Abstract

The Technology and information development involve production process in industries using microcontroller as a brain in control process. The number of control process with microcontroller using Fuzzy Logic method to get the function as is needed. Motors DC are used in some equipment as a driver, not only in small scale but also in huge scale. It used in low or high speed too. The way of controlled chosen depend on the function of DC motor movement. The another method is Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). This is an effective method to controlled DC motor. This method produces square pulses which have specific comparison between high pulse and low pulse. It is usual scale from 0% to 100%. In this research, both Fuzzy Logic method and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method base of microcontroller ATMega 8535, both are integrated to control lthe DC motor speed.

Abstract

In middle 1990, electronics industry had the evolution of personal Computer, telephone cellular and high speed data communication equipment. To follow this development, electronics companies have designed and produce new product. One of these innovations is Programmable Logic Devices (PLD) technology. It is a technology to change function of IC digital logic using programming. Many of Programmable Logic Device (PLD) can be used to programming logic using single chip of integrated circuit (IC). Programmable Logic Devices (PLD) technology is applied using IC PAL 22V10 to design multiplexer 4 input 1 output and 2 selector.

Abstract

Dielectric spektrometer is used to measure complex dielectric function of material which depends on the frequency. The measured in domain frequency learn about movement of dipole’s molecule and electric conductions in capasitor charging process. The most familiar measuring method of frequency area is parallel plat capasitor and four electrode system (V. Raicu et al, 1994). In this method, the measuring material is placed betwen two electroda in parallel place. This configuration produce a capasitor system which is possible to measure the complex impedance of the capasitor sample. In this research, measuring and analyzing the material characterization are done in high frequence to design circuit and development of many material. Based on this reason, this reseach uses dielectric spectrometer system with HP Impedance Analyzer 4191ª RF and frequency 1-1000 MHz. Spectrometer can be used on complex permittivity to measure the compact material. The measuring result can be implemented in high frequency range using phenomenological relaxation model. However, the accuracy of such predictions would need careful further study.

Abstract

Many parking area still use manual system such as ticketing, parking position, etc. Nowadays, this system can be control easier using microcontroller. In this control system, infra red and photodiode are used to inform when car come and out to parking area. Another sensor, ultrasonic, is used to help driver to park the car safely. Alarm will warn the driver if the position of the car broke the limitation of safety range to park. In another hand, the empty parking areas are display in LCD and related with portal which opened when the empty parking area still available and close if it full automatically. Abstract

The final goal of restoration is image improvement. In general, restoration to degradation modeling and implementation of invers process to get real image. Hopefield method in neural network restoration of image is done by parameters approximation in neural network modeling and reconstruction of degradation image to get real image. In this paper, this method is used image restoration which combines with Gaussian Blur, Uniform Blur and Gaussian Noise. The restoration process using this method take place really fast and suitable to defects restoration of recorder device which recognize the cause of defects and high process speed is needed.

Abstract

This paper discusses artificial neural network to controlling frequency and voltage generator using control system based – on diagonal recurrent neural network. Reference model for purpose controlling generator frequency and voltage i.e. at settling time 50 Hz and 380 V (line-to line) respectively. Observation shows that control system based-on diagonal recurrent neural network has good performance in the case of controlling frequency and voltage of plant generator.

Abstract

Detection of module damage at satellite transmission designed to be able to detect damage of transmission equipment especially at satellite transmission of PT. Telkom RO Padang. Module detected is a modem IDR (CDM 550). The system is an output of modem that will be an input at PC where its detection using interface RS-232 and C++. So that, from communications between modem with PC resulting file error.txt. That file containing of damage status from modem. This Simulation expected to help the technician to detect the damage at satellite transmission equipment. This system more economical and give the best services to customers.

Abstract

The number of vehicles increasing day by day. It will trigger the demand of parking area, especially for car park. To overcome this problem, we offer a solution, by creating a miniatur car parking. This Car park only for members whose can park their car in it. Each car will be equiped by a RFId tag (RFid card) and the RFId sensor (Radio Frequency Identification) which will detecting this card . The main function of the RFid card is to detecting every car come and go from the car parking area. The data are readed from the card need to be checked and verified with the database of member identification (Id) by using Visual Basic 6.0 as the interface. The serial port RS 232 used as the interface to connect RFId sensor and Personal computer. The program in AT89S51 microcontroller will control the motor rotation for opening or closing the parking area gate.

Abstract

Streaming is process of continuing data sending by broadcasting trough internet which showed by streaming application at PC client. The sending data packaging is compressing to make sending process is easy. Streaming can be done by input media variation and client has a change to benefit just after server sending the distreaming data and running in VLC media player. VideoLAN Client (VLC) is a media to streaming which can be applied as transmitter and receiver. VLC can compress and decompress audio and video data from some input media. It shows data result of streaming which have picture and voice quality as well as the source.

Abstract

This research is application of neural network technique to optimize convolution operation using mask 3x3 to omit the image blurring effect. This neural network consists of three layers. They are input layer (9 neuron inputs), output layer (1 output neuron) and hidden layer. Each layer is applied to 3, 5 and 7 neuron using back propagation technique. The result shows the using five neurons to hidden layer give the highest value of sound pixel recognizing (76.47%)
