either in this area or in the office.Key Words: Breast milk, mother working and breastfeeding, breastfeeding

Abstract

Soybean is known as source of protein. Soybean is also rich of nutrition such as minerals, vitamin B, complex carbohydrate and food fiber. Nevertheless central java is still lack of soybean. Winged bean (Psophocarpus tetragonolobus L) which its nutrition content is similar with soybean, is expected as the substitute of  soybean. Winged bean can be used as source of protein by transforming it into composite flour which can be used as food product or edible film in food packaging. The usage of winged bean is limited, such as in tofu production. This is caused by strong bitter beany flavour of winged bean. The beany flavour is caused by the conversion of unsaturated fatty acid especially linoleate that catalyzed by lipoksigenase. In order to avoid the beany flavour, it’s urge to find an appropriate method which able to extract the oil of winged bean in the low or zero activity of lipoksigenase. In order to avoid the conversion of hydroperoxide fatty acid, we need to develop an effective extraction method which inactivate the lipoksigenase and also separate the unsaturated fatty acid in winged bean. This research is used to develop process scheme of winged bean’s oil thermal extraction, so we can produce flour of winged bean which is free of bitter beany flavour. The research was begins by designing and fabricate the enzimatics inactivation extractio, and followed by study the thermal extraction process parameter. The parameters of enzymatic inactivation extraction were ethanol concentration (75 – 95%) and  pH (3-6). The samples of each variable were analyzed by using Ultra Violet Spectrophotometer. The Bio-extractor has been developed with multifunction, which were inactivating the lipoksigenase and extract the oil of winged bean. The higher solvent concentration, the unsaturated fatty acid concentration is lower, but at higher pH, the unsaturated fatty acid concentration is higher also. Abstract

This study was aimed to find out the response of the teachers, parents, food sellers, and students to the effect of danger food for the body. Further, an in-depth research was conducted to find out the extent to which they comprehended the effect of healthy food to the children development. The research used descriptive qualitative. The data were taken from the questionnaire distributed to all subjects of the study by analyzing them in qualitative. The approach used in this research was giving the treatment to the teachers, parents, food sellers, and students to the effect of consuming hazardous food containing toxicity substances. The result was that in pre-observation most of them had not known what kind of toxicity substances containing in any kind of food. They even were not able to differenciate between healthy food and hazardous food. While after being given a treatment, it showed that the response of the teachers, parents, food sellers, and students to the treatment given related to the danger of food for the body performed the result significantly.Keywords: food seller, hazardous food, toxicity substances

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan dan menganalisis tentang : bagaimana existing petani tembakau, bagaimana pelaksanaan tata niaga tembakau dan bagaimana persepsi petani tembakau tentang tata niaga tembakau di Kabupaten Temanggung. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat sebagai bahan pertimbangan yang bermanfaat bagi : a) para pemegang kebijakan dalam menentukan sistem dalam tata niaga tembakau agar mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat khususnya para petani tembakau, b) memberikan masukan yang berarti bagi setiap pemangku kepentingan agar dapat menempatkan posisinya secara tepat dan memberikan kontribusi secara positif terhadap tata niaga tembakau di Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) di lokasi penelitian. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive cluster sampling berdasarkan ketinggian wilayah di Kabupaten Temanggung cluster diambil satu kecamatan yang penduduknya memiliki produksi tembakau cukup banyak. Kelima kecamatan tersebut adalah : Jumo, Bansari, Tembarak, Candiroto dan Ngadirejo.Sedangkan responden diambil secara acak sederhana bertujuan (purposive simple random sampling) di masing-masing kecamatan. Adapun kriteria inklusi responden : Kepala keluarga (Bapak/Ibu), tinggal di wilayah di lokasi penelitian, petani yang membudidayakan tembakau, mempunyai atau sewa lahan untuk pertanian tembakau di desanya, memahami tentang tata niaga tembakau, mampu dan bersedia menjadi responden. Jumlah responden sebanyak 904 orang atau sebesar 7% dari populasi (12.914 orang). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah : wawancara, observasi dan pencatatan. Sedangkan untuk mengkaji existing petani terhadap persepsi petani tentang tata niaga tembakau di Kabupaten Temanggung digunakan statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini diperoleh tiga hal penting yaitu : a) existing petani tembakau di Kabupaten Temanggung baik secara sosial ekonomi maupun kultural masih pada kecenderungan menengah ke bawah, b) tata niaga tembakau di Kabupaten Temanggung adalah petani sebagai produsen akan dijual ke perantara (pedagang, pengepul, tengkulak, juragan) selanjutnya dibawa ke grader sebagai wakil dari pabrikan. Masing-masing grader akan membangun jaringan ke perantara baik secara ekslusif maupun tidak. Petani tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk menentukan kategori kualitas dan harga tembakau yang diproduksi. Namun ketika dalam tata niaga, penentuan kualitas dan harga di tingkat perantara sering berbeda dengan yang ditentukan oleh grader sebagai wakil pabrikan. Semua resiko ditanggung oleh petani, c) persepsi petani tembakau tentang tata niaga tembakau di Kabupaten Temanggung dianggap belum baik (92.8%) maknanya masih belum berpihak pada kesejahteraan petaniKata kunci: Existing Petani, Persepsi, Tata Niaga Tembakau

Abstract

Teaching is a very noble profession. Various professions and experts in the world are taught byteachers. They do not only teach knowledge they master, but teachers also teach various things onhow to address this life, which is not only life in the world, but also life in the Hereafter.Moreover, teachers do not only teach how to master certain knowledge, but they also teach howthe acquired knowledge can be beneficial, not just for themselves, but for other people even forthe universe.Therefore, teachers are not only required to master a particular subject, but they alsohave  to master and understand everything about human beings, such as characters, social,psychology, human relationships, wishes and wishes.Teachers have to be able to provide so muchtime even if they can take extra time from their available time. Besides having to prepare to teachand deliver lessons in the classroom, teachers are also required to think about how to organizeand condition their pre-teaching classes, in which the classes consist of a group of people withdifferent cultural backgrounds, economy, family conditions, characters and attitude, emotion,psychology, and so on. Teachers do not only focus on teaching one student, but they also have tothink of tens, hundreds and maybe thousands of diverse and heterogenous students.Nevertheless,a phenomenon that has happened lately is that many teachers who become victims of violenceeither from the sidewa or oaring old students. The handling of students who teachers mayunderstand correctly how to handle the students’ characters, nature and extent of offensescommitted by the students, is sometimes regarded as a cruelty and a lack of merit. There may besome unscrupulous teachers who are unable to maintain and condition their emotion whendealing with students, but we do not then generalize any problem of handling students in whichthe element of assertiveness is considered violent.Although teachers have tried their best toeducate and nurture their students to become human beings who have good characters, pleasenote that these students come from different and diverse backgrounds that make up differentcharacters. Teachers should be able to cultivate the spirit of learning and teaching a good moral tostudents born from families living in harsh environments, slums, minimal educationalenvironment. In fact, not a few students who live in a 2m x 2m house inhabited by 5-6 people ofa family, they have to live their lives in the house, cooking, sleeping, washing all done in thatplace. Even in order to sleep alone, they have to take turns like people who do a night watch. Ifyou look at these conditions, we will face students who have never studied at home, sleeping in the classroom when learning because of lack of sleep, appeared character of thuggery because ofthe family economic problems and harsh environment.Teachers are very hard to think about howto provide the best education for the students who could be his child even less he noticed for thesake of his students.
