Abstract

 Background: in Indonesia the hospital as one of the health care system in outline to provide services to mesyarakat. Many factors are considered in choosing, but one way to attract customers and win the competition is to provide quality services in accordance with customer wishes. Patients and families will repeat visits if they feel satisfied, on the contrary will be disappointed, angry and hurt if dissatisfied.Methods: This study is a quantitative descriptive of a study using primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires on each ward in the Hospital Nur Hidayah Bantul, Yogyakarta. While secondary data obtained from the data through the document. Results: that significant value for comfort dimension (X1) is greater than the value of α (0.05) for 0284 from the test showed that there was no influence on the decision of inpatients in using the services of Nur Hidayah Hospital in Bantul, Yogyakarta. For information dimensions variable (X2) obtained significance value (sig) is smaller than the value of α (0.05) of 0.038., Meaning that there is the effect of variable dimensions of information (X2) against the decision of the patient (Y) hospitalization in using the services of the Hospital Nur Hidayah Bantul, Yogyakarta. For variable dimensions of human relationships (X3) values obtained significance value (sig) is smaller than the value of α (0.05) 0.000. This means that there is influence of variable dimensions between humans (X3) against the decision of the patient (Y) hospitalization in using the services of Nur Hidayah Hospital in Bantul, Yogyakarta.From the test results obtained value F kesil significantly more than the value of α (0.05) 0.000. This means that the variable dimension of comfort (X1), the dimensions of information (X2), and the dimensions of human relationships (X3) simultaneously have significant influence on the decision of the patient (Y). And the results of the t test can be concluded that the most dominant variable is a variable dimension of human relationships (X3) with sig level of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh daya tarik transit advertising  terhadap minat beli, (2) pengaruh promosi penjualan terhadap minat beli, dan (3) pengaruh daya tarik transit advertising  dan promosi penjualan terhadap minat beli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey, sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta sebanyak 130 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menemukan bahwa: (1) daya tarik transit advertising  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitungt tabel (5.4071,978), signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,0000,05), dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif sebesar 0,461. (2) Promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitungt tabel (3.607 1.978), signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,0000,05), dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif sebesar 0,413. (3) daya tarik transit advertising  dan promosi penjualan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli secara simultan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitungF tabel (37.823 3.07), signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,0000,05). Hasil uji R2 pada penelitian ini diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0.373 (37,3%). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel minat beli dipengaruhi oleh variabel daya tarik transit advertising , dan variabel promosi penjualan sebesar (37,3%), sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar intrinsic dan pengaturan belajar individu terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan mengambil sampel mahasiswa Manajemen FE UNY. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi berganda Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa motivasi belajar intrinsik dan pengaturan belajar individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik.

Abstract

Every manufacturing company faces safety risks in its production process. OHSAS 18001:2007 certification is required by international companies for ensuring that they have good safety and health management. The purpose of this research is to identify, assess, and define mitigation for safety risk in PT Pindad (Persero) – Munition Division’s Appliance Sub-Department based on OHSAS 18001:2007. The result shows that the safety risk factors in Appliance Sub-Departments are electricity shock, tools graze, tools cut, sprained limb, tools crush, dust and grindstone fragments, and cutting oil burst. Those risks happen because of human behavior, infrastructure, and working tool factors as shown in fishbone diagram. Most safety risks are included in low risk category and can be handled through administrative controls and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. Some safety risks are included in medium risk category and need to be handled through engineering control and PPE usage.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of quality of service and health facilities owned by the health center (Puskesmas) to the patient's satisfaction. Puskesmas as the spearhead of health services in the community are expected to provide quality service and have adequate health facilities so as to increase patient satisfaction.This research was conducted at the Puskesmas Mantrijeron Jl. Panjaitan Mantrijeron 52 Yogyakarta. Puskesmas Mantrijeron chosen as the study site because it is a health center that organizes the quality of health services by government programs of Yogyakarta and by standards of the ISO (International Organization For Standardization) 9001: 2008.Subjects were patients who had treatment and are being treated at the Puskesmas Mantrijeron during the past year. Data collected in the form of primary data derived from the questionnaire which distributed to each respondent. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression.The results showed that the quality of care and health facilities are significantly affects the increase in patient satisfaction. However, from the regression results indicate that the quality of service and health facilities was only able to explain of 39.1% patient satisfaction. While the remaining 60.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study is aimed to explore the concept of “Homestay Budaya” as a solution to the increasing competition in the tourism sector and at the same time as a place to preserve the culture, customs, politeness, and regional languages. This study uses the literature review method. Through this literature study, the concept of “Homestay Budaya” was found to be suitable with the expected goals. That is as a source of income for the country and the surrounding community, as well as preserving regional culture. “Homestay Budaya” will be managed through an android application which will make it easier for tourists to choose their homestay in all regions in Indonesia. The cultural homestay application is a tourist liaison with the local wisdom of all regions in Indonesia

Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate the antecedent of the project deleyed of contractors work. Various antecedent are explored both partially and simultanously. Sample are gathered from the site managers of Dinas Pengairan dan Dinas Bina Marga for DIY project. The result shows that a lot of antecedent such as work document aspect, inspection system, job control and evaluation, organizational system, Coordination and communication, other uncontrolable aspect, the readiness of resourches, and the work planning and schedulling aspect are related to the deleyed of project. The implication of the results are discussed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan supervisor dan lingkungan kerja  terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian operator produksi CV. Kairos Sukses Sejati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian operator produksi. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan teknik uji coba terpakai yang kemudian dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas pada data. Hasil dari uji reliabilitas yaitu: variabel gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 0,920; variabel lingkungan kerja sebesar 0,940; dan variabel kinerja sebesar 0,944. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menemukan bahwa: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (b) 0,437 (p 0,001) dengan DR2 0,185. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (b) 0,383 (p 0,001), dengan DR2 0,144. (3) Gaya kepemimpinan (b) 0,322 (p 0,001) dan Lingkungan kerja (b) 0,202 (p 0,001) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, dengan DR2 0,212.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence about using bank financial ratio to predict bank bankruptcy. The variables which used are seven financial ratios, CAR (capital adequacy ratio), NPL (non performing loan), and LDR (loan to deposit ratio). The statistic methods which is used to test on the research hypothesis is logit regression.The sample of this research was extracted using purposive sampling method, comprising 7 banks taken from BEI for the period of 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013. From sample, there are 7 banks, consist of 4 nontrouble banks and 3 trouble banks. The resulst of this research show that CAR and NPL, have no significant effect on probability of banks’s financial distress. LDR have significant influences on probability of banks’s financial distress.Keywords :

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi serta OCB yang ada di UNY. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerjadan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan UNY. Komitmen organisasimemediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja dengan OCB karyawan UNY. Tingkat kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan tingkat OCBkaryawan UNY masuk dalam kategori tinggi tinggi.
