Abstract

This study aimed at analysing and describing the effects of leadership and motivation toward employee’s performance through mediation of job discipline as a variable. The subject of this study was LPK Monarch candidasa. The hypothesis were ; (1) leadership had a positive and significant effect toward the job discipline of employee at LPK Monarch Candidasa ; (2) motivation had a positive and significant effect toward the job discipline of employee at LPK Monarch Candidasa ; (3) leadership had a positive and significant effect toward the employee’s performance at LPK Monarch Candidasa ; (4) motivation had a positive and significant effect toward the employee’sperformance at LPK Monarch Candidasa ;(5) discipline had a positive and significant effect toward the employee’s performance at LPK Monarch Candidasa. This study used qualitative design with 31 people as the respondens. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data for both qualitative and quantitative data. The data were analyzed using Structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) method. The results of this study were : (1) leadership had a positive and significant effect toward the job discipline of employee; (2) motivation had a positive and significant effect toward the job discipline of employee; (3) leadership had a positive and significant effect toward the employee’s performance; (4) motivation had a positive and significant effect toward the employee’sperformance;(5) discipline had a positive and significant effect toward the employee’s performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Bali. Hipotesis yang diajukan terdiri dari 1). gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 2). budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 3). kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 4). gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 5). budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 6). kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan antaran gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. 7). kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan antaran budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 80 orang yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan penentuan ukuran sampelnya menggunakan metode probality sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder baik data kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Analisis data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan metode partial least square (PLS) yang mendapatkan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : 1). Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan. 2). Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 3). Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan. 4). Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 5). Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. 6). Yang menyatakan Kepuasan Kerja memediasi hubungan antaran Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. 7). Kepuasan Kerja memediasi hubungan antaran budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The Government as an organization that show high public service performance must be supported by the human resources. The human resources has an important role as implementer of several activities that organized by the organization to achives the goals. The research objective was to determine the effect of leadership on work satisfaction, work discipline on work satisfaction, leadership on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance and work satisfaction on employee performance of social and workforce offices employee in Badung regency. The population of this study is all the public employee of social and workforce office in Badung regency. The amount of public employee is 89 persons. Analyzing method that used is structural equation modeling–SEM method based on variance or component base SEM, that known as partial least square (PLS). the result of this study are leadership has positive and significant impact on the employee satisfaction, work discipline has positive and not significant impact on the employee satisfaction, leadership has positive and not significant impact on the employee performance, work discipline has positive and significant impact on the employee performance, work satisfaction has positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Given the importance of commitment organization and employee performance, the issue which is of particular interest are the factors that incluence it, among others, transformational leadership style and training. Otherwise in Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar an effort to get employess who have the commitment organization and high performance, have noticed transformational leadership and training. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether transformational leadership influence on commitment organization, whether training influence on commitment organization, whether transformational leadership influence on empoloyee performance, whether training influence on employee performance, commitment organization influence on employee performance, whether transformational leadership influence on employee performance by mediation commitment organization and whether training influence on employee performance by mediation commitment organization. And to answer the problem, we conducted research with 60 respondence. The method used collected by questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Parsial Least Square (PLS) Version 20. Based on the results obtained conclusions include : transformational leadership have positive influence and not significant influence to commitment organization, training have positive influence and not significant influence to commitment organization, transformational leadership have positive influence and significant influence to employee performance, training have positive influence and not significant influence to employee performance, commitment organization have positive influence and significant influence to commitment organization, commitment organization is partial mediation to influence between transformational leadership to employee performance, commitment organization is partial mediation to influence between training to employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti bagaimana pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Denpasar. Objek penelitian adalah pegawai pada Dinas Kebudayaan sebanyak 30 orang yang kesemuanya dijadikan responden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner dimana variabel diukur dengan instrument berbentuk skala Likert. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan sampel jenuh karena populasinya berjumlah kurang dari 100, untuk menentukan hasilnya menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi dan lingkungan fisik berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Denpasar didalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan harus dimulai dengan upaya peningkatan kepuasan kerja melalui peningkatan motivasi dan juga peningkatan lingkungan kerja fisik.

Abstract

Given the importance of discipline and employee performance, the issue which is of particular interest are the factors that incluence it, among others, motivation. Based on the results obtained conclusions include: motivation have positive influence and not significant to discipline at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar, motivation have positive influence and significant to employee performance at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Discipline have negative influence and not significant influence to employee performance at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Discipline is not mediation between motivation to employee performance at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

There is problem about Employee commitment of TirtaMangutama local water company (PDAM) in Badung Regency. The problem of commitment employee is related to several constructs such as : leadership, employee empowerment, and employee satisfaction. The aim of this study is understanding the influence of leadership and employee empowerment towards the employee satisfaction and employee commitment. The data is collected by questionnaire then will be treated by partial least square (PLS) in statistic method. There are 65 sample in this study and it collected by proportionate stratified random sampling method. The result of this study are : 1) leadership had negative effect and not significant with the employee commitment. 2) leadership had negative effect and not significant with employee satisfaction. 3) employee empowerment had positive effect and significant with employee satisfaction 4) employee empowerment had negative effect and not significant with employee commitment 5) employee satisfaction had positive effect and significant with employee commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit BaliMéd Karangasem” ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisa pengaruh secara dari kompensasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Bali Med Karangasem. Untuk itu dilakukan peneliatian di Rumah Sakit Bali Med Karangasemdengan jumlah sampel 72 orang. Data yang diperoleh diuji menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modeling – SEM) berbasis variance atau component base SEM yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.Persepsi dukungan organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Persepsi dukungan organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The tittle of this reaserch is “The Mediating Role in Labor Discipline Training (Education and Training) and Work Motivation on Employee Perfomance”. Aims of the research is to know influence about Diklat to Performance, Motivate to Performance , Diklat to Discipline , Motivate to Discipline and also Discipline to Performance. Totally of officer population On Duty Forestry Province of Bali counted 80 people, but which used as a sample only 30 people as according to officer which have got the Diklat. Analysis model use program of smart PLS (Partial Least Square). This Research find that Diklat having an effect on positive and significant to Performance , Motivation have an effect on positive but not significant to Performance, Diklat having an effect on positive and significant to Discipline, Motivation have effect on positive and significant to Discipline, and also Discipline have effect on positive and significant to Performance. Directly analysis and indirectly conclude that direct influence of Diklat compared to bigger than direct influence trought to Discipline.

Abstract

Disable person is one of development targets in social welfare that sum of tends to increase, so as challenge in development itself. The government of Gianyar is policy in giving service and social rehabilitation through business group programmer is to achieve income and how to realize the social and lead independent life much better. The purpose of this research is to analyze 1) there is not an influence of economic working facility that arranged through business group programmer by disable person, in another hand to support their come, and 2) there is not an influence of economic working facility that arranged through business group programmer by disable person, against disable people of working hours. To response purpose of that research, head a special research by taking eleven KUBE respondents with 62 participants, taken as simple by using census methods data collection by an interviewing method according to the list of question that has been prepare. Then the business group programmer in order to deceive the economy of disable family in Gianyar is measured its influence to increase the disable family income after received the group programmer help. The analysis method that used in this research is parametric statistics analysis in the test of a couple two sample to know the differences between disable family income before and after receive their group business disable programmer. The result of this research shows that business group programmer in order to deceive the disable economy in Gianyar has got positive influence to develop the income and working hours of disable family in Gianyar. The suggestion given here are 1) to manage and aid the productivity, lead independent live, and able to develop the welfare level need supervisor, in charge as builder and director 2) beside various sewing skill who have owned other skills need to be given with the intent to be able to fill leisure time.
